A creepy experience

The view on the river, next to the national park.

Unless you enjoy being in creepy place, don't go there. We booked a dome for a night and it was a pure scam. The dome was dirty, the windows were not clean since a few months min, we could barely see through them. We arrived at 1PM and the room was not ready before 2:30PM even if the hotel seems completely empty. No one is speaking english so you can't get any information or ask anything. While waiting for the room we had no choice to go to the hotel restaurant because the hotel is far from everything : on google maps it does not look far but they are charging 300k VND for a return trip to the city which is 5km away from the hotel. The restaurant is a huge canteen for mass local tourism, as the hotel, where you can choose a unique menu for the full table. Tables are for 10 people min, dirty dishes are left on empty tables, tablecloths on tables ready for new guests are full of holes, dirt, crumbs, chairs are all rusty, toilets are dirty and clogged, no toilet paper. For the dome also, toilets were clogged, even after hotel intervention. Lamps were broken, door could not close properly, no safe in the room. The website pictures must have been taken 10 years ago and nothing has been maintained since. The price is absolutely not on par with the quality and the rating they are claming on websites. Everything looks worn and old, unless you like creepy experience, don't waste your money and avoid this hotel.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location, and staff that really went out of their way to make it a comfortable stay for us. Thank you very, very much!

Very good

Food was good.

A lot of mosqito. The shower and toilet were not seperated. Kids ran around and made so much noise in the restanrant. Very anoying.

an exceptional tourist centre in the middle of no where

the pool was definitely best part. and the view from the pool

houses were a little bit worn and definitely could be cleaner.

Clean enough. Nice location

Found the language barrier hard to deal with. We waited for over an hour to be served dinner. It was like we were invisible. When the food did come it was good.

Exceptional

The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. It was Tet and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us with things like car pick ups, meal times, departure transportation etc.

Only spending 2 nights.

We enjoyed the stay a lot!

the concept of being in an orchard full of fruit trees is great. We could do fruit picking and take them home. It was a fun experience. And the staff was super helpful and friendly. The food was also amazing.

When we were there it was during the week. So it seemed to be quite empty and strange but it was all safe and comfortable

With a little work, this will be a great resort

It was incredibly peaceful and the pool area is really lovely. The room was very clean with an excellent shower and a good size The staff were very friendly and accommodating, if a little hard to contact sometimes

There is no phone in the rooms so we had to call reception from our own mobiles to contact anyone. There was a complete lack of information about the facilities or activities, even the signage to navigate around the resort

Good but not worth the extra cost

Very comfortable beds. Great pool. Very accommodating staff. Rooms kept the bugs out!

Quite far from the National Park, which would be ok if the bicycles that guests can rent were fit to be ridden. They were extremely poor quality which made the 7km cycle to the National Park almost unbearable. Plus they cost 100k a day to rent - unreasonable. The breakfast was also limited.

Pleasant stay

The location and the super green site. Pet friendly place so our dog had her best time running of leash. We liked the view from the pool, the sound of the nature we could hear from the room. Friendly staff.

The place needs some love in term of decorations and installations and the staff need to be train, but it's understandable for the location and for this 2020 year...
