La positione in strada tranquilla,attorno al hotel trovi tutto quello che hai bisogno . Personale assolutamente gentile e disponibile. Quality prezzo assolutamente ottimo. Metro nella vicinanza.Stret food 😋 attorno alla structural. Consigliabilissimo per chi cerca una sistemazione semplice,pulita e confortevole.

Buena ubicación

La ubicación, a 5 minutos caminando de las torres y el barrio musulmán. La habitación es muy espaciosa y la cama cómoda. Personal atento. Desayuno excelente y con opciones occidentales. Zona de restaurantes. Muy bien insonorizado.

Mucho calor en la habitación y no funcionaba el aire correctamente. Algunos pelos de otros huéspedes encontrados en el baño.

Great location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Very clean & comfortable. Definitely value for money

Location is excellent. Plenty of F&B for local foods, including excellent street food. Staff very friendly. Manager Mr Choo Lin was more helpful. Very clean hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately weather was quite warm, up to 30 deg C. Aircon was not cool enough despite lowered to 20 deg C. Perhaps it needs servicing? One lift for the entire hotel can be quite cumbersome, especially in the morning.

Personale estremamente gentile e con un buon inglese. Camera grande e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione strategica non lontano dalla Torre della Campana. Colazione leggermente sopra la media.

L'ultimo giorno avevamo la partenza alle 5.30 di mattina ed avevamo richiesto dei box breakfast che non ci sono stati dati.

Magnífico, está la lado del metro cerca del barrio musulmán y en mitad de la acción de la ciudad, la lavandería incluida en el precio es un plus

Location fastastic

Hotel providing and informing self laundry facilities. It is usefull and helpfull to clean my shock underwer etc for another destination Location closed to bell tower and street food area.

Excellent stay with awesome location and kind staff

Location couldn't be any better. Walking distance to everything. The staff is also friendly and kind, and speak English. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very worth for money too! There is a convenience store right at the lobby and there is also a laundry room that you can use for free once. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody spending a few days in Xi'an. Really good place for an affordable price.

The hotel is very clean. We got a nice, comfy and silent room with everything you need. Location is perfect, really close to the night market and Muslim neighborhood. I hope to come back soon to Xi'an and stay at Campanile again.

Good all around! I recommend it highly and will stay again if in Xian.

First, I booked this place at the last minute...so I was more relieved than anything. My relief turned into pleasure when I arrived. It's a lovely property in a super location! People were extremely helpful, including introducing me to a lady who would eventually become my Xian tour provider. Breakfast was just right, and the free laundry facilities a nice bonus.

Small but very nice room, comfortable beds with a choice of two pillows, good air conditioner, good breakfast, very helpful staff. Modern feel and great location.

Room floor sightly dusty on check-in. Construction site opposite hotel that started quite early in the morning. Fruit selection at breakfast could have been a little better.

A Great Little Hotel.

The staff was excellent, it was clean and welcoming, and the bed was fantastically comfortable. Not too soft like American beds, nor too hard like many Chinese beds, and the pillows were big and fluffy. The bathroom was a good size, clean, with a large shower, and western style toilets. The breakfast was good and the little shop was useful for snacks. The location was amazing, just across the street from the drum tower and Muslim quarter, with easy access to everything. Loved it!

An excellent stay. The only very minor complaints were that the towels were a little old, the hallway carpeting needs an update, and there is no view to speak of.

Very well located near the Drum Tower, accepts foreigners, great value for money

This hotel is very well located, less than a 5 minute walk to the Drum Tower and entrance to the Muslim Quarter shopping street. Lots of local restaurants and shops around. The room was smaller than it looked in the photos, but it was comfortable, decent bed, great a/c, provided water daily, nice bathroom and shower, etc. The staff were friendly, although their English wasn't amazing, but they accept foreigners (we visited from Shanghai in early July) and they helped us set up our Xi'an QR code. Breakfast was simple but okay with a friendly chef who speaks English. Overall this place is a great deal for the quality and location!

Overall satisfactory experience

Staff is very friendly and willing to help foreigners with payment issues ie ordering food delivery etc. Location is close to Muslim street and some restaurants but quite further away to shopping malls. The tour agency in the hotel provides packages to main place of interest and door to door pick up service which is highly recommended

Not convenient when taking taxi and buses, as they can only stop at the main road and have to walk a distance due to hotel located in a single lane.

Nice western hotel in XiAn

It is a typical - western like hotel - which sometimes can be hard to find in China. Centrally located, 10 minutes walk to the metro station. Breakfast has both basic chinese and western options.

Most of the staff do not speak English - other than that it is a nice hotel

Highly recommended and best value for money.

The location, new hotel, clean spacious room with adequate ammenities and its non smoking policy. Bed was comfortable. Short walk to local attractions, shopping malls, shops and cheap, good restaurants. Good breakfast selection with chinese and western food. There is a laundry room behind the coffee house. Love the rainwater showerhead. Courteous and helpful staff. There is a tour desk to book local tours.

Everything was good but to pick something, The AC was a bit odd seemed to stay at a set temperature even when you changed it but for time of year it was no problem.

Great location, family friendly and quiet neighbourhood.

Great location close to Muslim Street, Bell and Drum Towers, but set in a quiet neighbourhood behind the main road. 24 hour self-service laundry really appreciated. Table football was a hit with the children!
