The cottage is wonderful. Great location, parking! Dog friendly! Plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor spaces too! Hosts were lovely!

My stay at this location was absolutely delightful. Enjoyed walks along Commercial Street with my dog, biking in the dunes, a rainy night in curled up with the dog and a book. It was the perfect fall getaway. Hope to return next year. 😃

We enjoyed out stay in Provincetown. Gary's place was clean, quiet, and very close to Commercial Street, the main tourist street in Provincetown. It was a n easy walk to the beach and to the restaurants where we ate. Gary responded quickly whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay again when we visit Cape Cod.

I stayed in the heart of Provincetown for a week. The location was excellent - steps away from Commercial Street. Gary was a gracious host who answered our questions immediately and accomodated our requests. The view from the top balcony could not be beat. Thanks and hope to come back again.

We had a lovely stay in this charming apartment. The location is excellent, in the centre of P-Town and a short walk from everywhere. Lis and Carmen were super-helpful, arranging for us to stay at very short notice and giving lots of helpful information on what to see, where to eat et cetera. The apartment had everything youd need with a good sized (and very comfortable bed), a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom (with lots of hot water) as well as very comfortable living room.Perhaps the best thing was the deck which has lovely views across the pier and the water and is a great place to sit with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night.

Search no more, even better than pics. Perfect location, place and hosts.
Walk to everywhere, literally a few steps from Commercial street's action yet nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, with parking for a car (a rare finding in this central location) and bike rack! Cozy studio with view on water from living, step out and you have access to a nice ground level terracce with BBQ, a few stairs and you have access to two very nice terraces with stunning views of the bay. Property is proudly maintained, studio is very clean, well furnished and fully equipped, easy communications, very curteous and friendly welcome from Gary and Jeff even with our small well behaved 4 legged Toby ! Will return. Thanks guys.

Cozy, comfortable, and crazy convenient location!
The Cottage was perfect for the three guests who stayed. If you are not interested in being a nester/homebody, then this is the perfect location. It's just right for coming back to after a long day of adventures (or drinking) to kick your feet up or enjoy the outdoor sitting area.
It's literally steps away from Commercial St., The Boatslip, and the numerous stores and restaurants in the area. It's just far enough away though that you are not disrupted by any noise or shenanigans from the late-night partiers.
Be sure to mind the windows and close the blinds should you and your loved one choose to be affectionate, but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great stay at the last minute
Staying at the cottage was one of our best vacations as a family. The cottage is exceptionally clean and well appointed. The location could not be better. we parked our car and did not use it until we sadly had to leave!!!!
Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
Gary was amazing to deal with, always there to answer any questions we had. He arranged an early check in and was a great host. Customer service at it's best. I would highly recommend renting the cottage for your next vacation, you will be so glad you did. we certainly were!!!!

Convenient and Easy
This was the first time that I used this app to find a place to say and I won't lie I was a little nervous. But it was so simple and made my planning very easy. The cottage is cute and clean! If I had to describe, I would say that it is the quintessential beach cottage. Tiny but very accommodating. It had everything that we needed to make the trip relaxing. We could sit and watch TV or read. Put leftovers in the fridge to heat up the next day and it is so close to everything. It is literally 1/2 a block from the ocean and maybe 50 feet from Commercial St. We arrived later in the evening and the owners made this simple. We called them when we were about 15 minutes away and Gary met us outside. We parked the car and didn't use it again until we were ready to leave PTown. What I really liked is that I didn't need a key for the cottage, they have it set up with an electric lock and the code that was given to us was unforgettable. We asked Gary to recommend a good restaurant (JImmy's Hideaway - Excellent! expensive but worth every penny) and pretty much any questions we had he answered and then he left us alone. We never say him again but said that we could text him anything we needed. I have to say that while I was there I didn't but before we arrived I needed to know a few things and he answered within minutes. In the area there are so many shops and restaurants that you really don't need to leave the area unless you want to. We were there to go whale watching with Dolphin Fleet and we could walk there as well as Plymouth Monument. I don't think that we had to walk more then 1 mile to get to anything. The town is super eccentric and made for a fun vacation. Lastly I was still nervous because we paid what I thought a pretty steep deposit and i wasn't so sure how easy it would be to get back. I was being ridiculous because it was put back on our credit card the very next day. So if you are looking for a place I would highly recommend this one. In one word its EASY!

Perfect, Private Getaway Right in the Middle of It All
The studio is spacious, very nicely appointed, sun-drenched, the shared decks have expansive views of the bay and town, and it's right in the middle of everything. I didn't hear a peep from any of the other units or street noise- very oasis-like. Gary is a gracious and accommodating host.

Welcoming and relaxing..........
A casual, relaxing location. The gas grill came in very handy for our suppers.
Our dog, Daisy was very welcome there and adjusted well to the new environment. Gary and Jeff were very accommodating re: anything we needed.
The location is excellent, right near the beach and close to all the shops but not a noisy area. The outdoor area was relaxing and the flowers were beautiful.

Great location, friendly hosts
This rental is a 2-bed on the first floor, and is part of a larger set of units connected to the building next door, where the owners live. We had 4 people and 2 dogs in the space, which was probably pushing it, but ended up having a great time thanks to the multiple outdoor spaces. I believe technically those spaces are all shared, but there is a sitting area in front of this unit, a sitting area with grill behind the unit, and decks as part of the building next door (we watched the fireworks with the owners on July 4th from the top floor deck). The location is pretty much perfect and the owners were very nice. I might recommend having fewer people than we did, but otherwise this was a great trip.

Great pet-friendly condo in West End!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this studio condo in a GREAT location on the West End!! Private with a nice common outdoor seating area on the Conant Street side and a BBQ and outdoor dining table on the Montello Street side (a group of other guys who were staying in adjoining condos greeted me with champagne and wine when I arrived - how nice and unexpected was that?!?!). Plenty of parking for cars and bikes. Nicely landscaped (as you would expect in Provincetown). The condo itself is GREAT - spacious, lots of drawers and real wood hangers for clothes, a huge washer/dryer (can't tell you how nice it was having laundry in the unit!), a nice full size refrigerator and new kitchen appliances, newly renovated bathroom with lots of space for storage. Fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, paper products, etc. The a/c worked great and good lighting and lots of easily accessible electric outlets, which is not always common in Provincetown rentals. Queen-size bed was definitley comfortable. More than enough seating with traditional Cape Cod style traditional furnishings. Nice flat screen TV. Location can't be beat - - it's just off Commercial Street (so it's quiet at night) yet within a block or a few blocks from Pop + Dutch and 141 for organic food, Monkey Bar and the Boat Slip for drinks, Flyer's for kayak rentals, Ptown bikes for bike rentals, Mussel Beach gym, and Spiritus for late night pizza. Close bike ride to Hering Cove Beach. The owners are usually onsite and always friendly and asking if there's anything you need. Loved this place, already booked it again for next year.
