CONSISTS OF TWO ROOMS, 1 BATHROOM, 1 TOILET, KITCHEN, LIVING-DINING ROOM AND TWO TERRACES, ONE OF THEM IN FIRST LINE OF SEA AND WITH FABULOUS VIEWS TO THE BAY, IDEAL FOR BREAKFAST. IT HAS A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 6 PEOPLE. CLOTHING, WIFI AND FINAL CLEANLINESS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THE BUILDING HAS GARDEN AND COMMUNITY POOL. Large, very well appointed. Perfect in every way. We loved sitting on the front balcony watching the sea, boat , people walking their dogs. Perfect situated between L,Escala old town and the new one. It was like home from home. would really recommend this property to couples or up to 6 people secure property, noisy door slamming though. lovely pool private in the garden. Could not fault the property in any way.

Property was located half way to both the old town and the new town. Apartment was spacious and clean. Having two balconies was a bonus especially when the sea breeze was strong.. The only issue had during our stay was the WiFi which occasionally went down. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property.

L'Escala est une ville très accueillante où il fait bon vivre. L'appartement est très bien situé, très propre, tout comme la résidence. Le lieu est paisible, ressourçant. Nous y reviendrons très certainement. L'accueil a été parfait.

Well equipped, clean and spacious apartment with two terraces overlooking the sea at the front and swimming pool at rear. The building itself is a bit tired looking though with cracks in the rendering and a whiff of drains in the common areas. Overall very good value given the location and size of the apartment.

Très belle vue sur la mer avec terrasse permettant de prendre de vrais repas. l'appartement est propre et agréable. Le contact avec la propriétaire est parfait. Un seul petit bémol: apporter son tire-bouchon-décapsuleur et/ou sa boule à thé.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! La vue sur la mer est splendide ! L appartement est très propre et bien distribué. . Il y a deux balcons un vue mer et un sur la piscine . Bien situé entre le village et la grande plage de Riells .

el apartamento es muy agradable, luminoso y espacioso. Las terrazas son estupendas, y el jardín y la piscina muy acogedores. Hemos disfrutado de la comodidad de las camas (un 10 por las sabanas), y de la amplitud del salón. Si tuviera que poner una pega seria las toallas, alguna más de recambio no hubiera estado mal.

Wir haben seine sehr schöne Woche in der Unterkunft von Rafael verbracht. Das Appartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, Rafael und seine Ehefrau waren sehr Hilfsbereit und alles war Top. Das Appartment ist perfekt gelegen in Erster Meereslinie und die Aussicht vom Balkon einfach wunderschön. Jeden Morgen konnten wir unseren Frühstück in Ruhe auf dem Balkon genießen. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer super gepflegten Anlage. Alles da, was man braucht . Zentrale Lage ,auch die wunderschönen Strände St. Martis sind in 2 km am Meer entlang zu erreichen. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern erfolgte unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt . Vielen Dank Rafael für diesen tollen Urlaub in einem sehr empfehlenswertem Apartment . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ;-) !

The apartment is in a very secure building right on the waterfront with several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were there very early in the season, so there were very few people around. There are two balconies with seating. It was very easy to find and we had no trouble getting into the property on arrival. We had easy street parking since it was early in the season. During high season I think parking might be more of an issue. The pool in the courtyard was sparkling clean, but we did not use it as, although the sun was shining, the wind was strong and chilly. Our reason for choosing L’Escala was its location on the sea and proximity to places to visit nearby. We spent our time going out from town exploring the area. This served as a good home base. I can see that, during warmer weather, there would be many things to do right in L’Escala. There are only a few small things the owner might want to consider. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. however, there was no salt, pepper, kitchen paper. These are small things that as renters for only a few days, we would rather not have to purchase ourselves. Also, the only garbage can was in the kitchen. A small one in the bedroom or bathroom would be convenient. Overall, we were very pleased with the property and would certainly return in the future.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und die beiden Stadtteile von L'Escala sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment ist zwar bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist alles vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Was uns sehr gefallen hat war die Aussicht auf das Meer. Jeden Morgen das Frühstück auf dem vorderen Balkon genossen mit diesem wunderbaren Ausblick. Die Poolanlage ist auch sehr schön und super gepflegt. Wir würden wiederkommen.
