Peccato, un'occasione persa!

Posizione, davvero centrale Wi-fi, sempre performante Box doccia, ampio e funzionale

Ingresso assolutamente fatiscente, maleodorante e occupato da ben 2 carrelli della biancheria che ostruivano l'accesso alla scala (anche questa stretta e poco pulita). Cattivo odore costante anche all'interno della stanza, in particolare nel bagno (sembrava di fogna) Macchie evidenti di sporco e unto su tutte le pareti Mancanza del phon Mancanza delle tende, pertanto interno dell'appartamento perfettamente visibile da fuori Rumore insistente durante il giorno, provocato dai condizionatori d'aria adiacenti al terrazzino Biancheria da letto sporca e piumino molto macchiato Pulizia dell'appartamento scarsa, e mancanza di qualsiasi utensile per provvedere in autonomia

I liked the location of the stay; however, I regret to say that I would not choose Smartflats again nor recommend it to

At first, we were unable to enter the flat as we were provided with the wrong access code. This initial inconvenience left an impression of disorganization, especially as the code was sent at the last minute. Upon finally gaining entry to the flat, we encountered several issues. The bathroom light was not functioning properly, flickering constantly. Additionally, we observed bugs running around throughout the flat. To our dismay, after leaving a pizza box on the kitchen counter for only an hour, we discovered cockroaches and other bugs crawling all over it. This was a rather unsettling experience for us.

EVERYTHING PROPERTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM BOOKING.COM Contacted the property to ask when we would be asked for check-in information, told 4 days before, then day before check-in, then at check-in time...3 hours after check-in time the owner cancelled with no good reason, this is a scam causing us to book another place to stay with no notice that was 3 times as expensive

La cama era cómoda y había calefacción

El baño tenia una mancha negra donde la ducha y el agua del grifo olia muy mal. Solo había un microondas y el grifo del baño era tanto para lavarte la cara como para lavar comida/platos ya que no había fregadero. El radiador por la noche empezaba a hacer mucho ruido.

Quatro noites sem dormir em Leuven

A localização é excelente, bem no centro da cidade. A cama era muito confortável e a minicozinha foi muito útil. As instalações do banheiro eram boas e o aquecimento funcionou bem.

A chegada começou mal, pois não nos passaram o número do apartamento e o código de entrada estava errado! Tivemos que conseguir um telefone local para contactar o apoio ao hóspede e demorou até que um funcionário nos passasse o código correto. Depois, tivemos que passar as noites ouvindo um barulho insuportável e MUITO alto, possivelmente da bomba d'água do prédio, que começava a cada duas horas mais ou menos, e durava a noite toda, impossível dormir. Reclamamos e pedimos para trocar de apartamento, mas não fomos atendidos. Ainda houve mais problemas, como baratas, mofo no apartamento, e o prédio em obras, com sujeira e poeira de obra no chão e paredes, sujando nossas roupas nos corredores. Ficamos no terceiro andar, tendo que levar malas pelas escadas. E um fato grave: um dos trabalhadores da obra foi agressivo com meu marido, tentando expulsá-lo do prédio! Foi uma experiência lamentável! Não recomendamos essa acomodação!

Awful stay, no hot water, boiler apparently was not working and cockroaches crawling everywhere.

Did not give clear instructions on how to access the property. Wasted a lot of valuable time.

The property should never have been available for occupation, it was simply not finished.

The room was clean

Stairwell was unlit except for some inadequate builders lights which barely lit the stairwell. There were no handrails. The building is still a construction site. The lights in the stairwell were connected on the second day. The hot water system was not connected for the first 2 nights. So no hot water. There were no fittings in the bathroom. There was no instructions as to how to engage the modem. Which was just out of a box. ie no password was provided. The TV had no signal.

Location was good and decoration was well done, tastefull.

The pictures looked better than it was in reality: no kitchen sink, no terrace, no couch, no WiFi, no bedlights. Dirty and unfinished main entrance, no proper light and even completely dark in the hall which didn't feel safe in the night. Paint in bathroom not suitable for bathrooms, cannot be cleaned properly is dripping looks bad even though is new.

A health hazard

The apartment was close to the centre of the city.

Everything. Once the main door was opened we were met with a narrow corridor, which smelled of mould and which had a trolley blocking part of the way leading to the semi-dark stairs (also partially blocked by another trolley) - we had to use mobile torches to go up the stairs. Inside the apartment, again there was a smell of mould. Brown liquid oozed from the raised parquet that it was not possible to open a door completely. The walls were wet. The sofa bed was broken. See photos.

Poor state of repair.

Location was great.

The apartment was in a bad state of disrepair. uneven wooden floor that we almost stipped over the first time we walked in, bathroom walls were all discoloured and there was discolouration of the paint above skirting boards. The whole place looked like it has had a lot of water damage that was just masked and not properly repaired. The place was advertised as having a bed and extension sofa, however the sofa was so deformed it was the shape of a hammock - impossible for even two small kids to use as they were rolling over each other. So the kids were with my wife on the bed ( which was large enough for the three of them! - so that's a plus), and I had to suffer on the sofa. Guess you get what you pay for and would search for something else next time I am in Belgium.

You can hear someone having sex just next to your room and there were no lights.

The location was good

The building was in construction which was surprising and lead to noise pollution, the room was small although the bed was comfortable. The whole building was very dark, there were no lights on the stairs.

My room doesn't have any curtains،I booked for 10 days.. Imagine waking up every day with strong lighting... Imagine that all the neighbors were seeing me at night. The walls was with dirty hand signs. I paid almost 1000 euros.. I feel sad because there were better and cheaper places.

location is great. easy to access the property with the codes sent prior to arrival.

there is a bit of a damp smell in the rooms, and you can see the damp/condensation on the walls particularly in the bathroom. Could do with having a hairdryer in the room and plugs high up so you can charge your phone from top bunk.

The Wi-Fi signal broke after a few days of our 10 days staying and the property did not do anything to fix, nor reply our messages. I was unable to work, and my brother couldn't attend remote classes. We called and message but they did not provide a solution.

The room smelled like an asthrey and was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom. The marks of cigarette butts were over the room. We contacted the owner several times, but they did not do anything about this situation as well as booking.com. Therefore, we left the accommodation after the first night. I do not recommend a stay at this property!!!

Superb

Great location in the center near restaurants and shops, walking distance to railway station. No need to carry key (code locking), arrival at any time, no need to find owner/receptor, because they emailed me the code to come in.

Bad sound proofing of entry door. It's a bit crowded for 4 people (2 adults, 2kids). Steep stairs to second floor. No place to hang stuff.

The apartment was functional, well-located, but lacked facilities. More wall sockets would help.

Location, comfortable double bed. Minimal cooking and eating facilities. WiFi good. Egg cups.

Very minimalistic with utensils. For international travellers it could do with a welcome pack - small bottle of washing up liquid, teatowel, washing up brush. Handsoap in bathroom. Breadknife. Insufficient room light. Very small table. Some of these things do not cost a lot to provide, but mean a lot to a traveller.
