Master bedroom feature farmhouse decor, located in the back of the condo with separate balcony and ocean views. Features brand new top of the line 14" king size memory foam mattress, closet and completely remodeled and upgraded private bath with shower.

The Sea View condo is located within the gated resort community of Ocean Pointe Suites. A beautiful ocean front, keys style condo at MM 92. The condo provides our guests with direct bay or ocean access in minutes via Tavernier Creek. Centrally located in Tavernier at mile marker 92, it is an all-suite resort located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Located on 60 acres in the Florida Keys and part of a protected mangrove forest. Property is entered through a private road and gatehouse. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the many activities our Florida Keys resort has to offer. Onsite pool, restaurant, beach, marina, tennis courts, boat and trailer parking and much more. Fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, along with boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, Everglades eco-tours, glass bottom boat reef trips, para-sailing, wave runners, and swimming with the dolphins. Area is perfect for walking, jogging, biking and kayaking. There is a small neighborhood grocery store with a great selection of meats and wines, BB&T bank, restaurant/bar and gas station located near by. Additionally, there are several restaurants, dress and gift shops, dive center, paddle board and kayak rentals, dive and fish charters, seafood store, church, and a once a week farmers market.
With-in one mile from neighborhood there is also a shopping center which includes Winn-Dixie, restaurants, bar, post office, movie theater, CVS, McDonald's, Dunkin Doughnuts, AT&T and Mariners Baptist Hospital. 3 miles from the house is Founders Community park with beach, playground, soccer field, outdoor gym, tennis courts, boat ramp and swimming pool.

To bring a boat or boat trailer on the property as a guest you must have a room reservation in your name for the period that you wish to have the boat on property. You must also have in your name a reservation for a boat trailer parking space and, if you are keeping your boat in the marina, you must have a reservation for an assigned boat slip. The name on the room reservation, boat registration, and insurance information must all be the same. Reservations for which all the required documentation has been received will be confirmed two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Rules/Regulations/Restrictions:
-All Boats are required to carry insurance ($300K Liability and $100K Property Damage) as stated per Ocean Pointe Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required prior to entering property. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. Please attach a copy of your certificate of insurance to this form when faxing back to us. It is also necessary that you bring these documents with you as you may be asked to provide it again.
-All jet powered water crafts (i.e., jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
-Boats exceeding a registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited. Information on offsite availability for vessels over 28 feet and jet powered water crafts is available upon request. (Note: maximum beam with: 9’ 6”).
Fees/Charges: SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CONTACT OCEAN POINTE FOR MOST UP TO DATE FEES.
-Ocean Pointe charges a Marina Facility Fee of $40.00 per night plus tax. Holidays and Lobster Mini-Season will be an additional $15.00 per night over the base fee. Monthly stays are a flat $300.00 plus tax per month. This fee allows for use of the boat washing stations, boat launch (in/out) and facilitating the parking of your trailer on property.
- Wet slips are available at $3.00 per foot per night plus tax during Season (Mar.15-Sept. 15 & Dec. 15-Jan. 15); $2.50 per foot per night plus tax during Off-Season (Jan. 16-Mar. 14 & Sept. 16-Dec. 14); $4.00 per foot per night plus tax on holidays (Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend); and $5.00 per foot per night plus tax on Lobster Mini-Season.
-Monthly Slip Rentals Only: Monthly slip rentals for vessels up to 22 feet in length are available for $1500.00 per month; monthly slip rentals for boats over 22 feet but under 28 feet are available for $2000.00 per month. For a monthly slip rental 25% of the first month’s rental is required as a deposit. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Notice of cancellation is required at least two weeks prior to arrival date for cancellation with refund. Any cancellation made less than two weeks prior to arrival will result in forfeit of the deposit.
PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED
Guests will have access to the entire condo during their stay, if renting the unit as a whole.
Although we are not onsite during your stay, we do live locally and will be here to assist with as needed.
If you are bringing a boat that does not meet the requirements to use the marina or park onsite, there is another nearby marina option that you can use. Mangrove Marina is close to the property. You can call them directly if you are unable to obtain a space on site.

Such a beautiful property and so many great amenities available. Between the communuty amenities with the pool, beach area, yard game area and above and beyond in unit ameneties with coffee and tea station, simple seasonings and laundry detergent. Our stay was amazing! Our family of 6 had plenty of room and such a great time.

We are regular renters and this unit was our favorite. Spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and thoughtful amenities such as cotton pads, Q tips, nail files, etc. We had some trouble with the TV's and the owner came right over to fix it! Gorgeous pool and tennis courts. Perfect stay!

The condo itself was beautiful. But i was very disappointed that none of the property amenities were accurate. No cafe, no poolside bar and no kayaks or paddle boards were onsite. The e main reasons i chose this property. I even called ahead to confirm. Only to find out none of these things had been available for quite some time. For the price i paid i could have found another place at a comparable price point. I feel i should get a portion of my money returned honestly

This condo unit could not be more inviting for guests. Decor is tastefully beachy so it feels “vacation” without crossing over into tacky overdone. Beautiful, super clean, and well equipped unit where details have been thoughtfully considered to make guests have a delightful home away from home. Let’s start with the beds . . . SO COMFORTABLE!!!! A detail that can absolutely ruin a stay. Rooms have plenty of pillows, linens and towels as well. Even the coffee table is on wheels, making it super easy to use the fold out couch. The kitchen is fully equipped but not cluttered with a lot of unnecessary stuff - we found it easy to make room for the food we bought. Bedrooms are spaced out so you still feel like you have some privacy. The layout and decorating made a relatively small condo feel quite spacious. We had 2 adults and 3 teens and never felt crowded. The property feels safe and we felt comfortable taking late night walks. We had no issues with noise. Beach was clean and well maintained and the walkout and hut at the end offered a really nice viewing point. Unit is conveniently located at the top of a main staircase and parking was close. Host is super responsive and I have no no doubt that if we would’ve had an issue, it would’ve been addressed quickly. We also got an amazing recommendation for a snorkel Captain! By far the best place we’ve stayed for a vacation in as long as I can remember. Will definitely come back and stay at the same unit again!!!

The condo itself was beautiful, we loved the decor and the beds in the rooms were very comfortable. The pull out couch was not comfortable though. The showers had great pressure and the water temp was perfect. Cons: We got stuck in the elevator and had to call for help (very scary situation for me being claustrophobic) and my daughter slipped and fall at the bottom of the steps hurting herself. We had to use the stairs the rest of the trip which was very hard on my mom. There was also remodeling being done on another condo 2 doors down from us which was pretty loud.

Wonderful rental!! Absolutely spotless apartment, with everything you could possibly want, nothing overlooked. Easy booking and check-in process, beautiful place in peaceful spot. Would definitely return, we've stayed in many rentals but none as perfect inside as this one. Beach is small, but depends what you're looking for, this was perfect for us.

We stayed the last week in April 2023 and had the most wonderful time! The cleanliness of the condo was 100%. Everyone loved the decor and the well appointed kitchen was very appreciated. We truly felt like we were home the minute we walked in. The pool was wonderful and very clean also. Kit Kat made us the most wonderful mojitos, we were so happy we found her! We were visiting family in the area and appreciated that they were allowed to come on site to pick us up to explore & fish. Anchors Away boat rentals in Tavernier was wonderful. Harriett's restaurant was our favorite breakfast. Sharkey's, Lorelei and Islamorada Distillery were all amazing. We don't drink tap water when traveling. We went to Winn Dixie and bought a couple of jugs, then for 50 cents/gal. would refill every couple of days. Our first experience with VRBO was great. We thank the Cano Family for sharing their wonderful condo with us.

We stayed here for only 2 days as we took a small trip down from madiera so we could see the keys for the first time. The plac itself is very clean, cozy, and perfect for a small family of 3 or 4. Would have loved to use the pool but very crowded and we think there was a reunion or wedding that went on as there was many groups of people. The beach/sand area which is a ways to walk but not horrible, is nothing to be desired. The walkout ramp is nice but once again cluttered everytime we went, there were others. Algea/seaweed all along the water area by beach so it was nothing you could walk in in my opinion. Beds comfy, bathrooms very nice, stocked with the little things you forget when on a trip. Ate at Sharkys..great food! Overall the place was very nice.

Property location in the upper keys was very convenient. Having a private boat ramp and dock was a plus as well. A bit tight to turn with a big truck and boat trailer but still an awesome vacation. This was a surprise booking for my step-brother's honeymoon. He and his wife loved it as well!!!!!

We loved our stay at the condo. Perfect spot for toddler and infant, and they had everything we needed so we didn’t have to pack extra. Loved going to the private beach and dock. Close to everything. High recommend!

Condo is decorated in beautiful sea foam teal farmhouse chic! Owner is awesome! EXTREMELY STRICT 2 car limit with NO VISITOR CARS ALLOWED! This was a huge problem with friend coming up from Marathon key. No where for them to park and guard wouldn’t let them in.

Overall, as a unit, this place is excellent. Very clean, cute, and well looked after. You can tell the owner takes pride in it and has decorated and looked after it with care. I would reconsider staying there again based only on the location and the fact that the Atlantic side was suffering from so much sargassum. I wish I had researched that a bit more. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful—a lovely choice.
