Highly recommend this beautiful apartment, right in the heart of the historic downtown pedestrian mall. Very clean and comfortable apartment with literally everything you need, right in the center of things. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!

We arrived at our VRBO which was located in a fantastic area, and the location was walkable to most events. However, upon arrival the kitchen had not been cleaned the stovetop was dirty and there was dried egg yolk on the kitchen table. Very dusty. Our son ended up leaving to get a hotel room because the sleeper sofa did not have bedding available. Our daughter slept on the couch without pulling it out. We reached out and the maintenance manager had linens delivered the next day. Very quick in response. Again, great location. We were disappointed that we were not set up for our stay.

This apartment is lovely. Fantastic location with great space and amenities. Once we parked, we never used the car again for the entire weekend: shops, restaurants, and activities all in one place.

We stayed for a week at the VRBO. The property was as described - right on the outdoor mall so wonderful for walking to restaurants, etc. It can be a bit noisy especially on the weekends but with windows closed we had no trouble. The kitchen had the standard plates/glassware etc. but was pretty limited on cookware, tools - had to buy a can opener.
Was very nice to have access to the Common House, a short walk from the unit for remote working.
We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot overlooking the main drag. Easy check in. Easy parking. I was in town for work and this apartment was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Owner needs to respond to all of the reviews saying it needs black out curtains in the bedroom. Otherwise, great stay.

We had a fabulous time. Nice apartment in the middle of Charlottesville. Plenty to see and do in walking distance. Parking and check in were easy.

Located on the Downtown Mall, we parked the car upon arrival and didn’t need it again until departure. Lots of restaurants, entertainment venues and shops are easily within walking distance. The Mall itself is a pleasant diversion.
The condo is comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Nighttime noise can be loud but I partially attribute that to our stay being a Friday and Saturday night in warm weather. If you have one, a white noise generator might be a good thing to bring along for the trip.
This condo will definitely be a top consideration for any future trips to Charlottesville!
4.7
Great location. The apartment was right above downtown mall close to restaurants and bars. We spent the weekend at wineries and it was great to come back and eat dinner walking distance. The place is noisy at night due to location and the people outside walking through the downtown mall but we didn’t mind since we had sound machines to block out the noise. Overall, great place to stay!

Fun quick stay in downtown cville! Great location, clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed a quick 2 night getaway after dropping our daughter off for soccer camp at UVA. The location of this property made it very easy to walk to a variety of places and enjoy all that Charlottesville has to offer. We would definitely stay there again.

Property is clean and well decorated. The bed is super comfortable . Location is perfect. A couple coffee cups, a wine opener, a couple more towels, and a little more shampoo would have been much appreciated.
4.7
Easy access. Clear instructions to access the property! I absolutely loved staying here during my UVa alumni reunion. NA

Fantastic location! Exceptional space. Kate was very helpful!

It would be a good idea to mention that the apartment is directly above a function venue. There were Christmas parties both nights with loud music until 1:30 in the morning. I'm young and don't mind music. However, it was loud enough to keep me awake until it stopped. It might be worth mentioning to the either potential renters or the venue downstairs. The communication was easy and everything went as planned.

Location was great, but noisy on Sat. Night, fine for the main bedroom, but made sleeping difficult on the already bad pull-out couch. N/A

Need to add to website that this apartment sits directly over an event space. It was extremely loud the first night such that we had to leave the apartment until the event ended.
Great location to UVA and right in the heart of downtown. Loved the noise machine in the bedroom. Helped block some of the street noise. Customer service representative responded to a call the next morning after we were locked out from the main apartment entrance (due to problem with keypad) the first night. 24 hour service should include immediate response. We could have been locked out all night, but resident happened to come downstairs & let us in.

No cutting board. emails need to be improved as far as heading, number of emails, brevity. Codes should be more prominent avoiding need to search for.
Invoice - preliminary billing, pending approval - confusing and unecessary

The apartment was great and the location was perfect. We also rented the apartment next to it for our bigger group which was convenient.

The location was awesome and made coordinating all of our wedding activities very convenient! Everyone was incredibly helpful and very friendly.

The property was extremely convenient to the OMH (our wedding venue), which was perfect for getting ready/waiting for the ceremony to begin. Beautifully furnished, very clean, easy parking. It was great to be able to have my photographer come up and shoot our pre-wedding photos, our officiant up to speak with us pre-ceremony, and how convenient was it to retire there post-wedding!? Our only concern was the noise level both inside and outside of the property. The pedestrian mall was loud. The second night we found the sound machine in the bedroom which helped tremendously! Slept like babies with the fan noise! Sarah Beasley was my point of contact for the most part (wedding at OMH) - she was absolutely wonderful in every way possible. She actually showed me the apartments above the venue during our venue tour and I was immediately sold. Booked it as soon as I secured the venue!

Beautiful! I could live there.

Location good, but very very noisy. Late night foot traffic, upstairs neighbor, trucks and more. Nice location and apartment. Could have been cleaner, quieter and bug free.

Property is nicely laid out and furnished. It was so nice to be able to spread out, whether it be in the living room or dining room. Both my husband and myself were able to set up our computers and work - without crowding each other out. Your team was wonderful! When we arrived, we immediately knew that we would want to extend our stay by one day. I called the office and your representative was quickly able to extend our reservation and email us a new parking pass.

Our daughter’s wedding was at The Metropolitan and being upstairs was the best decision. Most of the guest were at the Omni so it was easy to coordinate activities with them. Walkable to the rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon & was so easy having everything so close. We were getting lined up to start the wedding and the bouquet wasn’t there. It was just upstairs so the coordinator just ran up the stairs and saved the day! The bride & groom also went upstairs between the ceremony & reception while we enjoyed the cocktail hour, then made their entrance through the main door. It was perfect! Everyone was incredible. Sarah Beasley was our point person for the venue & she helped with questions & request at the apartment. She did everything she could to accommodate our request. And with a smile and such a positive attitude.

We rented the apartment to stay in during our wedding weekend at The Haven/Old Met, and it was such a wonderful and convenient place to stay— we truly felt at home and had ample space to get ready for the big day. Everyone we corresponded with was nice and professional. Communications about the property with check-in/out instructions were clear and detailed.
