This magnificent duplex is on the sixth and top floor of a quiet and sunny building. Its outdoor space invites for sunbathing and dips in the pool, located in the gardens of the condominium.
With three accommodations: two spacious sleeping rooms and, at the back, a suite with a walk-in closet, a safe, and a whirlpool, this apartment is equipped with everything you need.
Please do not forget to “use and abuse” the fantastic balcony, which has a splendid view to the city of Funchal, and the Desertas Islands as the backdrop of this wonderful scenery!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal, this flat is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, theatres and the Casino of Madeira.
Next to the Casino you will find the lovely Santa Catarina Park, with large green areas for jogging, relaxing or picnicking overlooking the amazing bay of Funchal.
The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (reaching within ten minutes walk the cathedral, the marina and the city centre) or by public transport (bus stop is within two minutes walk).
GETTING AROUND
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within five minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.
Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
