As a stand alone house on it's own private property, you do you need to worry about sharing the space with other guests since you have the entire property to yourselves. This unique benefit stands out during this time of Covid, so you can vacation worry free at Still Waters Belize. Still Waters is the only house on our property (in addition to the separate care-taker unit in the back of the property); the home, pool, beach, staff, and all property amenities are all exclusive to you during your stay at Still Waters Belize! You do not need to race to claim your pool or beach chair, and with a cook, nor is there a need to worry about preparing meals! The two full time staff offer the amenities of a luxury resort within the privacy of your own home!

Each floor has two bedrooms, a living area, and spacious decks with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. We offer three “Master” bedrooms, each with a king bed, private porch, and stunning ocean views. The fourth bedroom is the bunk-room, with one queen bed and three single beds. The living, dining and kitchen on the ground floor open to the covered deck and infinity pool.

Whether you envision your Belize vacation filled with island activities, rest and relaxation, or a perfect combination of both, we hope to provide all this and more at Still Waters Belize! You can spend the day relaxing by the private pool or enjoying a good book in a hammock under a palm tree. The house is stocked with several beach and ocean toys (no need to pay an hourly rate to rent a kayak), such as stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and corn holes so that you don't need to leave the property to explore the wonders of the sea! We can also book fishing, snorkeling, diving, etc. trips and excursions with the best guides on the island and arrange for a professional massage on the beach or in the privacy of your bedroom. Your golf cart rentals will be waiting for you upon arrival, and we can also book your flights or private boat transfers from Belize International Airport to San Pedro. If you want a taste of local island cuisine from the privacy of our dining room, we offer cooking and catering services (for additional fee), meal delivery and grocery stocking (so that your kitchen is filled with your favorite foods & beverages when you arrive at the house after a long day of travel). We hope to make your Belize beach vacation easy, seamless, and unforgettable!
We have been visiting Ambergris Caye for over twenty years and we hope to have incorporated all that is desired in a Belize beach house at Still Waters.
1. Location: close enough to town for an easy golf cart ride (or boat ride), yet far enough removed to feel like you are in your own island paradise.
2. Beach: There is an actual beach in front of our property, where the water meets the sand. (Many properties on the island have seawalls or bulkheads). Our front yard is decorated with coconut palms, providing the perfect hammock spot! For more action on the beach, we offer beach volleyball, corn holes, bocce ball, and other beach games!
3. Pool: The private pool is the perfect place to cool off at the end of the day, sharing fishing, snorkeling, and dive stories with friends and family. Enjoy the view of the ocean from the row of built in pool bench seats.
4. Staff & Cook: Two full time caretakers live on site and offer daily cleaning and cooking services. (Cooking service is an additional fee). A true vacation begins when meals are prepared for you!!!
5. Two stand up paddle boards, one tandem kayak, one youth kayak, four bikes, snorkel gear and yoga mats are included with the house to explore San Pedro via land and sea!

We had the most amazing time at Still Waters. This property is luxury top to bottom. Our groundskeeper Pedro was amazing. He was there to greet us as well as make sure we had everything we needed daily. He provided us his own fishing poles and went to town to get a sardines every other day so our kids could fish off the dock. He made sure our surroundings were clean and well-maintained. His lovely wife Rosa came in every day and cleaned and made sure we had fresh towels as well as made our beds and made sure everything was in order. Julie, the host, makes this home feels like home away. It had absolutely everything you could ask for but the best part was the backyard a.k.a. the beach. Everyone was extremely responsive and cared for us like family. All in all, we would love to come back to Still Waters. What a lovely vacation.

Still Waters was the Perfect place for our family to reconnect for our family vacation. Our family is split up between Iowa and Colorado and we love that it was a bit off the beaten path and not in the hustle and bustle of the town. Not that the town is all that hustle and bustle, but it was just amazing that it had its own beach its own pool perfect for our 9/mo grandson And also all of us adults. There was room for everyone to do a little bit of everything between volleyball kayaking, paddle boarding playing in the sand in the pool & hanging out in the house if we wanted. We could hop on the golf cart and get anywhere not that much time between Beach the little area of town before the bridge and then also get into town in a short time to go to restaurants. The adults could go into town at night and enjoy themselves while the baby went to bed. And Rosa were absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for better hosts for our stay. It truly made me sad to leave them. Julie was amazing from the start with so many questions I had with baby out of the country for the very first time As well as coming to a new place. Between coordinating golf carts and taxis and meals Julie And Pedro were just incredible. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for this trip. We really felt like home but at the same time an unforgettable vacation. Roses food was so delicious. We really regretted not having more meals from her. Secret beach snorkeling & fishing were amazing 2 can’t say enuf!

We had so much fun staying at Still Waters. The property is just a gorgeous in person and it was in the pictures. Pedro and Rosa manager the property and they are super helpful and nice. We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, but this is the first time we had someone come in to do some light cleaning each day we were there and it was so nice!
We had some travel hiccups along the way the host was really helpful in getting everything sorted out for our new arrival plans. We all want to go back!

This is a relatively remote house with roads that may be difficult with rain and pot holes. The home is on the beach close to scuba guides. The rooms are spacious. The doors extremely difficult to open and close. Pedro was delightful and helpful. The challenges are doable.

We enjoyed 2 amazing weeks at Still Waters. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Pedro and Rosa were great! Rosa is a great cook and Pedro was able to arrange for anything we wanted while we were there. I highly recommend a stay at this property!

Still Waters was the perfect spot for our family fly fishing vacation! Our guides pulled right up to the dock in the mornings - we just walked out the back door to meet them. As anticipated, Rosa and Pedro were wonderful and SO accommodating. Rosa's food was delicious and Pedro's eager helpfulness and great big smile always put a smile on our faces. Julie helped immensely in our planning and checked in on us during our stay. All her recommendations were excellent. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family of 8 - we appreciated the high end linens, towels, and comfortable beds!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Julie allowed us to have an intimate vow renewal here and the private beach did not disappoint! Pedro and Rosa are absolutely amazing. They even put out decorations on our vow renewal day! We had no idea they would do this, but it truly warmed my heart when I saw them out there making sure everything was beautiful. The mosquitoes were in full effect when we were there, but Pedro did his best to make sure it wasn’t too bad. He would come our several times to light candles and put our foggers. Rosa also makes the most delicious food! We enjoyed our couples massage in between the trees as well. The views are incredible and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunsets. We’d definitely stay here again without hesitation!

1st time to Belize and we had an amazing time. Still Waters was the perfect spot for our family of 8. On our down time between reef fishing, snorkeling, sunset cruising, and secrete beach we all enjoyed hanging by the pool, kayaking, and resting in the hammocks. Julie was great helping us set everything up prior to the trip and Pedro and Rosa were fantastic hosts during our stay.

This house was everything we expected and more. A little piece of our own paradise. Rosa and Pedro are absolutely amazing, and Julie was SO helpful in facilitating everything we wanted to do. We would’ve never been able to do it without Julie, Pedro and Rosa! Communication was always transparent and everything was absolutely perfect. The worst part of the trip is that we had to move the itinerary around and leave a day early due to the Tropical Storm, but Julie saved the day by taking care of rescheduling everything for us so we still did everything we wanted to do, but didn’t have to stress about it!!! I appreciate y’all so much and 10/10 recommend Still Waters for your trip to Belize.

It was better than we expected. Great, well maintained facility. Service was also excellent. Two minor criticisms: 1 the water regeneration makes a noise every time someone uses the toilet or the shower. If you're a light sleeper it will bug you like some in our party. 2. No air conditioning in the main areas, just in the bedrooms. It got hot and uncomfortable when we were in the living room and kitchen some nights.

The house is farther than we expected from the main town area and the road that leads to the home at night is very dark. Something to take into consideration for those that plan to drive at night.

I have been to San Pedro several times and stayed at Coco Beach resort. This time it was a celebration of 50th birthdays with six women! This property is……actually no words can describe! ( far better than the pics, and the pics were great ). Everything you want is there!! So spacious, with beach views, pool, hammocks and total privacy! No need to cook because this island has the most excellent food that I have ever had on islands. ( I have been to alot). Pedro, our caretaker was the best!! He even had fresh coconuts from the trees for our coconut water for hydration!! We also gave a grocery list of staples we needed and it was there upon arrival. Anything you may need, Pedro is there!! Be sure to tip him!! Secret beach is a must! Spend the day in the water with cocktails and amazing food!! Also, a golf cart is a must!! We use coconut carts with Terry and he is the best!! Communication with the owners is excellent!! They are so prompt with answers and they give a detailed booklet of everything!! There is so much more to say about San Pedro, but just go and experience it!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

We had a great experience at Still Waters. The house was perfect and Rosa, Pedro and Julie all helped the vacation feel relaxing and easy. It was the perfect mi of activities and lounging around. The house is very nice and just as it appears online. Thank you Still Waters, we hope to come back!

Can't say enough to fully portray how perfect!
We had an amazing stay! The Still Waters house is absolute perfection - we are already talking about trying to go back for another visit. The house was the perfect size for our group (three couples) and you really never have to even leave with the pool, oceanfront, dock, beach games and hammocks all onsite. Although of course we did leave to go exploring and be out on the beautifully colored water.
As for service, Pedro and Rosa are THE BEST! They and what they provided far exceeded our expectations. Pedro made sure we wanted for nothing - took care of anything we asked with a smile - and Rosa kept us stocked with homemade tortillas and cooked us a few delicious meals. David from the property management company was also very responsive/helpful before the trip and upon arrival.

Beautiful home, great location, fabulous cook and caretaker!
We just had a lovely two-week vacation at Still Waters. The home is as lovely as it looks in the pictures, as are the grounds and ocean it faces. We really enjoyed the home, the wonderful meals that Rosa prepared for us and benefited from Pedro's caretaking. Communicating with David at BLease Mgmnt was easy - he was always very quick to respond to any questions I had, before and during our stay; he was helpful and thorough. We requested some provisioning so that we'd have some basics at the house when we arrived, and everything we requested was purchased and stored for us - including a starter case of Belikin beer which was delightfully cold in the separate fridge for beverages. Rosa made a lovely welcome dinner for us and first breakfast; though we expected to do our own shopping, cooking and cleaning, it was just too easy to have Rosa take care of us and take care of us she did! We especially enjoyed her ceviche, garlic sauteed shrimp, salbutes and breakfast burritos, tho everything she made for us was great. The bedrooms were really comfortable; we used just the two master bedrooms which were nice and cool with the AC, and the beds and bedding were very nice. Rosa popped over to sweep and do dishes for us daily - - we are forever spoiled!! We can also highly recommend snorkeling and/or scuba trips with Sam, Henry and Sarge at Scuba Daze; they were great!!

Perfect escape
We had a wonderful vacation at Still Waters. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. There is a little grocery store right next to the house which is very convenient. The pool and beach are both beautiful and well kept. There are also several outdoor games and Hammocks which our family really enjoyed. There is only AC in the bedrooms whoever we enjoyed having the fresh ocean air in rye main living area of the house. Pedro was very helpful. He went out and got us bait and even helped our son catch some fish off the dock. We had a wonderful time at Still Waters and would love to return.
