Service animal.

I liked the early check in,the size of the room.

I didn't like the no pets as I have a service dog I had to bring back home because on line it said pets friendly then you get in the room and there's a no pets with a 250$ fine and in very small writing it said you need to let them know ahead of time if you have a service animal.just bad communication.we picked this hotel bc on line it clearly says pet friendly.so just call ahead if you have an service animal.

It was on the lake and pretty.

Poor

The price on bookings was over 200$ for 1 night. Looked like booking with motel website would have been 100$ less. Plus 65$pet fee too high. Should be 25$. Small room old furnishings and road noise.

Great place.

great little find off the main road into Saranac. Bed was comfortable and there was a fridge and microwave also. Would recommend this place for a stay for couples.

Nice, but overpriced for overall condition of property

Location was nice. Reasonably clean

More attention to facilities maintenance. Outdoor furniture was dirty. If hydronic heat is disabled, why not remove rusty Radiators in bathroom?

Disappointed, but still good.

It was in walking distance of a restaurant. And near the water. And coffee pods were good.

That I thought we were going to a different hotel. Because of the advertising picture you had up. The place was run down. And we saw no one. Just a paper and email with instructions. No face to face help if was needed.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi worked ,but not all the jets. But all and all, it was relaxing . It was different and easier when we arrived, not having to go to the office to get a key. The key pad worked great for arrival and departure . I would recommend friends to stay at sara placid.

A clean, comfortable place to stay.

There have been numerous upgrades since we last stayed. The owner is putting a lot of money and time into his property and it shows. It was comfortable, clean and hassle free.

Exceptional

Easy to get to off the main road. The keyless entry code was sent directly to my phone, made for easy entry and exit from the room and was a nice bonus. Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Good value, nothing fancy...

There is a nice view of the lake, and check-in/check-out was done online with clear and easy instructions. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels and enough pillows.

We were a bit put-off by the exterior of the building that housed the "suites." It gave the appearance of a rental property rather than an "Inn and Suites." The room itself was spacious and clean but very dated. The room had a jacuzzi, which was nice to enjoy after a day of outdoor activities, but there was just barely enough hot water to fill it to the halfway point as instructed. The ceilings in the bathroom were oddly low. This wouldn't be an issue for shorter people, but I'm 6'1" and kept bumping it with my hand while trying to do my hair. These things weren't terrible, mind you, but for one night, we made do.
