I would recommend and would stay again.

Very Clean and very Professional. Breakfast was great.

The only thing is the bed and pillows not comfortable enough. Other than that everything was great.

Good Stay

Staff was extremely helpful. Staff allowed us to grab a couple items for breakfast even though they weren't quite open yet. Great room lots of space. Enjoyable stay.

Not much to eat available for later in the night but the attached bar restaurant was good. A little out of the way for my hockey trip but not terrible and easy to get to.

If your stay is over the weekend, watch out for youth teams and try to get a "quiet" room.

Assistant General Mgr D. Givance was very helpful. He deserves a shout-out for excellent service.

The room immediately above our room had teenagers (several youth teams were in town for regional league games) who were jumping around and off the beds causing considerable noise. The teens were unsupervised as parents sat in the lobby drinking. This started at 10:pm and continued for several hours. I placed three phone calls to the front desk plus two personal visits asking front desk personnel to call/visit the teens' room to resolve the excessive noise. Noise seemed to stop at midnight only to resume again at 3am with a huge thud from the ceiling above. Next day after my complaint, the Assist GM was able to relocate us to the top floor for our second night at the hotel. Further he reduced the price as compensation for our inconvenience. Though it was a tough evening after driving over 12 hours, I felt the hotel did a fair job in accommodation us as best as they could.

Very Good!

Nicely maintained hotel near the NCLEX testing center. There was an issue after I checked into my room and the front desk immediately put me in another room no questions asked. Breakfast was good with an omelette, sausage and coffee and the fitness center is clean and more than adequate. Free parking. Nice linens, newer carpet, decent air flow in rooms and hot shower with good water pressure and pleasant smelling bath products. Thank you!

Thank you to the young man at the desk, when I came, who helped me with finding a place for dinner.

Really liked the breakfasts made, because they had everything I liked to eat and it tasted great. So, helpful to be able to start my day without any fuss, have a good hot meal and in a friendly environment. An then to go to a family members High School graduation party in Brooklyn Park. Excellent, Friendly and Very Professional staff.

Everything was good. I have no complaints.

Felt very unsafe and did not get any sleep. Due to the guy whom worked the night shift.

cleanliness the appearance of hotel was excellent.

Getting a call from the front desk staff at 3:20am. To say they don’t have my credit card on file and asking what room I was in. Pissed that I was awaken out of my sleep then made me feel unsafe being a woman. That this guy was calling my personal cell inquiring about my card number and the room I was in because he was not sure of the room I was in. Asked if I could come down to the front desk. I did very pissed off not thinking until it was time to get back on the elevator. I noticed two men standing acting to be taking pictures of themselves. I felt unsafe being women are coming up missing. But because I don’t go too many places without my best friend. I took my safety off and let them see me do it. They walked away from me. Thinking about it as I entered my room. I did not sleep. Not knowing if someone was going to try and enter my room. Drove home half sleep due to not having any.

Nice layout of the room.

Pool was very cold!!! The staff at the front desk was not polite and seemed very inconvenienced to even have to check me in or out. The lady at breakfast in the morning was very rude!!! Was not any help when asked for something and then walked away to chat with lady at front desk about personal things. When I brought my child to breakfast she again wasn't friendly and scolded my child for not wearing shoes while there was an entire table of people not wearing shoes.

Great and Comfortable stay as usual

It's the second time I book this hotel, primarily for the location very close to the company where I work during my stay. But overall, I know what I get: friendly staff, quick check-in, super clean bathrooms/shower (very important to me), the ability to tune A/C or heating to my personal comfort temperature in the room (spacious, clean and comfortable) and a very decent breakfast buffet. The free WiFi works also spotless even with a VPN to my company servers to retrieve documents (I had not always the same quality in other hotels). As I work quite long shifts I don't use much of the other equipements such as pool or gym. Thanks to the desk for helping me out quickly with the tools needed to open my defect luggage lock.

Suggestion for improvement (not a complaint): A kind of "expresso" coffee machine would be awesome... as a european, I appreciate smaller cups of coffee with a bit stronger taste.
