I really liked the position of the hotel, the courtesy and availability of the staff, and the comfort of the bed and the main services I used (bar, skilockers).
Upon arrival there was a problem with the sink in the room, which was resolved fairly quickly. Furthermore, it would be preferable to increase the variety of breakfast food.

the staff was super friendly (they even upgraded our room with a balcony for free), the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was perfect
4.2
verry clean, nice area and lovely people managing the hotel.
the beers were pretty expancive in the off season
4.2
Very good breakfast, free parking close by, good location and 24/24 check-in. Most of all, very nice staff!
No hair dryer, a single towel per person, stains on the bed's blankets.
4.2
very nice clean room, with a large balcony, very friendly staff, location is good (bus stop, ski rent, shops to buy cheese and ham, fresh bread etc is very close)
a nice big chill room, where you can cook and eat in comfort , children can play
I totally recommend
1. terrible smell in the bathroom
2. poor breakfast the same everyday
3. the ski boots room doesn’t dry the boots at all, they even became more wet during nights (the boots hanger doesn’t dry them)

All the girls at the reception are very kind and ready to help you any time of the day.
Breakfast is also perfectly prepared and organized by them.
They do perfect work with the organization and cleanliness of the lobby and the restaurant area.
The TV in the room is very helpful to watch your videos through the smartphone.
The bathroom was very clean and nice.
We asked for a double bed but in fact it was two single beds side-by-side.
The quality of the two single beds was not the best, a simple wood construction that is not very robust.
Our 2 bedside tables were just two pieces of tree trunk, not very convenient to leave stuff on.
The quality of the furniture, mainly the beds and the bedside tables, needs to be improved.

Despite being rated as hostel, this place can match any hotel. Rooms was good sized and with nice mountain view. There was daily room service to touch up the room. our package included the breakfast and dinner and the dinner was proper 3 course dinner. staff were all friendly.
no. all were good.

Great location, within walking distance or a free shuttle bus if you don't want to walk in your ski boots. Bus stops are very close by. This runs about every 20 minutes. The staff were great. Always happy to help or answer questions speaking in English too. Breakfast was great! Continental choice (meats, cheese, yogurt, cerials, bread, croissants, fruit along with juices and hot drinks). Evening meal choice was really good too. Three courses on half board, they will let you know what choices you have on half board, but are willing to change it if you want something that isn't on the half board list. The warm goats cheese salad was very nice or the duck and trout! You can purchase your ski lift passes at the hotel too. There is a ski storage which had plenty of room for the 4 of us to store all of our ski kits in. Bedrooms were comfortable. We had a private room. Plenty of supermarkets within walking distance if you fancy a snack. Our boys enjoyed a nightly game of table football or darts in the bar area. A great way to wind down after a day on the slopes. Thank you again to all of the staff for looking after us. You were great. We will be back!

Value for money excellent
Some equipment in room didn’t work, usb charging points
4.2
Blackout curtain for each bunk bed and power socket, 2 USB charging points and the adjustable lighting in each bunk. The common kitchen was ok. The free shuttle bus stop and the long distance bus stop was very close by
The locker inside the bunk didn't work

Great location to the slopes. Clean. Staff was nice. Ski passes can be purchased in lobby.
Very small room. Only a bed and a bathroom. No chair, no dresser, no drawers, no TV, no nothing. Just a bed and bath. Too small for 2 people. Two sets of hooks to hang clothes. No where to put suitcases. Not a hotel at all, really just a hostel. Breakfast was minimal, but adequate.
4.2
clean and modern accommodation well located in town. Easy access to ski lifts, ski school and local shops including supermarket and bakery. excellent views from balcony.
no access to communal area or cooking facilities.
noise from other guests late into night/early morning on a nightly basis. It was clear that the ‘family’ rooms are not only reserved for families but groups of adults - not ideal when staying on the same floor with young families.
4.2
the restaurant and the staff in the restaurant
location great.
reception / management.
bunk beds weren’t made.
no info on check in about bar and restaurant opening times. cleaning info. or any assistance in anything really.
4.2
Lovely views.
Delay to fixing broken lifts.
4.2
superb view frime the room. nice evening restaurant and bar. they accept dog which is very very good.
no access to the kitchen. We wasn’t notified in advance of kitchen unavailability so we get blocked with our own food.
4.2
Location is great , walking distance to at least 2 ski lifts. Rooms are functional (2 quite narrow single beds) with IKEA look and feel. Small balcony overlooking the street and view on the mountains. Storage ( a box) available under the bed.
Hotel is run by young (so it seems) season workers with marginal eye for service and client approach. The transfer of work from one receptionist to the other does not go smooth since info gets lost in the transfer (e.g. about my request to have the room cleaned on the day that it should have been cleaned). Breakfast is functional but the same every day, bread and scrambled egg are very dry and tasteless. The small croissants are ok. Evening meals were tasty.
4.2
nicely located, very big room with a balcony, well furnished breakfast in a place with nice view overlooking the mountains. nice heated room to store the ski and the boots.
parking not big enough to accommodate all the customers, no coffee/kettle in the room, only 1 chair in a room for 2, and very bad sound isolation.
4.2
large building, easy to spot, nice views
there seemed to be a huge problem with drains .. my sink would overflow, and shower tray also .. couldn’t even wash my hands without there being disgusting water rising up and flooding
