La Casa di Mare is set in 1000 m2 of outdoor area with a 200m2 private pool and non heated whirlpool, separate children’s swimming pool (the children's compartment can be heated*) and manicured lawns all surrounded by wooden fence to ensure complete privacy. Is there anything else? Well it's La Casa di Mare, of course there is! Afternoons are well spent perfecting your backstroke in the sauna, whilst little ones will enjoy working up an appetite on the playground area before being reluctantly summoned for dinner. Adjacent to the house next to the pool is an under cover dining area with Broil & King gas BBQ, offering a slice of the Mediterranean- a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea. In the same area a ping pong table is at your disposal for unlimited ours of fun.
*The children's pool compartment can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. Prior notice is required before arrival and the water's temperature can reach up to 25 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature. In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the children's pool compartment.

Top Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Villa
Wir (10 Freunde, im Alter von 30 Jahren) durften eine super Woche in der Casa di Mare verbringen. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen genau dem, was wir vor Ort vorgefunden haben. Insbesondere der Aussenbereich war wunderschön und man konnte Stunden dort verbringen (riesiger Pool, bequeme Lounges, Liegen, Grill, grosser Esstisch). Auch die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Ein Zimmer war jedoch deutlich kleiner als der Rest. Das Haus ist aber definitiv gross genug für 10 Personen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorhinein und vor Ort war problemlos. Alle unsere Anliegen wurden schnellst möglichst und effizient bearbeitet.
Alles war zu unser kompletten Zufriedenheit und wir würden die Villa sofort wieder buchen und auch jedem weiterempfehlen.

Traumferien
Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Wochen im la casa di mare! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und vier Kinder. Perfekte Raum und Zimmereinteilung für die zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern und uns Grosseltern! Jeder hatte für sich viel Privatsphäre! Der Aussenbereich war euinfach perfekt für uns. Vom Kinderspielplatz, Kinderpool, Aussenessbereich und der riesige Pool waren einfach nur traumhaft! Wir haben jeden Abend den Hammer Sonnenuntergang genossen! Einmalig!
Der Strandbereich entsprach nicht zu 100% den Fotos. Er war etwas einfacher und natürlicher, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Kurz über die Strasse und schwubs, konnte man ein Bad im Meer nehmen! Skaleta ist eine kleine einfache Ortschaft und bietet nicht sehr viel, aber nach Rethymnon ist es nur eine kurze Autofahrt!
Die Villa liegt zwischen zwei anderen Häusern und im übernächsten ist eine weitere Villa, die bis zu 18 Personen beherbergen kann. Wir hatten etwas Pech, dass in der zweiten Woche 18 junge Männer in der Villa einen 30. Geburtstag feierten. Da war dann nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken. Gottseidank, reisten diese nach 3 Tagen wieder ab! Die Unterstützung von Valia und Eva war sensationell und sehr professionell! Danke auch für das feine Moussaka von Eva!
Wir waren sehr traurig, als wir abreisen mussten und kommen sicher irgend wann wieder!

A great Crete experience
The villa is well presented, spotless and with all the amenities you require. It’s proximity to the sea is such a bonus although the pool is so delightful you don’t want to leave it! The villa is a short enough drive from Rethymno that you can seek out the wonderful restaurants in the old town or just use the two friendly tavernas which are within a couple of minutes walk. The owners were helpful and friendly and all in all this is one of the best villa experiences we have had.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden + Familie
Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie ( 6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) 7 wundervolle Tage in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus hat einen tollen Grundriss und ist perfekt geschnitten. Jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes großes Schlafzimmer. Auch die Kinder haben sich jeweils zu zweit ein Zimmer geteilt. Es gibt genug Badezimmer, eine Küche mit großem Wohn- und Essbereich. Am besten waren natürlich die beiden Pools und die schöne Terrasse auf der wir gemütlich frühstücken konnten. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend und standen bei kleineren Problemen (defekte Lampe) sofort zur Verfügung. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt!

Villa für eine Woche
Wir hatten auf Kreta teilweise schöne, entspannte Tage….
Die für eine Woche gemietete Villa, haben wir mit 7 Erwachsenen gebucht.
Unser erster Eindruck war positiv. Die Villa mit ihren 4 geschlossenen Schlafräumen und ein Durchgangszimmer als Schlafzimmer, waren modern eingerichtet. Das Schlafdurchgangszimmer haben wir allerdings mit Humor tragen müssen, da wir sowas so nicht kannten. Im Erdgeschoss haben wir die offene Küche mit den Wohnraum als sehr angenehm empfunden. Das schönste an diesem Objekt war der schöne Blick vom Pool zum Meer. Zwischen der Villa und dem Meer befindet sich die Strasse von dem auch der Zugang zur Vila mit dem Auto möglich ist. Viele Angebote haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt, wie den Grill oder Sitzgelegenheiten, da die vor Ort Gegebenheiten uns nicht angesprochen (etwas sehr verlebt und ….) haben. Den großen Pool haben wir gern genutzt, allerdings beim Sonnenbaden mussten wir uns etwas abwechseln, da nur ein Sonnenschirm und 4 Liegen vorhanden waren. Die Zimmer waren optisch ordentlich zurecht gemacht, jedoch mit der Sauberkeit besonders im Bad waren wir nicht zufrieden. Da ist es schon mal gut auch einen Besen im Haus zu haben.
Prinzipiell gefällt uns diese Art von Häusern mit Pool und dicht am Wasser, jedoch stimmte hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht, daher können wir auch nur 2 Sterne vergeben.

Perfekt feriehus for tre generasjoner.
Vi var 5 barn og 5 voksne som hadde en super uke. Bildene løy ikke, Eva kom overraskende med nydelig mat. Gode restauranter i nærheten . Lurt med leiebil da det var en stykke til matbutikk. Grei strand. Lukket eiendom og stille område. Vi drar gjerne tilbake 😎

Perfect Hideaway
We stayed with two families - 4 children and 5 adults - and the Villa provided perfect spaces for everyone to enjoy being together or having some privacy if desired . Bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds and nice design-details . The pool is big and simply wonderful! Host, agency and maintenance team are very friendly, super responsive and service-oriented. A car is recommended for shopping and going out. We had a wonderful stay!

Large Beautiful Vacation Villa
This Villa is located about 15 minutes from the center of Rethymno so it is close enough to enjoy the city and far enough away to be quiet. It is located on a dead end road and has two Tavernas close by. The house is new and beautiful with all amenities. New TV's in every room. Lots of bathrooms. Miele appliances in the kitchen. NESPRESSO! SONSOS speakers. Huge pool. Gated driveway. It is really a good place to stay. Valia from the management company promptly answered all of our questions. Eva, the owner, personally met us to show us the property and provided us with some food and supplies to get going. Later in the week she checked on us and brought us a nice honey "Birdsnest" cake. Suffice it to say the house and the people are absolutely beautiful. The beach in front of the house is small. However there are a lot of other beaches very close by. The pool area was so nice, my wife and I rarely left house except to go to the Tavernas for lunch/dinner and travel into Rethymno and Chania for day trips. The house was perfect for our needs and was great value for the money. Several families could easily stay in this house with plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal - Best villa! Best hosts!
We had an amazing time at Eva’s villa. Her & her husband were so welcoming and kind to us, she even made us the family secret recipe Moussaka. The villa is stunning and brand new - we were her first ever guests so hence the lack of reviews. Don’t be fooled though this place is a gem and better than the pictures. We booked through Think Villa & Valia over there was also tremendously helpful - they helped us find restaurants, car rental, excursions etc, even arranged for a private chef one night as one of us had a birthday. The villa kitchen was so well equipped it was home away from home, outdoor grilling and hanging at the lovely table was most days— very comfy, then such relaxing days chilling in the pool taking a sauna etc., little play area for the kids was great as was the kiddie pool. They’ve made such amazing use of the lot and the villa is all fancy Italian finishes - infinity pool was of course cool but the sunsets made it, every night perfection & Private. Just as good as the Santorini famed stuff at Oia.

The pictures tell the truth
Das Haus mit der Lage, Ausstattung, Meerblick und eigenem Strandabschnitt vergoldet jeden Urlaub. Den großen Pool mit separaten Whirlpool sowie Kinderpool mit Meerblick und der anschließende Außensitzplatz sind allein schon ein Traum.
Auch die Innenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig.
Wir lieben Ausflüge. Auch dafür ist die Lage ideal, ob nach Chania, Rethymnon, Heraklion oder in den Süden von Kreta.

Wonderful luxury experience!
As a family with 3 children we spent one week in the brand new La Casa Di Mare in July.
What we expected was absolutely amazing and a great surprise for all of us! The villa is really spacious and luxury providing all the comforts, the infinity pool gives you a sense of absolute relaxation with lovely view over the golden sandy beach with the amazing sunset as the sun is 'divining' into the Mediterranean sea.
During our week the owner was more than attentive and took loving care of us and our children and there was nothing left to be desired.
Don't hesitate, choose it for an unforgettable experience!
