Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the Penthouse floor at Beach Colony Resort. Enjoy a spacious extra large balcony with a totally unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and coastline. This condo is beautifully decorated and is always exceptionally clean.

Beach Colony Resort is an elegant, private complex offering luxurious amenities and all the comforts you could want on a vacation. Our condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is a fantastic master suite including a separate glass shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the Gulf offering privacy and a spectacular view! While staying at our amazing condo, you can work out in the state of the art fitness center. It offers brand new equipment and a great view. Also available on site are three swimming pools (one indoor), a hot tub, and two clay tennis courts. Located just minutes from Beach Colony, you can enjoy a round of golf on one of two golf courses located within a few minutes of the resort. Beach Colony is nestled in the heart of Perdido Key - restaurants, shopping, museums, and exciting night life are not far from the resort. The condo has high end furnishings and décor with an upscale and well-appointed kitchen with granite counters. The beachfront master suite has a king bed with a luxurious master bath, a beautiful shower and jacuzzi jetted tub deck and twin vanities. This condo is the ultimate in luxury and comfort! Each morning you will awake to the sound of the surf, and can enjoy the view from the fabulous master bedroom, the living area, or expansive balcony overlooking the gulf! The guest bedroom has 2 full size (double) beds and a private bath, and there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing comfortable sleeping space for up to guests! The condo has 3 TVs including a smart 65" TV in the living room.

The property is clean, well appointed, and comfortable! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area and the beds. Anne is a delightful host - responsive, proactive and kind. A little goody bag was waiting for us when we arrived that made us feel like special guests. We come down annually in July and we will definitely be back to this one. You won't go wrong staying with Anne as your host!

Beautifully decorated condo. Owner, Anne, was very easy to work with and gave me all of the check in info well before I checked into unit The unit was beautiful and very clean. Check out was very easy. We will return to this unit. Of all the places we have stayed at this beach, this was by far the best!

This was the best vacation me and my family have had and the first time we’ve ever been to Perdido Key. The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It’s beautifully decorated. The views are breathtaking. We wanted to live on the balcony. The condo was extremely clean. Anne was extremely accommodating the entire trip. The beaches were so clean and white. The water was the clearest I’ve seen in Florida. We can not wait to come back! We will be staying here again!

We had a wonderful experience. Anne was an excellent and thoughtful host. All the basic plus lots of creature comforts were available at the condo. We were able to settle right in and start relaxing. My kids loved the quick stroll to the beach where we sent hours. My wife and I stayed a few nights at Anne's condo for our anniversary. The penthouse view from the 15th floor was incredible and so was Anne in providing help/assistance with check-in. All furniture, bedding, etc. was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. No negative complaints here, only ALL POSITIVE. We can't wait to go back!

This Penthouse condo on the 18th floor is amazing! The condo is huge and is so luxurious that you won’t want to leave. The view is indescribable! I’ve traveled to many countries and stayed in 5* star hotels and this condo beats them all! The condo is immaculate and has everything you need and more. So luxurious. In addition, the condo has 2 pools, and another enclosed pool with a jacuzzi. To my surprise, the condo includes chairs and a beach umbrella. Add to that WI-FI and cable TV. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent bedding and comfortable furniture. This unit has a relaxing vibe. Some rentals go overboard with “beach” decor; however, the incredible view from Anne’s place eliminates the need to remind you where you are. Tastefully appointed, this unit is lovely and soothing. Though we cooked only breakfast there, the kitchen was well equipped. A typed restaurant list with distance from the condo and a brief description of each was helpful in planning meals out. Having both a Kurig and a Mr. Coffee covers individual preference. User friendly hot showers? Yes. Fluffy towels? Yes. Accommodating and thoughtful startup supplies? Yes. Everything in this unit functions as it should and reflects owner’s level of care. Anne makes sure you feel welcomed to reach out should you need anything. Photos are 100% accurate. In short, this is an excellent rental. And just a note if you’re a first timer to Beach Colony: elevator entry button is not by the door. Look for the center column. We would definitely return to this property.

My family and I enjoyed our spring vacation stay in Perdido Key. The location was wonderful...away from touristy areas but close enough to enjoy, if we wanted. Views from the condo are second to none. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Communication with Anne was excellent and we really enjoyed the treat bag she left. We will definitely be back!

Anne's condo in Perdido Key was just what we were looking for on our favorite beach during the kid's Fall break. Everything was clean and well stocked and even had a cute welcome bag for us which I don't think we've ever seen from an owner in all our many (many!!) trips to the beach. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and even got to watch the Blue Angels practice one morning while sipping coffee and sitting at the table. Anne was super quick to respond if I had a question. We will definitely reach back out to her when were ready for our next trip. Thanks for a fun and relaxing week!

We just finished our stay and could not be more pleased. It was a beautiful condo with a fantastic panoramic view of the gulf, easy access to beach and dining. Anne was extremely helpful from start to finish with the checkin process, parking and providing chairs and umbrellas for the beach and great recommendations for local dining.
