Great location, super friendly staff- very quiet location

The location is perfect for both Denia & Javea. You do need to have a car though as there’s no facilities within walking distance. The hotel has restaurants, the food & staff are excellent, but if staying longer than a week then you may need to venture out of the complex. The swimming pools both at The apartment & hotel were superb, always plenty of sun beds & umbrellas for shade. Pool towels supplied daily. Very helpful pool attendants on duty 0900-late. The apartment is huge, great size bedroom with jacuzzi bath & a separate shower room, both bedroom & shower room had vanity basins & hairdryers. There is a full size washer & dryer & lots of storage space.

The apartment kitchen wasn’t equipped to do anything other than prepare breakfast due to lack of utensils, which is a shame as there is a full oven, microwave & dishwasher. There was no toaster though & only a small travel kettle. If you wanted toast you had to turn on the oven, there was no kitchen knives other than a bread knife & only 1 small frying pan & 2 large pans, & a plastic spatula. No tin opener or bottle opener. The tiles in the shower cubicle were loose & falling off. The lounge area & dining area are lovely, could do with ‘ softening’ with a few cushions, place mats for the table, a rug maybe?

Lovely holiday, helpful staff, perfect location for us.

Excellent swimming pool, if staying at The Residences you have the pool there but also use of the main hotel pool. Good splash pools for small children in both locations, really clean and well maintained facilities.

You need a car or taxi to get to Denia or any of the surrounding villages, we needed good access to Denia and Orba and got a hire car so it was ideal.

Fabulous resort

1.High standard - very amicable, responsive and attentive staff. I'd like to call out the lady who cleaned our apartment regularily - she helped me enormously letting me spend more time with the kids. 2. Stunning and well kept grounds - perfect for relaxation 3. Delicious and high quality food in restaurants.

A little bit remote. With two teenagers it would have been good to have a regular hotel bus into Denia. This may even attract more families with older kids.

The apartment was comfortable and very spacious with a lovely view of the pool.

There were a few minor issues due to the age of the apartment. Some of the grouting in the shower needs to be redone and the magnifying mirror had fallen down its support and couldn't be used.

Relaxing stay at a lovely golf resort.

A very spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment. Well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, tumble drier and even a jacuzzi bath. A small terrace with a table and chairs. There was access to the lovely swimming pool and spa pool directly and plenty of sun loungers with parasols. The best features were the quiteness and space.

The smelly drains in the bathroom when we first arrived. It improved over our nine day stay.

Large, comfortable bed. Good views.

No lift for heavy luggage. Kitchen not fully equipped. Hopeless UK t.v., only BBC World News. Really should have UK t.v. if they want to attract UK visitors.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Excellent accommodation with great facilities for cooking in, swimming pools are lovely and clean, staff polite and helpful. You need to be happy that you will have to drive to get everywhere but a great location between Dénia and Xàbia - recommend taking some time to discover both! Overall really happy and would return again.

Nothing - I imagine the properties will need some updating in years to come but nothing so serious as to spoil my stay.

Accommodation good spoilt by above comments

Poor house keeping Dangerous oven/hob 2 guests sustained shocks.Engineer also suffered shock. Took 2hrs to isolate fault.Bidet not working. Ants in the bathroom. Hotel informed, do not accept responsibility, not owned by them.We feel some compensation is due.
