We used a wheelchair on site. I am absolutely so thankful for this service. I had emailed asking about the option but was not replied to. I was really nervous and almost cancelled. But we went & you had a chair available. It made our family trip so wonderful!
Ramen restaurant - The ramen restaurant was the worst food & service. The meal was so expensive and absolute worst food ever. I don’t mind paying more when the food is on site, except this place was terrible. The service was terrible. The food was inedible and I fear unsafe
Additionally, we were also hoping to eat at the steak place & several restaurants. But the reservation link said they were all booked. & no availability. After a day or so of accepting that we walked by one of the restaurants and it was available.

The location is a bit remote....so far away from malls, shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable though.
I attended the Administrative Professionals Conference. I am not certain whether the breakfast was prepared by Gaylord Rockies or the APC committee contracted a caterer to prepare the meals (Breakfast & Lunch). The food was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! It lacked originality, taste, flavor and for a cold place such as Denver, I was flabbergasted by the number of meals that were served VERY cold! I was sick because I am used to hot meals, but there was a FAIL in this area! For a 1500 room hotel, Gaylord certainly lacks the basics a large hotel should have, i.e. not enough restaurants, and the menu was unappealing! Who wants to eat cold Tapas, sandwiches, tacos etc. You also are not a family friendly hotel. Where is the continental breakfast and much needed microwaves in the rooms???? Someone needs to look into this! I enjoyed Denver, but not Gaylord Rockies! Sadly, I'm not sure if I'll stay there any time in the future, nor will I recommend the hotel to anyone!

I have a severe gluten allergy. There was very little available on property and no restaurants close, so I door dashed my meals. Also, the room price prevents me from staying more often. We actually stay more frequently at the Broadmoor for less per room.

We had room service for breakfast because we didn’t see any restaurants open for breakfast.
Bed was comfortable and clean.
The light above our shower leaked water. The staff did send someone to check on it and he was very polite. Just not something that should happen when you pay over 400 dollars for a room.

Great amenities on site. Clean rooms. Comfy beds.
The cost of the stay. Having to pay $30/day for parking. The crowded pool.

The building is amazing, food from your restaurants was great, and the grounds, once finished, will be wonderful.
One dislike was the building layout never provided a good method of getting to the pool area without traveling through the main lobby.

The architecture is impressive and the pool is fun.
Our prepaid reservation was cancelled and we only found out the day before (6/17 for a 6/18 booking). Not even 24 hours notice! We were still allowed to use the pool but had no where to shower afterward before dinner since the spa closed at 6pm (which the front desk person did not warn me about as I was trying to troubleshoot where we would rinse off) and kids aren’t allowed in the spa, so my chlorine soaked son (and my husband and I) went straight to dinner inside the Gaylord without a shower, so that was not comfortable or convenient. Also, it seems that the reason we were bumped to the Westin was that the Gaylord overbooked for convention goers, who were mostly obnoxious.

Beautiful property. Melanie at check in was fantastic. Very attentive lifeguards.
Very pricey for not being in the mountains. Very large- takes long time to walk from place to place. Pool area could be bigger.

The aquatic center is wonderful and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Common areas are nice. Enjoyed the rear lawn and different yard games like cornhole. Lots of activities for kiddos.
Our shower didn’t work. It got stuck running and after over two hours it was deemed unrepairable. So, some concerns there about maintenance. The grand atrium/lobby was also closed for renovations.

The room was nice, bed was ok. The amenities were nice. Restaurants were plentiful.
There was more construction going on than we expected. Much of the building was unavailable. I don't think that overnight guests should have to pay for parking. The rooms are more expensive than they should be.

Loved the ICE experience for Christmas. The cheer competition was in a great spot. I loved the outdoor fire pits!! The service in the main restaurant was super slow. The food was good.
It was a cheer competition and Christmas so it was VERY busy. I wish there was a better situation with the morning cafe/Starbucks. The lines were very long.

The place was gorgeous
Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, package was sent to our room, and we only received half of it

The outdoor heated pools, slide and hot tubs were great! Top knotch customer service! Some of the best I have ever encountered. Every single person was over the top helpful! The Italian restaurant was delicious!
The indoor large pool was
Closed due to a swim diaper fail. They had to shock and close the pool for 24
Hours. That was the main reason we stayed so big disappointment.

Central location, close to the airport.
We couldn’t get a meal at one of the restaurants the night we stayed despite being reassured that as guests staying we could.
The sheets were not clean we found a pubic hair in the sheets.

Very pretty, comfortable beds, clean, nice staff
The indoor pool was closed and that was a very big reason we went there. We went for my sons birthday. Used the outdoor pool but it was very cold if not in the water and made it very uncomfortable when getting out to get back to our room.

Room keys stopped working 3 times during my stay and needed replacement. Far too few restaurant/bar seats to accommodate the convention center plus hotel crowds
9.0 / 10.0
Quiet room. Ease of finding my way through the resort. Quick, responsive room service. It was an aesthetically pleasing place to stay. The art was beautiful.
I was disappointed that I couldn’t find more celiac friendly breakfast options. I did not eat breakfast here.
My massage therapist was less than up to standard. Not to brag, but I’ve had thousands of massages, and she unfortunately falls into the bottom 5. She was nice to me, but not skilled.

Did not stay for breakfast
We had dinner in the Italian restaurant the evening we arrived, the food once we received it was very good, however we waited a very long time with very little service! My spouse is disabled and the available parking was an unacceptable distance from the hotel entrance! The cost to park was unacceptable! I have stayed at the Gaylord in Dallas many times it was a very different experience then the Gaylord in Denver! We had planned to stay again several days later, however due to our experience we canceled our return visit. Hope this helps

I like the destination type feel and all the activities. The pool and fire pits were clutch. The Restaurant’s were great, especially the hickory and pool restaurant.
The sports bar was awful. It felt like family Resturant combined with a sports bar and movie theater all in o e in the worst way. I was so hopeful that it would be like a Pindustry or Dave busters only smaller but it just had too much dead space that they filled with crappy loud random sports? Stuff. And the staff was rude. All the adults were looking for a smaller half a noisy place to drink and laugh catch a game, all the families were looking for something to entertain the crew while we ate fried food.

I liked the facility. I think the pool was nice. Lazy River was also nice.
The shower wasn’t great. Needed a nicer shower head. Maybe one that can be adjusted. Also booked when everything was open. Got there and most things were closed. We were issued anything for this inconvenience

The location was great! Lot of activities for kids to do. Property was very clean and had lots of knowledgeable staff members.
I wish there were more lunch options. And more advertisements for times of the poolside activities.

Close to airport. Room was clean. Staff were nice. Sports bar was good.
I wish we were told ahead of time that the indoor pool and all the water slides were under construction. They told us less than a week before our stay and we went there for the pool facilities. The lazy River was open but there was a lot of dirt in the river and even some plastic recycling item’s floating in the river. We didn’t stay in very long as a result.
