Überteuertes Quartier im Keller. Die Bewertungen sind irreführend. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, das war dann aber auch schon alles.

Das ist ein Kellerquartier mit nur EINEM Schlafraum, in dem Betten für bis zu 6 Personen stehen. Die Unterkante der Fensterscheiben ist in ca 1.8m Höhe. Es ist keine Heizung vorhanden oder in Betrieb. Es gibt einen einzigen Kleiderschrank, der mit Bettzeug gefüllt ist und somit nicht benutzt werden kann. Die Fotos des Anbieters sind absichtlich so gemacht, dass all das nicht erkennbar ist, es werden 2 getrennte Schlafräume suggeriert, die Lage im Keller wird verschleiert. Die Stromversorgung in der Küche ist teilweise über Tischsteckdosen gelöst. Im WC sind Anschlüsse für ein nicht montiertes Waschbecken sichtbar, darüber ragt ein Stromkabel (!!) aus der Wand. 7.5 great place for a night

The facilities were clean and tidy. The beds were pretty comfortable, and the kitchen was adequate. It's a great place to spend a night after arriving in Vienna. Close to the highway, but no noise can be heard.

You can not fully open the windows only enough for slight ventilation. One of the matreses was not in great condition.

Noc transferowa w Austrii

Wizyta w apartamencie była bardzo udana. Bardzo krótka odległość od autostrady i bezproblemowy dojazd do apartamentu. Parking bezpłatny przy obiekcie. Klucze do odebrania ze skrytki. Instrukcje od gospodarza jasne i zrozumiałe. Sam apartament na noc transferową choć zlokalizowany w piwnicy jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty zadbany. Wszystkie udogodnienia działały prawidłowo.

Jak na pobyt na jedną noc nie mam żadnych negatywnych opinii dotyczących pobytu w tym apartamencie.

There was no hot water at night, but the host explained what the problem was.

Was a perfect fit for our needs

Perfect location, close to Vienna airport. Great for early morning flights m. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean.

We were surprised that it is a basement (wasn’t clear from the information in booking). Was a little hot, and no aircondition or fan.

The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family with kids. Comfy beds, kitchen well echipment. Perfect apartament for a stop in your way. Good value of money for our stop. You can find more supermarkets near by but there you can go only by car.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a very practical location

Amazing location, very practical to get to from the highway, good amenities around. A quiet and cozy neighborhood. Loved the rooms, since we had a small baby with us, we appreciated the kitchen and the bathtub as well. Will be returning when we get the chance.

Large, clean and nice, with everything we needed also Antonio was very helpful and parking available front of house. The appartment is located at basement, literally under the host house. Kitchen and bathroom lovely equipped with quality appliances and furniture.

Very good for one night stay in a way to Croatia

Very spacious, nice and clean apartament. Huge, comfortable bathtub to relax! Feels like at home. Good for one night stay in a way to Croatia. Close to the highway. Extremely helpful host who guided us on how to get to Vienna and where park a car. Definitely worth to recommend!

Good appartement next to the motorway Wien-Graz.

Near Wiener Neustadt, good connection to Wien, Graz and Semmering. We liked the comfortable beds.

It would be good to sign the entrance which is hidden next to the garage door and was a bit difficult to find in almost complete dark. Or tell the guests before arrival.

Perfect location on the way to the mountains or Croatia

Was a bit too cold when we arrived and with host instructions not to use shoes inside it was cold in feet.. (Floor heating wasn’t very efficient) But later the temperature was ok, even if still too cold in feet:)
