Very good stay, value for money. Lovely staff.

The staff were excellent even though they had limited English. Our luggage was delayed for 4 days and they tried so hard for us to get it back. they called for a taxi everyday and walked us out to the taxi. The room was large enough and comfortable with a decent bathroom. The room was also serviced everyday. There was a free laundry with a dryer that came very useful. The included breakfast was good and varied over the days we were there.

The breakfast was good, but in the evening the restaurant lacked atmosphere and sometimes we were the only diners. The food was okay. There is a good restaurant next door though. The location was okay, but you do need a taxi to get arounf. Lucky they are very cheap.

Helt ok mellanklass hotell.

Västerländska frukosten var undermålig. Fanns bara vitt bröd o marmelad o kaffe, i övrigt kinesisk frukost. Rummet i minsta laget, men funktionellt för 1-2 nätter. Trevlig hjälpsam personal, men ingen talade ens lite engelska, så vi var helt hänvisade till google translate.

very clean, comfortable, and well equipped hotel. hospitable and helpful staff. offers tea at front desk. definitely value for money.

location is kind of far out (nearest metro 1km?) with not much around. but easy enough to get a cab to go anywhere.

I give this hotel 5 stars , but the location is not very convenient.

We ate in the restaurant for the 4 nights. Every night different food and delicious. The beer was cold, which is important to me. The breakfast was excellent with the best coffee made from real beans. Very good.

The location is remote and very difficult to find . The hotel reception staff walked the 10 minutes to our bus stop to guide us back to the hotel via meandering roads. Very good service. Not near a metro but we found a hidden bus stop on day 3. Taxis were cheap into town, RMB15 and the hotel booked them for free. Again perfect service All questions answered. Overall, i would definately stay again.

Spring Festival in Suzhou ("Venice of the East")

I truly enjoyed my stay here! Not only was the location perfectly situated for my particular itinerary but the overall hospitality and customer service was wonderful. Although it was a busy time (Spring Festival season), everyone was very friendly and accommodating! The room and amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offered a Chinese-style buffet breakfast which was great and the dinner options were also to my liking. I would certainly recommend this establishment and will definitely make it a priority booking for future visits to Suzhou.

Wonderful Suzhou Trip

Strategic location to Suzhou railway station 10mins drive and Huqiu scenic area walking distance 15mins. Hotel is clean and full of zen... Out from busy area good for rest in natural environment. Hotel staffs are very hospitality and helpful. They recommend to the must go scenic area and local food. 😋 Free laundry if you need to wash and dry your clothes.

Nothing to complaint except the raining weather ☔

Location: close to Tiger Hill and the Lingering Garden Facility: comfy bed, in-house restaurant offering value-for-money meals, public laundry available Staff: very helpful and friendly

It would be better if private microwave oven is available, but if you are desperate, you can ask the receptionist to warm your food in their in-house restaurant

Great stay

Pros: the price was right; washer and dryer service available; spacious rooms; restaurant onsite. Location isn’t the greatest (maybe 7 out of 10), but I knew what I was signing up for and you can easily take DiDi anywhere around the city.

It might be a cultural thing but some of the staff members (the males with the eye glasses) I encountered were a little standoffish. However, the main lady that works there was great - she was friendly, spoke some English, and very helpful. I didn’t get her name, but she worked everyday I was there, so thanks to her.

Competitive price and I love the communal space including a gym and a launderette that every guest can use free of charge. The clean staff are all so friendly and helpful.

No room service, the canteen located on the ground floor refused to serve food at 3pm. Although it might not be part of the hotel, I am not entirely sure. There is only a petrol station and a restaurant next to the hotel if you are hungry but again hard for foreigners. It would also be quite hard for foreigners to stay connected because to access the room Wi-Fi you will need a Chinese phone number to get a verification code via text.

Exceptional

The hotel is the best in Suzhou! Nice entrance with modern admosphere. The rooms are very clean and provide a frigde so you always have your own cool drinks. Breakfast is standard, white bread butter and strawberry compote and a diverse set of Chinese dishes, coffee is great!

The location wasnt the best. Its located kind of far from the city center, but close at the wedding mall and Tigerhill. Taxi's are always availble.

Great stay! Excellent service and comfy room

Great staff. Service and smile is excellent. Giving you the personal touch. Even giving you their personal WeChat to answer your questions at all time. Quick response to questions before you even go. They even provide you with a list of places you could go with the details on it. You can't believe it, they provide free washing machines and a dryer plus an steam iron on second floor. When I was sick in bed and missed the breakfast, they even packed me a to go bag the next day! The room is comfy and comes with a fridge. There's aircond controller rather than the usual control panel on the wall that you have to get up to turn it on or off. If you order cab from didi app, they'd even wait with you outside or keep an eye on the car arriving while u wait inside.

Restaurant closes too early. No phone in the room. Customers who smokes along the hall (but staff tried their best to warn them), no drinks vending machine. No hoot chocolate at cafe
