Absolut empfehlenswert

Stefano war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat gute Tipps gegeben, mir den Weg zu einem versteckten Strand gezeigt und es war kein Problem, mein Gepäck noch länger bei ihm stehen zu lassen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar Frühstück war eingerichtet und man konnte sich in der Gemeinschaftsküche auch anderes Essen zubereitet und es dann drinnen oder draußen beim Pool zu sich nehmen. Auch die Lage ist super. Zur Altstadt sind es nur knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg runter.

un lieu sympathique où on peut retourner sans problème

l'emplacement était parfait, très calme ( rue de la station mais aucun bruit de train) . Le parking était très facile. le petit déjeuner n'était pas prévu mais du café, du thé , des tisanes et des biscuits étaient à disposition dans la cuisine et la supérette était à 100 mètres. Stéfano, le propriétaire, est convivial, donne de bonnes adresses et veille à tout avec efficacité et discrétion. Un super hôte. On se sent chez soi.

Les photos sont trompeuses: ma chambre n'était pas lumineuse , ce qui n'était pas grave , mais pas prévu.

Perfekte Lage neben d.Bahnhof, in wenigen Minuten am Strand, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Die Lage neben dem Bahnhof war perfekt. Die Relax Area mit Swimming Pool war einzigartig. Alles war sehr sauber incl der Gemeinschaftsküche. Der Gastgeber war aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hat viele Tipps zur Region und zu Restaurants und Bars in Otranto gegeben.

Es war ALLES zu vollster Zufriedenheit und es gab NICHTS zu beanstanden.

Cozy and a personal touch

Clean and comfortable room. We had cleaning services almost daily. The pool zone was very stylish. Stefano and Francesco were very polite, helpful and always present. Even if the property is near the train station, there were no incidents or noises. I especially loved the cat on the property, Cico really enlightened our stay there.

The pool was not so clean.

such friendly owners who make you feel so welcoming. the rooms was set up perfect, very comfortable and clean. the property was stunning and the pool area had everything you need. also a great location about a ten minute walk to the main beach and the old town.

Lovely garden - felt right at home!

The garden was the perfect place to remote work from! It was very peaceful. The flat was spotless, bed was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with tea/coffee, fridge etc. It was a great location, walking distance from the beach and all the sights. The host Stefano was very kind and responsive! He gave me vouchers for breakfast, helped me with an adaptor, let me stay in the common area after checkout. I felt right at home here! Thanks Stefano :)

Easy parking and many supermarkets, great big kitchen, walking to center may take some time

This accommodation is so easy to find and parking was free and plenty (directly in front at the train station). We liked that there is a big kitchen and also several supermarkets just down the street (dok being the nearest). The pool is also nice but we did not have time unfortunately and also we were there during the low season (the pool was still functional but many items were already removed). Going to the city center/fortress by foot was too time consuming for us so we went by car. Free parking in the center is hard to find but we went past the old town and parked in the "Via Orte" road (there are some parking spots without blue marking). You can also try the "Parcheggio Via Orte" which is there, it should also have some free parking...

great B&B in walking distance of everything

Stefano and his son Kevin made sure we felt right at home. the accommodation is very nice with a beautiful garden and in walking distance of the old centre of Otranto. it’s perfect when you come by car because you can park by the train station. Stefano found out it was my husbands birthday and pulled out a bottle of bubbles to celebrate with us.

Ideal position and warm welcome

Host gave a very warm welcoming and made effort to communicate. Discrete but helpful presence. The place offers Ideal connection with common transport (bus) to reach various places in the region Place was calm for me but some rooms have view towards roundabout where buses stop Few meters away from host place, you can find a supermarket. Breakfast matches the Italian standard: good but if you’re French style breakfast taker, let’s say it does the job.

Not that I did not appreciated the place but I have a kind suggestion: Maybe you could upgrade the swimming pool area and add plants, there is a real potential to make it a very comfy and green cocoon. Also, I was attacked by mosquitoes in the belvédère spot, and suggest adding a net It It was ok for me but you should know you have a short walk to reach city center ( with some slope but not long)

Lovely quaint B&B best location.

Excellent location, only 5 minutes to walk into the town. Plus, there's a swimming pool where all the other hotels with this are very far out. There's only 4 rooms so easy to have the garden and pool area to yourself sometimes. Comfy beds and lovely towels. Lovely team, such a great find! Plus 1 min from train and bus.

Superb

Had a lovely stay here! The location is perfect. Next to the station and very close to the beach and the city centre. Loved coming back at the end of the day and relax at the pool for a little bit. Stefano is a very kind and helpful host. He gave a lot of tips and showed me what hospitality in the south is like, amazing! Grazie mille!

A perfect getaway for a couple

So many things were perfect! The room was spacious and very stylish. The nautical theme of the kitchen was particularly beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and the family running the business were so welcoming. Having the pool there was a highlight because the beaches in Otranto can get busy. I especially loved Gino the little white kitten - the star of the show!

A welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

The B&B is really close ti the train station, which is great if you need to catch a train but also if you have a car because there is parking. Otranto is a short and pleasant walk away from the B&B so one can enjoy the proximity and avoid the hassle and the noise. As for the place it is very very nice. It has been renovated recently and tastefully, rooms are big, full of light, quiet, very clean and welcoming, there is a garden with a covered area to chill out and a nice breakfast in the morning. This place was a nice surprise and one of the best stay of my vacation.

All was great, location was a short walk from the centre (nice and quiet), the host was lovely, we used the kitchen to make lunches and dinner and breakfast was lovely. Definitely recommended
