About this house rental
The Gulls Dromana is perfect for a relaxing, enjoyable and peaceful beach escape. Take in the view of Arthur Seat, Dromana, Mt Martha and glimpses of the bay. Only a 10 to 15 minute 1 km walk to the beach and the center of Dromana and an hours drive from Melbourne.
Designed with the traditional beach colours of blue and white The Gulls Dromana includes:
*3 bedrooms:
2 upstairs with ceiling fans
( 1 x queen)
( 2 x single)
1 downstairs
( double sofa bed).
*Large main bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, plantation shutters, carpet.
*Second bedroom has two single beds, plantation shutters and built in robe.
*Downstairs rumpus room has double sized sofa bed and own shower and toilet.
*Main upstairs bathroom has shower and separate toilet.
*Bed linen and towels included in the tariff.
*Port a cot (no linen).
*A mixture of carpet and polished boards.
*Main area open plan.

You can sleep comfortably (and coziness with heated blankets during Winter) within walking distance to the beach. Only a short-trip to plenty of independent distilleries too!

The Gulls at Dromana had everything we could have hoped for in an Easter getaway!
The home is well equipped, clean and welcoming. We loved the enclosed area for our dog Gavin who had plenty or space to run around and sniff.
The BBQ on the deck is an added bonus to sit and enjoy the views on a beautiful summers night.

The house is amazingly set up which was great for us to take Rosie our German Shepherd, was great walking areas and close to beach.
There are not many nice places you can take your dog with you on holidays.
This is a lovely relaxing peaceful property with heaps of hidden sitting areas and is a comfy clean place.

Lovely propertywith super comfy beds and linen! My husband and two doggos visited over the long weekend and we loved being close to an off-leash dog park (15 min walk) at hillview community reserve. The house is equipped with all the necessary items and the property is secure for dogs to run around the back and front yards, we also loved that there was a doggy door! Shops and beach are a few mins drive. did find a bit of dust under the bed (husband experienced some asthma) hence why we checked. Jan was lovely to talk to and accommodated our last minute change of plans to have friends join us for one night! Great experience overall :)

The Gulls Dromana is a real gem very clean need and tidy great for a family to use as a base to explore the Mornington Peninsula to enjoy the Winery, Restaurants and shops. It is also very secure for the fur babies with secure fencing and lovely lawn and gardens, can't wait to come back.

Long weekend
I had a long weekend at The Gulls in Dromana with my 16yo daughter and 12yo son. Prior to our arrival, communication with the host Jan was clear, prompt and helpful. Access to the property was very straightforward via a key safe. The house is located about 10 minutes walk from the shops and beach, and has some water views from the balcony. The rooms are comfortable, light and the heating system was excellent. The third bedroom is actually a sofa bed in the downstairs rumpus room which is also where the table tennis table is - we elected for the kids to share the bedroom with 2 single beds, and for the table tennis table to stay set up.

Just like the pictures
We instantly felt very welcome in this pretty, sunny home. There are views to the bay and plenty of nice spots to sit and read. Our dog loved exploring the secure yard.
Jan made us feel welcome and communication was easy.
Dromana is a good base for exploring the Mornington Peninsula and even in winter the drive-in is a fun experience.

Great for dogs and people
Clean beach property that is as described with a large balcony and views of the bay and Melbourne. I stayed with my wife and two dogs for 10 days in the off season and it was enjoyable. Nice area where you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. Property was enclosed and particularly good for my dogs. Easy check in and host made communication easy.

Pawfect getaway!
The Gulls Dromana Beach House property is the perfect place to get away with your four legged friend and family. Quiet street with huge fully fenced backyard and a nice deck to relax about in the sunshine. Host had put in some little touches too for when we arrived (dog loved his biscuits!). House is tastefully decorated in beach theme (as pictured), clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. We didn't have a chance to use facilities downstairs (table tennis table and board games) as we enjoyed the plenty of nearby beautiful coastal walks, lovely cafes and restaurants (which again were dog friendly!). Will certainly recommend to friends and family and will be returning.

The property was easy to find and suited our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and it was very convenient having the beds already made up when we arrived. The garden was secure, which was a relief as our dog came with us. The dog door was also very convenient. We would be happy to stay again.

A blissful long weekend
This lovely home is warm and inviting, beach themed with everything you could ever want on hand. It's clean, neat and even has dog treats for your fur babies! The yard is a good size and the street is quiet with close walks to town and to the bike trails behind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. We’ve just had a fabulous week at the Gulls
What we loved:
*eating on the deck with the lovely water views
*easy walk to the shops and the beach
*the table tennis table was the hit for all the family
*super well stocked kitchen. Ample glasses, plates, cutlery and all the appliances you will need. Unlike some places where you only get 4 of everything, the kitchen has ample crockery and cutlery so you can run the dishwasher when it’s full, not half full!

Beautiful property in an amazing place. Shops and beach were a short walk or a couple of minutes drive. The house is comfortable and accommodated us well. Beautiful new kitchen where Jan has thought of everything. My cavoodle loved the balcony and yards. We will definitely come again

A home away from home
This was a perfect place by the bay to slow down and recoup after a busy year. The furniture was comfortable, the single beds though quite hard, we’re comfortable and the bed linen was exceptional. It is equipped with everything you need to cook or bbq for a dinner night in. The house is a short 13 minute walk to the water . The home is also very dog friendly and C was well taken care of with little treats left fir him to eat. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

The perfect home away from home!
'The Gulls' is a well situated, cozy home with good amenities including a fantastic garden (especially if you have kids or dogs) and a brilliant deck! The owner, Jan, was most accommodating which made our experience even more enjoyable. Jan was flexible with our needs and went out of her way to let us know that our 'fur-baby' was a welcomed guest too! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is thinking of staying within the vicinity of Dromana!
