TERMS:
¼ of the rent to be paid upon booking. Balance of rent, deposit and Tourist tax requested upon taking possession; deposit returned within one month at the latest if the villa is left without damage. Inventory of items of equipment in each villa.
We insist on the fact that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement is a maximum number which will in no case be exceeded.
The rental price includes a cleaning service of the villa once a week.
Linens provided. Water and EDF consumption included in summer.
