Great stay for a family vacation

Very homely and nice decor especially kids' room and overall very clean and in a peaceful environment and value for money. The cable TV was a bonus as there were a lot of shows and the living room was big - great for games with family. The kitchen was functional and well-equipped and a washer with a large sized drying rack was available and very useful. The location was peaceful and quiet near Mullaloo beach which is not crowded at all and yet near Westfield Whitfords mall and even nearer to IGA and BP petrol station which was very convenient. Parking space was right in front of the property which was great. Owner Jamie was friendly and helpful when there were some issues with the cable TV and prompt in replies.

The toilet was en suite to the master bedroom which was a bit inconvenient and the toilet flush was a bit weak. The rooms were good sized but a bit too bright with the blinds especially with the early sunrise in November. The beds were a bit too soft and bouncy. The entrance was a bit dark at night. Some minor modifications like blackout curtains, firmer beds and entrance lights would make the place perfect!

Great granny flat if you need something simple but comfortable

Location is amazing. The place is clean and tide bed is very comfortable. Have a wonderful tv wifi and foxtel. This place has everything you need.

Maybe just the location of the toilet, but you can't help that because if you're with mates and they need to go to the toilet they can wake you up.

Lovely space pretty close to an outstanding white beach, Mullaloo beach! Bus stop right outside the house!

Superb

Nice quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. When we asked for additional items they were provided promptly

The only downside was access to the bathroom / toilet etc was through the master bedroom. The screen doors were on the inside and couldn't be locked at night when the solid glass doors were left open. The master bed was a little low

we will be back!

The layout and decor of the house was well layed out. It was very well equipped even having beach towels. Comfy lounge and huge TV were an advantage. Major Shopping Centre was 5 mins drive away

Apartment was a little cool at times but there was a heater in the lounge (we were there in the cold weather though) Shower a little weak

Jamie was a great host left us in peace n quite supplied all bathroom soaps etc towels linen it’ with a main bedroom and two beds in the kids room was perfect !! kitchen had all pots and pans cutlery cups glasses , excellent fridge freezer free wifi and foxtel it really was brilliant. I wish the price was a little bit less say $650 and ild return back most trips apart from that u won’t find better so close to the beach made it all the more perfect definitely will stay again and recommend it to friends . the location was good for my needs. good TV and Wi-Fi.

poorly maintained. no lighting in the dark alleyway leading to the appt. ant infested, dripping taps and stuck in the 80’s furniture.

Fun, comfortable and easy accomodation

The space provided was so homely and very neat. it had some really cool quirky features. The family back garden was a beautiful space for the children to enjoy and the owner of the property is just super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Easy access to the house which was convenient for our busy schedule. Very cosy and quick to warm on cold nights. Use of a washing machine made life easy. We would stay there again.

Great location.

I wouldn't advise staying here if you have young children. They have a rather aggressive dog that comes to the glass window and sliding door and throws itself at you if it sees or hears you, every time it enters the shared backyard. It would be terrifying if you were at its height like a child would be. It was intimidating enough as an adult. Shower leaked and taps all dripped. Bathroom cupboard was water damaged and there was water in the cupboard when we got there, presumably from the leaking tap. Bathroom was a bit grotty and run down.

Good hosts, apartment, location and price.

The host were only too happy to help with things that we unfortunately had a problem with and remedied them immediately. Very nice easy going hosts. Great location 10 minute walk to the beach. Public transport very convenient. Shopping easy to get to with 2 major complexes nearby.

No complaints. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.
