The house was beautiful the owners brilliant hosts the breakfast was delicious,especially the croissants we couldn’t hav

It was beautiful, very well kept , it was stunning. The owners Angela and Ana were friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. Would return again most definitely super super stay

Very good

Nice quiet location. Very clean. Room had been finished to a high standard, including the bathroom. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and could speak English. Would recommend.

You feel very relaxed from the start. The Owners look after all your needs with no fuss. I hope to come back soon for a longer stay.

Perfect place to explore this beautiful part of northern Spain.

Beautiful old 17th converted barn run by a lovely couple in a semi rural area close to wonderful beaches and 15 mins to Santander town and the ferry.

Our room was a little small and we’ve had a more comfortable bed.

Beautiful restored and maintained

It is beautifully restored farm buildings, clean, thoughtfully decorated. Everything that you may need.

Although off street parking is possible on the property, it was closed and you needed to park on street. Owner explained area is very quiet which is true and safe, but it’s the peace of mind difference. To be fair I did not push it, if I had I guess we would have been allowed.

A relaxing break with great hosts and glorious food.

Hosts at the Posada went out of their way to be helpful and make us feel welcome, especially when my husband was ill for a day. They took an interest in what you wanted to get out of your visit. It felt like joining part of an extended, family that changed on a daily basis as guests passed through. Their African Grey Parrot and family dog were wonderful.

No Tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Everything else was exceptional and well above expectations.

Lovely house in a great setting. Very attractive design inside, big tasteful bedroom and a private terrace. Great breakfast, great hosts, excellent restaurant recommendations

Hotel half an hour from Santander

Such a lovely hotel. Off the beaten track with hosts who were really happy to help. We loved this place and hope to return in a year or two. Fabulous.

a perfect gateaway spot to enjoy Cantabria

it’s a very quite area with nice rooms in a village style .

it was a bit noisy in the room, we have heard our neighbors. but it was not critical.

Brilliant facility would definitely stay again

Location to/from Santander Ferry port is ideal

You probably have to drive somewhere away from the many farm animals to allow you dog free roaming

overnight stay pre ferry gave us a good rest in a lovely place.

lovely old property converted with excellent taste to a comfortable small hotel. Owners very helpful and friendly and provideded all we needed including a good meal and breakfast.

Exceptional

Lovely setting close to the motorway and Santander ferry port. Family run in a beautiful old building. Sympathetically renovated to include all modern amenities, whist maintaining rustic charm. Dinner was offered on arrival and was home cooked, simple but delicious. The owners Ana and Angel are welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and a good quality selection. Will return.

Beautiful house steeped in character in a lovely location with wonderful hosts.

This is a beautiful house which has been lovingly restored and offers guests comfortable and stylish accommodation while enjoying lots of lovely period and original features. Huge communal dining/relaxing space and delicious breakfast. Friendly and welcoming hosts- we felt very looked after.

Excellent Possado - best we have come across on the Camino

Beautiful buildings and rooms. Everything sparkling and excellent quality. Great enthusiastic owner - provided evening meal and early breakfast. Highly recommended.

This posada is the only little jewel in the area. It’s authentic and comfortable, beautiful with a lovely owner.

Can't wait to visit again so guess that adequately sums up our stay!

The Posada was faultless in every respect. Ana and Angel, the owners, made us feel as if we were at home and they couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. Loved the breakfasts and the two dinners Angel cooked for us.
