The room was very clean, very well designed and highly functional. Bright. Right in the center of the old town near the bridge.
Bring earplugs. Live music on a Thursday night in the bar below kept up until 11pm. You could sing along if you like. And the quiet house music took over until after midnight.

No Breakfast available.
Location good.
Clean.
Too much light in corridor everytime someone leaves a room, light pours in under door. Should dim corridor light at night. Electronic locks - Horrible to use, you feel you will not be able to open room, and our friends got locked out of their room for several hours in the middle of the night because they could not make the lock open.... Disgusting.
Too much noise from some piece of equipment outside room to open window at night. Tiny windows, one completely hidden behind tea and coffee behind fake wall. Room: SO TINY WE COULD BARELY MOVE - not really acceptable. Greedy owner.

Very good B&B located in the heart of Henley-on-Thames. The quietness of the premises, the modern design, and the cleanliness of the daily rooms and premises have impressed me.
Breakfast was reduced to some biscuits and coffee or tea from the machines in the room which had not enough space for a table. It would be better, considering the room price and the posh area, having offered a voucher to get breakfast from one of the many bars in town.

A bit of confusion about how to get in but when I called the number they were so helpful & even helped me with my luggage up the stairs.

Best to get a room not facing the high street as can be noisy

The room was fine. Functional and clean
The room (102) was directly above the Hart Street Tavern, basically a bar, that was playing loud music. I had to go downstairs and outside to ask them to turn the music down. The manager said he had a license to play music until 1am.
I had to go back again to get him to turn it down, which he did on the second request. I'm a light sleeper, so a noisy room is really not great!

Great location.
Communal kitchen was smaller than it looks in the photos.

Great location and very nice staff.
Room was very small, but I think this is usual in the UK. We are American and used to more space.

Excellent location and very quiet even though it was on the main high street. Good and easy self check in and the room was compact but had all we needed for a pleasant, one night stay. Clean, tidy and had all the facilities we needed.
Pillows were a little squidgy. I imagine they get a lot of wear.

Lovely shower, good bed, small fridge, coffee and tea making facilities. Excellent location. The staff that happened to be on place when I arrived was very helpful . Would reccomend
due to the event taking place the room was quite pricy

Good location. Easy access. Good amount of sockets. Clean. Comfy bed.
Room was small but fine for one person and a suitcase. The soundproofing was poor and I was kept awake by, what I think was live music from a nearby pub/club, until 2am on a Tuesday night. I was then awakoken at 430am by other residents in the hotel who had an early start.

Only because I can’t leave this text box blank, the only good thing about this place is that it’s in the middle of Henley.
The room was not cleaned well and the aircon unit was so dirty it was blowing out dust. It says there’s toiletries but there wasn’t any so we had nothing to wash our bodies or hair with. The room is not big enough for 2 people to walk around and that includes the smallest hardest bed we’ve ever slept in, in all our years of traveling. You can hear everything outside the door and walls so people walking and talking, and a lot of light comes in around the window blind. FYI the stairs are narrow and very steep so not ideal for an elderly or very large person. From the moment you walk in through the front door the whole place feels squashed and claustrophobic.

Clean tidy and modern in a good location.
Not keen on glass bathrooms, prefer a bit more privacy personally.

Great location in Henley, close to all amenities
The bed. The bedding. The noise from the extractor fan outside the window that kept up awake most of the night.

Location was ok
Everytime the corridor lights come on the room was lit up like tower bridge. The TV standby light started flashing red/green in the middle of the night. AC units mounted outside the window making a noise all night. Loud music playing somewhere.

very silly to have a sink that when tap goes on most water goes outside bowl. style over substance. poor choice.
