Cheerful, bright two bedroom garden entry.

The moment you start down the private path to the entry of the suite you embark on an easy, calm and serene stay.

Tastefully upgraded in a modern, clean and open style.

I am often away for work, hence I want to share my space. I am a long time resident of this area and am well versed in all Commercial Drive has to offer.

Please note that we have a beehive on the property. It is 25ft from the house. We have never had a guest stung (touch wood). However please be cautious and leave them alone to do their foraging. I find them to be very gentle and passive creatures. If you have any concerns please let me know.

We were delighted with this modern, clean, well organized apartment in East Vancouver. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer and a nice outdoor sitting area. A nearby commercial area featured tons of small businesses, markets, and ethnic restaurants. We easily drove to West Vancouver, Granville Island, etc. It appears to be a recent remodel of the lower level of a home and it was very well done, Note: NOT a basement per se, it has windows etc. Private and quiet. Highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights as a family of 3. We found the property was finished to a very high standard and had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely outdoor seating area which was nice for the warm evenings The host was very friendly and helpful. Shops, cafes and skytrain within walking distance. Two nice parks also within walking distance. Gave 4 stars for location but the local neighbourhood was very nice and the walking distances to skytrain was only an issue due to the weather being very hot whilst we were there.

Great two bedroom apartment with a relaxing patio! Beautiful decor and a well stocked modern kitchen. The layout worked well and there was an abundance of closets and storage space. Lovely high quality linens. My two friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is immaculate and comfortable, and the owners are friendly and respond quickly to any questions. There are great coffee shops within a block or two and all other attractions are an easy Uber ride away. We would absolutely stay here again.

It’s challenging to find a quiet location in Vancouver to stay. This property was just that. Adrian was wonderful in answering my questions promptly. It was as pictured and had everything you need. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was clean and ready for my arrival. Next time I need a place to stay in Vancouver, I will book in here again. Thank you Adrian.

The apartment was immaculate and well-stocked. Though parking was on the street, there was always a space not far away. The beds were very comfortable and our granddaughter loved the "fireplace" (electronic on TV) in her bedroom.

My family and I had a wonderful time in this spacious, clean, well-designed, and well-maintained home in Vancouver. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen (coffee, tea), and outdoor space. Great location and accessible to amenities. The owners were responsive, hospitable, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this home and we look forward to staying there again when we visit Vancouver!

My best friend, and I traveled to Vancouver for a girls getaway. We do this every year, picking a new destination, and Vancouver and this place did not disappoint. The hosts were amazing, greeting us when we arrived, answering questions in a timely manner, and created an oasis to relax in. This place is perfect for two families or one family with kids. The space is designed to maximize the small area, and it’s cozy and warm giving us everything we needed. It was easy to find, and the place was impeccably clean. We were just steps away from public transit, allowing us to get around the city. The hosts even recommended some places to eat the first night we got in there. After suffering a huge disappointment when we found out the concert we’d travelled to attend was postponed, we were able to relax in our home away from home. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We stayed at Adrian's place for two nights when we were visiting family. Honestly, it's one of the best rentals we've stayed at. It is conveniently located near Commercial Drive with lots of good restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The place itself seems newly renovated and has all the amenities you can ask for - and more. Everything was functional and pristine. Adrian was very responsive to our questions about parking etc. We've enjoyed staying here and would return the next time we are in Vancouver.

The place was very clean and well appointed. Some dining close by and very close to major thoroughfares. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. A great kitchen and very comfortable beds. Would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful stay! They have used the space well...very organized and well apportioned. The owners went above and beyond expectations. Our luggage did not arrive with us and they accepted it while we were out for the day. Even put it inside suite for us. Very accommodating, friendly and quick to communicate we found a cute coffee shop on last day down the street called Flourist check it out!

We had a super nice stay. The place is amazing. Super modern and clean. Well located in a quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes from downtown (gastown). Easy to find parking on the street. Please read the host's email carefully as I tried the wrong door. All my fault as the email was clear but I read it too fast and did not think there was two doors.

We had an amazing stay. The place was in great condition, very clean, and stayed a nice temperature even though it was quite hot outside. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and baths were well supplied. The host was very pleasant and easy to reach. The outdoor area felt very private and was a great place to enjoy my morning coffee, and we never had any problems finding parking. My two kids give it a 100 out of 10 rating and we're hoping to book it again.

The beautiful garden suite is exactly as it was pictured. Cozy and comfy everything you need to make your trip enjoyable. The back patio was nice and relaxing to have a bbq or just to hang out with a few friends. Our hosts were amazing and responsive to any questions we had. The location is close to everything you would need. Transit shops restaurants and parks. Overall a nice place to hang your hat.

We stayed at this lovely place for 4 days, and enjoyed it very much. The place was clean and fully equipped, the terrace overlooking the garden is a gem. The neighbourhood is calm and green and close to transportation (10 minute walk). Great hosts, very welcoming and helpful.

There is not much to say that hasn't been said in other reviews, but I will try. This place and its hosts are amazing! We had booked another place in March and were informed in May that it was no longer available. That was the best thing that could have happened to us, in hindsight! In addition to beautiful and clean accommodations, the hosts were quick to respond with a phone call when we couldn't figure out how to work the Apple TV! The neighborhood is very peaceful and the backyard and patio are delightfully green with well-manicured plants and a tree. We were able to easily access major roads for visiting all attractions. In addition to visiting typical attractions, we had an amazing meal at Grand View Szechuan Restaurant and caught a great live show at The Rio Theater. Both were within close driving distance. The only bad thing was having to leave!!! This was our first visit to Vancouver and we hope to return and stay at this lovely home away from home.

My wife and I had very comfortable time. This was great place for us, very clean, new appliances, great host, very convenient location for us. This has all you need and it felt like home, and very quite neighborhood. I enjoyed my coffee out door on patio looking at beatiful and peaceful garden. I finally find place to stay whenever iIgo to VANCOUVER. My wife and I give this place excellent rating. Thanks to host for taking care of the place so nice for people fell very comfortable, thanks for quick response to my quetions.

This is a magnificent suite, one of my top VRBO experiences. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and the place is clean as a whistle. It worked well for my daughter and me, but might be a little cramped for four people. The living area is just a little small, but the patio is amazing and a great place to hang out. My one suggestion would be to put together a binder with a bit more information about the area. List of grocery stores, some restaurants, and other handy locations.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. It is spacious and fairly new. The suite had a fully equipped kitchen and we loved having 2 bathrooms. The place was nice, modern and clean. Communicating with the host was easy and she responded promptly. We enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and well- stocked with items we might need. Good quiet location. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back soon.

We loved this space! Very clean and roomy. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Loved the en-suite full bath. Amenities provided were great. Kitchen had basics like EVOO, salt & pepper, coffee, etc. Everything worked. Good selection of streaming apps. Easy in and out. Would love to stay here in the summer because the back porch is equipped with grill and nice seating. Easy parking and a short walk to nice parks and cafes. Neighborhood is quiet. Loved the kitchen. Everything was comfortable (beds, heating, sofa). Can't think of anything we didn't like. I love a place that provides clean white towels and smells fresh, not musty! Owners are quick to respond. Beautifully renovated, and furnished property in Vancouver. This property is well equipped to cook your own meals or just start out the day with coffee. Thoughtful items such as umbrellas are available. Within easy driving distance of different activities. I wish we could have booked sunshine for the whole trip but we did enjoy being outdoors finding all that was already blooming in the city.

My partner and I spent 5 nights here on a trip to celebrate her birthday. Everything about this place met or exceeded our expectations! The unit is wonderfully remodeled and decorated which makes it a perfect place to relax in. The kitchen is beautiful and nicely equipped which we appreciated as we made several meals during our trip. The location is also great! A SHORT walk will get you to neighborhood parks and a lovely little bakery (Flourist). Anything we wanted to do around the city was less than a 20 minute drive. Adrian was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this property if you’re in Vancouver and we will be back next time we are there.
