Well situated

Perfection location with a lot of restaurant around and 10 minutes walk From Centro. Best shower so far in Yucatan. Shared kitchen. Safe parking. Enough Space for a family of 4 with confortable beds.

Perfect!

Heel ruim, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel fijn om na alle hotels een compleet eigen huisje te hebben. Dichtbij alle highlights en toch weinig last van straatgeluiden. Top!

Het is wat simpeltjes ingericht, maar dat heeft juist ook wel weer wat. Gewoon praktisch en prima.

Excellent choice

Very spacious. Good beds and pillows. Excellent AC and fans. Easy walking distance to many sites. Good kitchen facilities and adequate dishes. Good shower. Felt very safe. Quiet after traffic died down.

I would have given this place a 10 but there was a slight smell of mildew in the apartment. Also getting in and out takes lots of keys--but that makes it safer, too. Otherwise it is great.

La ubicación es muy céntrica, todo estaba limpio, contaba con parqueadero, la casa es amplia y la anfitriona fue muy amable.

La cocina compartida con apenas un fogón de la estufa. La ventilación también es muy pobre.

Lugar muy bueno

En general todo muy bien es de acuerdo al precio y me gustó que está cerca de la catedral y lugares para visitar. Fue muy fácil movilizarnos a varios lugares. Muy amables en la atención y tiene de todo el departamento para estar cómodos. Su espacio es excelente. Si regresaría

Enjoyable stay and a refuge from the heat!

It's a lovely apartment of two rooms, with a communal kitchen in the entrance way. We didn't make much use of the second room, which has a dining table and a fridge (we ate out every night), but it was nice to have the space. Water was always available and complimentary, which was very welcome. WiFi was great, and the TV has YouTube as well as local channels. Air conditioning works well. A taxi company is round the corner on Calle 64 if you need a reliable ride for the airport. A lavanderia is just across the street. Parque Santana is two blocks away, full of bars, cafes and restaurants. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. The owner, Luis, was very helpful and met us on arrival with the keys. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The apartment needs two things: A kettle and a chest of drawers. We stayed a week, and were living out of our suitcase.

My vacation and stay at Casa NE was a definitely Wonderful experience.

This accomodation, exceed my expectations. The place is clean, beautiful, peaceful, great price and excellent location. I love that is conveniently located beside a copy printer place, and across a laundry, and surrounded by convenience stores. Gas station is only 2 minutes away. It also has a great parking space. Also walking in any of the surrounding streets takes you to a pleasurable hike to discover hidden wonderful stores, cafés and restaurants. Paseo de Montejo is walking distance. All the major Parks and suqares are also walking distance. The host Nelly and her team are professional, courteous and friendly, simply the best. The rooms are just too comfortable, it makes you don't want to leave! My kids even said that next time we come back to Mérida, we Have to stay here, nowhere else. So Yes! I definitely recommend Casa NE. Thank you for the great service.

I didn't like that my vacation was too short.

Great spot in a Great city

This is a spot for travelers not tourists. excellent location and value. very good cooking facilities and a very, very engaging sitting area out back. Hosts were timely and discrete. Would love to return one day

Superb

A nice big apartment that's very clean.

There's a small inconvenience of getting in and out of the place because there are multiple locks. Three to get in from the front door and a heavy gate for the car and then a lock in the back for the back door.

great place!

Nice location just a few blocks alway from the main sights of Merida. Private parking on the premises. Apartment is big enough for couples or families. The shared kitchen is small and convenient. Big plus for the laundry service across the street and the burger restaurant around the corner (also good for salads and veggie options).

Exceptional

Nice spacious apartment in walking distance both to main square and Paseo Montejo. There's a parking lot in the yard and also a private entrance from the yard. Everything was clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and although it is shared with another apartment, we actually didn't meet anyone else during our stay. Also the owners/caretakers were very nice and helpful.

Felt like a home, not a touristy hotel.

The apartemento was spacious, clean and well appointed. Sr. Luis is lovely and very helpful. The location is excellent for being close to some of Merida"s best food, both mercados and restaurants. Great place for a more discerning traveller. Please, no Karens or Brandons.

Best value for money apartment in Yucatan

Big high ceilings apartment, great location, super helpful staff and superb communication with the host. The equipment you find here is better than anywhere I stayed in Yucatan and I always go for small apartments. Generous amounts of bathroom hygiene products too. Loved the fans as an alternative to air con. This place has everything you need even for a long stay. The kitchen is cleaned regularly and I was often asked if I need any cleaning done in my apartment. Highly recommended. Looking forward to my next time.

the kitchen is shared with a second apartment - I may have missed the information, but I didn't know not an issue, but that may end to be difficult depending on your neighbours...;-) very noisy with the street, cars, bus and trucks traffic

Perfect place in Mérida

A nice, fully equipped and comfortable apartment. Clean, perfectly located, just 10 mins to the central plaza. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Internet was great. Overall, a perfect place to stay while in Mérida

Wonderful place! Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. Easy check in. Friendly hosts. Good location. Large rooms. Very clean. Kitchenette was very useful. Private parking for our car.

This is minor but the shower water pressure could of been slightly stronger.

almost perfect

Very good option because good price, location, private parking, excellent wifi, smart TV and good staff. The big Spanish style house is divided in two apartments with private living room with fridge and coffee maker, bathroom and two double beds.

Both spaces share the kitchen, well equipped and furnished with basics (oil, salt, pepper, etc..)but only one stove witch makes quite complicated any meal. At least two stoves makes everything more easy and quicker if the other apartment is waiting to cook also. Living room is quite noisy because of the road but the room is on the back, separed with a door so it gets better. mosquitos are present. But for that price, it works perfectly and i recommend it if you are willing to deal with these few details.
