Necesita muchas mejoras

Lo único bueno del apartamento es la ubicacion y que dispone de parking. Si van más de 4 personas en la planta de arriba se hace muy complicada la vida,no tiene aire acondicionado.

En la planta de arriba el calor es brutal y no hay aire acondicionado, la ducha de arriba no tiene presión. El sofá necesita un cambio urgente, se notan todas las tablas. Los aire acondicionados si se te olvida cambiar el recipiente donde echan el agua ( y que nadie te explica) sale por el salón y cae encima de la tele con el peligro que eso puede ocasionar. En la cocina el menaje es muy escaso para 6 adultos, la tostadora no funciona,hay que dejarla presionada para que tueste. Se nos rompió la nevera ( que estaba en un estado lamentable a nuestra llegada, sin baldas en la puerta y apenas enfriaba) estuvimos casi 2 días sin nevera en plena ola de calor, afortunadamente se resolvió, nos dejaron salir una noche antes y nos devolvieron el importe de esa noche.

Excellent location and great value for Money.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, Very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The apartment was very large and clean and we had great communication from the host. There was a good range of cutlery & Crockery available. The beds were comfy and I was pleased to have the shutters to block out the light. The Apartment was great value for money and I would stay there again.

The sofa was quite hard. The kitchen was not the most modern and only had one plug socket. The electrics in general could probably need updating (light fittings & sockets etc)

We felt very comfortable in Apartamento Torreblanca

Great location,near to the train stop and near to the beach. Also very close to the supermarket and many restaurants. Apartment is spacious,it has two bathrooms and two terraces. Kitchen is very well equiped. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much.

Noise from the street (cars) was quite disturbing. Some of the equipment would need replacement/renovation.

Very spacious apartment, near the beach, with 2 terraces, with AC. Underground parking.

The flat is located next to the main road which is quite noisy.

Absolutely fab apartment, great location and with very helpful hosts

The location was fantastic, there were great travel links, great space for the family in the apartment and the host was fabulous sending video links of how to get into the property and which apartment it was. It was great to actually see it, not just read it off the booking and go hunting for it or double guessing if it was the right one. The apartment had everything we needed for a good holiday. A fantastic balcony and the sun terrace were well used too. A great holiday apartment.

Being very very picky here but not having cutting knives when trying to cut up veg or meat etc to cook with. They had a great selection of pans etc, it was just trying to cut stuff was tricky. We used the steak knife.

The owner imagined I was coming so I imagined I stayed there hence my review

The pictures looked really nice. It was just like being at home. Oh wait a minute I was at home.

I actually didn't have a stay but the owner wouldn't accept the fact that it was impossible . My family and I could not travel because of the Coronavirus pandemic and travel ban by Spain and the UK. Because the restrictions did not come into force until after the 30 days before my stay (when I was allowed to have my money back if I cancelled) the owner would not accept the fact that it was impossible to travel and would not give me a refund. Although he was happy to chat to me in English when I booked the apartment all his replies about refunds came in Spanish. I asked if he would consider letting me change my booking for another time. He did not answer. All my questions to the owner were sent through booking.com who failed to do anything about it. Before I was due to arrive on a flight that had been cancelled weeks before he bombarded me with emails about how to check in easily and where to meet him when I arrived. I think his actions are despicable underhand and out of order. I would recommend that anyone thinking of booking this apartment should think again

Exceptional

Fantastic location, so close to beach and local amenities. Train is 200m away. Everything was amazing. So so good. And the icing on the cake Juan did absolutely everything he could for us even in 4 hours notice as we had to book last minute!! Couldn’t say enough good things about here!! We will definitely book again. Highly recommended
