Property is a little further from the beach than we expected. It is across from the beach but you have to go down the road to public beach access. There are stairs up to the condo. If you are carrying groceries from the car to the condo it’s a chore going up and down the steps. We had some with us that were not as agile as others so this condo is not good for anyone with mobility issues. This may have been total oversight on our end. We bought 3 new chairs and 2 new umbrellas and left there. We also repaired one of the other umbrellas that were at the condo, so if you are going soon they are in great shape. Comfortable beds, freezer and ice maker struggled to keep up. We had a great time!!

We booked this location for an overnight stay. It was very nice and worked out well! The location was good did not really have a lot of time to enjoy it. The door lock was difficult and a little tricky. Overall very nice location and rental.

We loved it! Excellent location, walkable clean beach across the street. The neighborhood pool was clean and warm. There were lots of beach toys and being able to park in the garage was great! You do have to walk up stairs to get inside, so don’t have a super heavy suitcase! The beds were comfortable. We will be back!

This property was a fantastic fit for our family of 6! The beach access was a quick walk, delicious ice cream at the end of the driveway, and the pool was great!

Everything about our stay was good. The only negative comment would be the number of steps.
To access the condo you needed to go up 2 flights of steps. Once inside there is another flight of steps to get to bedrooms.
Since I have back issues the steps presented a problem.
The location was fantastic. Thank you for a great break from the cold weather.

Thank for sharing your property with us! The location and condo were beautiful. The only thing is there wasn’t dish soap and some switches didn’t work. Also I’d like to let you know that the sliding door in the master bedroom doesn’t close and just slides open. Other thank that, it was a great experience.

The condo is about a 5 min walk from the front door to the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful and very secluded, which made a family vacation with little ones amazing. The property owner did well with communicating quickly with issues we had. There were many lights that didn't work (blown bulbs and broken switches). The only cleaning supplies we had was barely any hand soap and a small amount of dish detergent. This is a condo, we stayed for 5 days with two children, we need to be able to clean up after ourselves. We were not able to clean without going to the store and purchasing our own cleaning supplies. The instructions for leaving stated to start a load of laundry and dishes. There was no laundry detergent and no dishwasher supplies, we had to go get our own. The condo had no trash bags either, just one in the kitchen can and in the bathroom cans. We had to go buy our own trash bags as well. We ran out of the one roll of paper towels and the 3 rolls of toilet paper. I understand this is a condo, but the fact we had to spend additional money to maintain cleanliness and for check out instructions, was ridiculous to me.
The condo had plenty of room for up to 6 people for sure which was great having 2 adults, 2 children. The master bathroom door does not stay closed because of the type of door, so keep that in mind. The living room tv didn't work, the owner did call to help walk us through it but we just used our computer with HDMI. Pool is great and so is the dock.

My family had a nice time on our short trip here. The kids loved the bunk room with their own tv. The place had ample room for us to all be comfortable. The beach is just a short walk across the road and the beach cart made it ultra convenient. Cute area with a very beachy and safe vibe.

We didn’t feel that the property was maintained. It wasn’t as clean or up to date as it was pictured in the ad. We were given the wrong code for access and had to call the owner to get in.

Great Hosts and Unit
We felt at home as soon as we parked in the garage. Beds comfy, couch comfy, hosue very clean and well kept. The pool is in the perfect location o the inter coastal waterway. 5 stars all the way. Will definitely stay again.

The location of the property is great! While you can’t view the ocean from the property, it’s a very short and easy walk to a beautiful public beach entrance.
The place itself was the perfect size for our family. The kids loved all the space and the bunk beds. There were a few little things (that seemed to have more to do with the cleaning staff than the hosts) that could have used a little extra attention, but overall, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Other than a miscommunication about arrival and coordination with housekeeping that was quickly resolved, the rental was perfect for our stay and we enjoyed it very much!

Absolutely wonderful.
You could leave home for a beach trip and not pack a thing. They have supplied everything you need except the sunscreen and bath suits lol. Pics doesn't do the place justice. Large. Clean. Great location. Responds quickly. Would def stay again. Thanks for being part of making wonderful memories...

The upstairs living quarters is very nice and clean and exactly as described. The garage is underneath the unit and definitely needed some work. It was very musty in the garage so much that we could not park our car in there because of the smell. The beach umbrella was in disrepair but really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon. the beach is very close, clean and the crowd was minimal. Very nice stay

Great family vacation spot.
We loved staying at your place. We had a fantastic two week family vacation. Hope to rent again in the future. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach instead of having to drive. Thank you for everything.

Cockroach infested!!! Need I say more???
This condo was cockroach infested - all over the kitchen, crawling on the walls and ceiling in the living and dining rooms, and crawling across the floors. We contacted the owner on day 3 and told her about the issue. She responded by saying the she had just stayed there the previous week and was aware of the problem. She said that they sprayed, set traps, sealed cracks and that she didn't know what else she could do. I asked her to get the pest control people back out. They came the next day and put down more gel and spray to kill the bugs. This "helped" for 2 days (the amount of roaches dropped to about 3 - 4 per day). Then, the cockroaches were back in full force. (we killed 15 - 20 daily and we were only there half of each day). I complained again and the owner acknowledged that the situation was "gross" but offered no other solution to get rid of the bugs. She did tell us that she refunded us $150 - which was an insult at that point. We continued our stay only because we hadn't seen our kids and grandkids in 2 years and we were hoping that the additional stuff that the pest control guy put down would eventually help. We also did not have another place to go. We booked this condo several months in advance and it was one of the few available, even that far in advance. So we hoped for the best but things only got worse. I ended up asking for a full refund from the owner. She did not respond to this request. We have used VRBO many times in the past and have stayed at many, many rental properties over the past 40 + years. We've always made the best of any problems/situations that we've run into without ever asking for any compensation for any troubles. We are good hearted people. BUT, this was disgusting! It was embarrassing and ruined our vacation. It was difficult to sleep thinking that the bugs could be in the bedroom (they were not, but it's hard to get it out of our heads). We were unable to cook family dinners (we cooked one and only one) because the cockroaches were crawling all over the counters. We would still like a refund. This was unacceptable.

Everything was great except
only problem was that both TVs in the bedrooms wouldn't work at all you would get channels in and in 2 mins they would go to screen saying if you want this channel call...tried multiple times other than that it was great place.

Great Stay
Condo was clean and comfortable. Easy to access. Very short walk to the beach with kids! Super convenient beach wagon provided with chairs, coolers, and a few kids sand toys. Pool was nice too. Beach was not crowded. Really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back!

Quiet condo near the beach
This is a great condo near the beach, not on the beach. The public beach access is two blocks north from the condo. Overall the condo was great. It was clean and every thing we needed was available. I sent messages for any issues that came up and the owner got back to me right away. The only thing we didn't like about this condo is that the garage is under the condo with no access to the up to the condo. You have to go out from the garage to the right or left and up the stairs to the door. This is the way the condos are built in this group of condos which is no fault to the owner. It's just a preference we wish we would've known. We also found that the garage did need a little cleaning since it had a stale smell coming from it. Other than that our stay was wonderful and I would recommend this area for families looking for a quiet stay around the beach.

We loved this condo!
I'm from the area, so I'm familiar with Indian Shores. We love to come back every year and visit. This was our first stay in Seashell. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. I love having the garage because we can just leave our cart downstairs ready for the next day without hauling anything upstairs. We had an issue with the condo next door (not the owners fault, they were renters like us and had a rowdy party). The full time residents took care of it promptly and we had no other issues.

A lovely beach close by
We enjoyed our start very much. The area is quiet but the beach is lovely. I highly recommend haze ice cream parlour for a treat and the waterfront pub for a casual meal. The villa had what we needed but I feel was in need of some TLC,

Location is excellent.
Location was excellent. A short walk to the beach. Utensils, dishes and pots all had hard water staining. I bought vinegar to dissolve the buildup before I used them. I did mention this to the owner. The cart to carry items to the beach was great. Beach chairs were a little tired (rusty and a few were torn). All in all we did have a good time at Indian Shores.

My family enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo was clean and spacious. The area is perfect for a family. Easy access to the beach and a nice pool. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation centrally located with many things to do!

Nice property. Interior has been updated. Plenty of kitchen necessities. Good central Indian Shores location. Close to beach access with a beach cart to carry items. Would definitely stay here again.
