Super clean, fully furnished, eco friendly house. Enjoy a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Or walk 1 block up the street and enjoy a meal at Casa Sanchez Mexican Restaurant. Then come home and gather with the family in the spacious living room and large family room. You will love the private backyard with the unique boulder fire pit, great for smores! Great property. Two couples each could have had their own living space with a shared kitchen. Great location and a really cute and warm place to stay!

House was clean and had plenty of space. Unfortunately the outside patio furniture was filthy and we couldn't enjoy the outside. With our short stay it wasn't worth the hassle of contacting the property manager.

We really enjoyed our stay at the barn house! Everything was clean and cozy and it was very spacious for our family of 6. My kids loved the chess/checker table and the backyard was very cool. We were there during a cold spell and were glad to find plenty of extra blankets, as well as a space heater. We will definitely be back!

My adult family stayed here for a week's long vacation. The house is exactly what you see in pictures and clean. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out in their own rooms and plenty of space in the shared space to gather. Location was great and the house is only 5-7 minutes from Whiskey Row with tons of local bars and restaurants. Marsha was an excellent host, checking in periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was meeting our expectations.

We really enjoyed how close the house was to restaurants and whiskey row. We also loved that the cabinets were labeled, so we didn’t have to keep opening up every cabinet and possibly put things away in the wrong cabinet.

The house was amazing and fit 6 of us comfortably! I It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to whiskey row that if you do want entertainment it’s just a 4 min drive. We loved the place and look forward to staying again!

This is a nice home that is very clean. Perfect getaway. Quiet neighborhood. The host, Marsha is very attentive and communicates very well. We were not able to enjoy the outside due to snow and cold weather but I would definitely book again for some relaxation. Overall this is a very nice place and is suitable for families. Lots of room!!!

The place was clean, comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, We did not spend a lot of time there, just basically slept. There was a courtyard to the side of the building with fire pit, grills, table and chairs.

We had a family reunion nearby but we’re not able to bring all our camping gear so we opted to stay nearby and found this gem of a home! My kids loved the board games and chess table. My husband and I enjoyed our evenings on the porch.

My husband and I frequently stay here while visiting my sons family and have had many happy memories here. We enjoy Flynn park next store and building a fire in their pit. Marsha is very attentive and helpful. Plenty of room for a family. I recommend the Barn House highly!

This place is super cute. Sadly the whole of my party except me couldn't make it due to covid but it would've accommodated all eight very well had they been able to come. There were plenty of linens and even shampoo /conditioner in the showers which was nice. The location was close to the wedding venue as said. Considering I had to stay my myself I was a little concerned but I didn't feel unsafe at all in this neighborhood. The only mishap was the lock number was not correct but was able to get a hold of the host pretty quickly to remedy that. And this is quite a small thing but I could not find salt in the kitchen so if that can be fixed you're future quests would appreciate that if they're staying in and cooking :)

This small house has tons of room. I was able to work in and area away from family without interruption from others. The new shower was hard to get out of! When we are in Prescott, our first check for lodging will be the Barn House.

Location of the Barn House was better than anticipated for our trip. We were minutes away from the Cowboy Poetry venue which was our trip purpose. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet.
