An apartment you really want to spend time in

Nice and tasteful decorated hotel close to the center of Schladming, 5min walk to Planai valley station. Great storage for bikes or skis. Clean and tidy. Super nice and helpful hotel staff added so much great value to our stay. Would not doubt one second to book again.

Urlaub mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute hatten wir das Gefühl, sehr gut aufgehoben zu sein. Das Gefühl dort angekommen zu sein, wo man sich wirklich erholen kann, wo der Gast noch im Mittelpunkt steht. Das gesamte Haus ist nicht auf Massentourismus ausgerichtet. Viele Rückzugsorte zur Erholung werden angeboten. Da begeistert insbesondere die tolle Sauna, die Lage zum Zentrum, die nahen Bushaltestellen und die Tiefgarage. Hervorheben möchte ich das super Frühstück, dass ständig frisch zubereitet und ständig nachgefüllt wurde. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Auch erwähnenswert ist die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Also nochmals vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft, die nicht überall so gelebt wird. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Reiner und Marita

Amazing!

Very new and modern building, amazing location, you only have to walk a few minutes to the planai ski lift, and there are several shops (and a ski rental) around the building. The town center was also really close. The lady at the reception was really kind and helpful. We liked the view from the sauna and from the relax room. The breakfast was really delicious. The equipment and the ski storage room was perfect.

The only thing we were disappointed about was that we stayed in the apartment for a whole week and there was no cleaning during that time, only for an extra charge.

excelent location, 3 min walk to Planai gondola station and city centerspacious and confortable appartement, with excelent ski storage and very nice wellnes.

there si space for improvement in one thing only - breakfast , less is more , many choices but Max for 2-3 persons and replenishment is slow

Superb

Lovely space in the apartment, all new and clean. Very friendly staff. Close to the ski lift

Surrounded with buildings and not much of a view from anywhere in the apartment. Quite pricey too.

Long ski weekend in Schladming

We loved everything about the apart-hotel! Location was perfect, within a 5 minute walk to the Planai lift as well as the city center, with views of the mountains from every window. We thoroughly enjoyed the luxury boutique feel of the property - the 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was modern but inviting and comfortable, the underground parking structure and ski equipment room were enormous, the wellness area and its beautiful sauna were a perfect respite after a day on the slopes (we also booked a massage and were so happy that we did!), the breakfast was simple but very nice, and the staff were so friendly! I also need to add how clean the property was maintained! This was an excellent property and we hope to come back!

I know I'm being nit-picky LOL, but I suppose the only thing that could use improvement was the coffee machine in the hotel breakfast area? The coffee tasted a bit off, could be that the machine needed some maintenance/cleaning?

Apparthotel Ursprung

Super friendly, attentive and professional staff. Attractive location and decor. View of the mountain from our room. Close to gondolas, shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

It was a summer stay and humid in our room so a fan would be helpful.

Superb hotel in superb place

Beautiful, clean, well-designed and well furnished rooms and whole hotel. Nice and friendly service. Superb location. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope that we will return soon.

It would be great if the hotel was non-smoking. But this is not a problem of the hotel, but all hotels and restaurants in Austria in general. Hotel has beautiful space for breakfast, if this space will be used as cafe or restaurant during the day it will be great.

Very good

Breakfast offer is not very rich but sufficient. Hotel is nice as well as position, close to the center of Schladming and cable Planai.
