Alles in allem in Ordnung :-) Viele Vorteile, ein Nachteil!

In der Anzeige stand "Parkplatz inklusive". Ich vermiete selbst Ferienwohnungen und käme nicht auf die Idee, Parkplätze an der öffentlichen Straße als "Parkplatz inklusive" in der Anzeige anzugeben. Zudem man hinzufügen muss, dass man an der Straße direkt an der Wohnung so gut wie keinen Parkplatz bekommt. Für die Straße oberhalb der Treppen muss man nochmals einen Umweg von einigen bestimmt 2-4 (mit Rückfahrt zur Wohnung) fahren.

Tekrar gelmeyi düşünürüm.

Konum süperdi. Olanakları iyi , mutfakta yemek yapabilmek için yeterli malzeme vardı.

Çarşaflar yeni değiştirilmemişti tozlanmıştı. Ve yerlerde de toz vardı. Misafir gelmeden önce tekrar bir toz alınıp yerler silinebilirdi. Onun dışında herşey iyiydi.

Das Apartment ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt für Besucher der Uni geeignet!

Es handelt sich um Selbstversorgung. Ein Penny ist in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sehr einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Fernsehen kann man eigentlich nur vom Bett aus.

Das Apartment besteht aus einem Zimmer mit nicht sehr breitem Doppelbett, einer Miniküche und Holztisch mit zwei Stühlen, einer Kommode mit Schüben. Es fehlt ein bequemer Stuhl. Für zwei ältere Personen erwies sich das Zimmer wenig geeignet., da das Bett direkt am Fenster steht. Die Ausstattung ist simpel und für mehrere Tage nicht sehr gemütlich. Im Voraus musste elektronisch eingecheckt werden, da der Vermieter oder dessen Vertreter nicht persönlich anzutreffen ist. Man erhält über booking.com eine Aufforderung zur Angabe persönlicher Daten incl. eines Kontaktfotos. Auf einer zweiten Seite war der leicht übersehbare Zimmerschlüsselcode enthalten. Dann steht man vor der Haustür und weiß nicht, wie man hineinkommt. Telefonisch war der Vermieter erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Parken ist nicht einfach, da abends meist alle Plätze in der Nähe besetzt sind.

Wunderbare Unterkunft für einen kurzen Wuppertalaufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung.

Die Lage direkt unterhalb der Universität ist der Pluspunkt dieser Unterkunft. Aber auch in die Stadt kann man zu Fuß laufen. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Unterkunft ist sauber und relativ ruhig. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, inkl. Kaffee, Salz Gewürze, ...

Auch mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier hat mich nicht enttäuscht. Vor allem für Leute, die zur Uni müssen, ist die Unterkunft bestens geeignet.

It was very clean and nice. The hosts were very prompt with helping me out when I had questions and also when I couldn’t figure out how to get in the door when I arrived after my flights.

Wonderful

I loved the accommodation everything was clean and it’s exactly like the photos, the location is excellent the only suggestion is to have a fan can be small and a cutting board in the kitchen just that everything was perfect

Good communication,

Location was not close to centre, it was in a quiet neighborhood not close to any restaurants or bars. Pictures were not accurate, the property was quite old compared to the pictures and the shower curtain was not clean. Sheets and pillows were also very used.

Nothing!

We booked this apt for 3 nights but we left after 2 nights because of the bad smell and noise. Because we could not stay longer there. The apartment we lived in was on the first floor, just at the entrance to the building. And the windows are wooden and old with slots so you feel like you sleep exactly in the street . You can hear the voices and sounds like these people are in your apartment. We could not sleep at all, it was extremely noisy. And if you switch on the hitting, all warmth would go away through slots, so it will never be warm there. Plus! It was stated that smoking is forbidden in the apt. But exactly when we entered there we felt the smell of smoke. Everywhere. In the kitchen and bedroom. We called the owner, but he said it has no smell. The cleanic lady said it was ok. But why did we feel this awful smell all the time!!?? Maybe this lady is a smoker and doesnt feel this smell. But for non smokers it is impossible to live in this stink. The smoking stink was there and you can not change it. They tried to persuade me that there is no smoking smell but when I took my pajama in the hotel we moved to, it stinked with tobacco….. The apt doesn't look like in the photos, much older, especially the kitchen. They do not check if the pans are clean, because they were with burnt food on them. The electric pot is so dirty that I could not boil water in it. In the bath the towel radiator was in dust so I had to clean it before hanging the towels. So it was the worst rented flat in my life. Thank you for cheating… At least they could return money for one day but nobody did that.

Fine, improvements needed

good location, clean, easy access to keys, quiet building.

Bath door would not close correctly, mattress to soft for people over 40. Missed also aditional power socket to connect laptop, recharge smartphones. TV is internet based and often halts transmission, need to reset every time. Parking at the road sometimes not possible, no available place. Need to walk 5 minutes.

Nice and quiet studio

The bed was comfortable, everything was really clean, kitchen had all the basics you need. It was also very quiet at night. Only 20 minutes walk from city center.

A hair dryer would have been nice.

Superb

Very close to the university (which is very uphill, so be ready to climb the long stairs). Everything one may need was present in the apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Good bed. Very quiet. The hosts stay invisible but provide all necessary instructions. Big supermarket in proximity.

Maybe the shower is too "old fashioned" (with a curtain, which cannot isolate water, so each shower results in a pool in the bathroom).
