4 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes:
1 master bedroom with large double bed 160x200 quality hotel with bathroom / shower and toilet and a large closet
3 bedrooms with 2 single beds 80x200 quality hotel (possibility to make double beds 160x200 for couples) with each its bathroom with window + 2 separate toilets
1 baby umbrella bed + high chair + changing mat
1 TV lounge - play room in the basement with 3 windows, internet access
1 laundry with shower in the basement + washing machine and dryer + ironing board and iron
Various:
Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels)
Provide your beach towels - swimming pool.

Deposit: A deposit of 2500 €, not cashed, by check or cash must be deposited on arrival of the tenant and will be returned no later than 72 hours after the inventory.
The tourist tax must be paid on the day of the arrival of the tenant: 1 € per person per day.
Housekeeping: Expected at the entrance and exit of holidaymakers and if you want overtime they are therefore your responsibility.
