We enjoyed our stay in Laporte. Everything was great and the property manager was very accessible and helpful. She made some great suggestions about where to eat, etc. I’d definitely stay there again.

Clean and beautiful area.

The property was well kept and clean. It was exactly as pictured and was a great place for us to rest for a few hours after our long days. The host was wonderful with communication and was super thoughtful (left a light on for us since i communicated that we would be arriving late so that we wouldn't come "home" to a dark place). Side note-- parking for the cottages is most convenient on main street in front of them. When we first arrived there weren't cars parked out there, so we didnt know that we could park there so we parked in the small lot behind the cottage, which was convenient but might be full if the hotel is full

Everything at the hotel was just as represented. The check in process was very easy and Margie, the property manager, was excellent about communicating everything we needed to know. The room itself was clean and I was pleased to see that there was a microwave and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. We stayed in the main building, so I can't speak for the small, cabin style rooms that are also part of the property.

Great area with small park next door. Not a lot of food or early morning options within walking distance, but nice place to base from. Bonus: there are gym machines in basement!

We enjoyed our brief overnight at the cabin. Had a little trouble figuring out the heating and air conditioning but discovered that full info had been provided in anticipation of questions, so it was all good. Great and helpful communications from the host the whole time. Would gladly stay there again. Thank you!

Beautiful, clean, great customer service.

I loved everything about my stay! Bright, clean, comfortable, easy to find, quiet, safe community. If I had to note anything slightly difficult, it was that it took me a few minutes to reach and figure out how to use the ductless a/c unit (I’ve just never used one before) but it was pretty simple once I reached it. It was fabulous to stay in such a well maintained cottage, I would 100% recommend and return!

If you don't camp, this is one of the best places to stay in the Eagles Mere/ Worlds End SP area.

Very comfortable and clean. We have various accommodations in this vicinity in the past and when you combine comfortable/cleanliness/and easy access it excels far and above others. Even has cell phone service!

This property was so cute. Very clean. Communication was very easy. Enjoyed sitting outside with our family that stayed there as well. Overall it was a great trip

Our apartment was exactly as described. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. The room was neat and clean. We were in town for a wedding at Worlds End State Park. The property was a short drive away. Sitting around the fire pit at the end of the night was the perfect ending to the night. Margie was very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. We would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

Very clean and perfect location for the work I was doing in the area. Walking distance to Laporte Cafe (which should also get five stars!). Host was very responsive with a couple of questions. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area again. Thank you!

My husband found the cottages last summer and we had such a nice stay. The best part was that our pup was allowed to stay with us. We just spend Memorial Day weekend there and it was even better. We ended getting the same cottage, and some renovations have definitely been done with we stayed last. We can’t wait to stay again. Thanks for everything.

This cottage was very cute and a very remote location. It was exactly what we needed and honestly exceeded our expectations. It was spaced enough away from the other cottages that it was still private. Very nice stay.

Clean, well-maintained property in the heart of the Endless Mountains. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access and pleasant stay.

We were looking forward to spending a quiet, private New Years eve! Meet all our expectations!

Clean, but spartan cottage. Keep in mind that after October many restaurants and bars are closed or have reduced hours.
We had some heating issues with our cottage, but they were addressed during our stay.

We had a great overnight stay even if it rained all weekend!!: Hoping for better weather next time!

Property in very remote tiny small town with no dinner options on a Tuesday night - drove about 9 miles to another tows. Cabin was clean, comfortable and quiet at night.

Was beautiful and clean .. very helpful with any questions would definitely stay there again :) very friendly

This property is very cute and charming. We enjoyed the ‘remoteness’ of the area. We loved the 24/7 produce stand beside our cottage. Was great to sit by the fire pit and appreciated the s’mores package! While there were a couple disappointments, all in all it was an enjoyable weekend.

We wanted a place to stay that was close to hiking options. This was great...only about 30 minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park, closer to World End State Park, and minutes feom the Loyalsock Trail! Bring food along since there aren't a lot of dining options, but that was fine with us!

I stayed in cottage 7, cute and cozy. Perfect for me and my friend. We didnt spend much time there but the property manager was friendly and always reachable. She even reached out to me and let me know they had a fire pit and smores package which I got excited for! Definitely a place id go again.

We wanted to stay at Laporte due to is great location for hiking. Talking with the property manager and check in were set up for easy use. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay due to an injury with our dog. Shame for us... I’m sure the place is cute and reasonably priced.

We had a great experience at this property. We stayed at one of the cottages. Beautiful gardens, clean and comfy cabin, and great communication with Margie. I would highly recommend.

Laporte is a small town with easy access to Eagles Mere and Worlds end state park. I was happy with the room, loved the owners communications, disappointed that the lake down the hill was private. If you are going hiking , invest in a purple lizard map, the worlds end map is useless and the trails as well as the driving directions from park ranger were confusing. We were frustrated almost every experience trying to get someplace.
The views from the vistas were fantastic though.
