O surpriza foarte placuta -plaja privata cu beach bar, incluse în pret

Amplasare excelenta, pizza excelenta, multe baruri la dispoziția clienților. Mulțumiri Zheniei de la recepție, foarte amabila si primitoare.

Nu exista posibilitatea de a întinde la uscat un prosop sau un costum de baie, mâncarea puțin variata, check-out la 11.00 a.m., apa din piscina f. rece.

- The hotel is very close to the beach - Beach is private for Astoria guests - Free drinks for Astoria guests from beach bar from 10:00 - 17:00 - Food was varied and good, with plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant, you could always find available tables at all times - Room was clean and big, with mini fridge and safe (although you have to pay in order to use the safe because it comes locked, I believe it's around 35 BGN for 7 days) - Cleaning crew will come everyday if required to make up room and change towels etc. - There is also an Asian and an Italian restaurant besides the regular one, but those require reservations for dinner which are made 1 day in advance at least - Even though I did not have a "sea-view" room, I could still see it from the balcony - Activities for kids at certain time intervals - Bars near the restaurant, pool and beach Neutral - We did not try the spa services so I can't comment on that - We didn't spend time by the pool, although I didn't see anything impressive when I went to look around

- Although room was clean, we did see some ants around the room - Bathroom did not have ventilation on control, or while lights were on, it was controlled automatically by hotel and it didn't necessarily start when there was steam in the bathroom - Food was good, not great and some things felt tasteless on occasion - Parking is not guaranteed, but if you do have a place, it's 20 BGN per day, it's definitely not free which I find annoying since I ended up paying close to 100 euro for a 7 day stay for parking alone - Although they tell you not to reserve the sunbeds on the beach because hotel staff will remove the towels, they don't actually do that, they just leave a paper with the rules on the sunbeds, so of course everyone keeps doing it. As a consequence, in my 7 day stay I never got a sunbed in the first few rows although I was on the beach at 8:30 and there were only around 20 people on the beach, but only around 40% sunbeds were available, mostly in the rows close to the street - Occasionally we found cutlery and glasses that weren't properly cleaned, so take a look before you use them and ask for replacement if necessary - The dinner we had at the Asian restaurant was disappointing, not much variety in food choices, we did not try the Italian restaurant - Not the best quality of drinks offered

We had a great time. We loved everything! The food was fresh and plenty, the room with the view to the seaside was perfect, the staff was nice and always ready to help for everything we needed. We tried all 3 restaurants, the dinnners were lovely! We really loved our vacation!

The beer is not ok, it is too bitter. Everything else was great. We found a parking slot for the 7 days and around 8 - 8:30 in the morning there were also sunbeds available at the beach. We will come back for sure!

All in all it was great , we will be back again

You need to solve the problem of the bar on the beach, it is very small and can not cope with the number of people who want to drink a beer or a cocktail. Why is there no ice cream at the pool and on the beach? Children would be happy to eat ice cream in the summer at the sea or at the pool. Towel service, opens at 10 am, why? I wake up early and at 8 am I want to go to the sea or to the pool why do I have to wait for the towel service to open? I don't quite understand this concept . In the dining room there was not enough air conditioning power , the coffee was so to say so ... . Urgently do something with animation, especially in the evenings . Otherwise everything was cool, clean, tasty, the staff is excellent and always answered our questions .

Long queues on the beach at the bar, lack of ice cream at the pool and on the beach, for those who wake up early need to wait for towel service until 10 am, air conditioning in the dining room.

Very good

Rooms were new, spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. The bier from the tap was good for all inclusive, and the wine was ok.

The food could be better. The deserts were too sweet, and avoid the cocktails. But this can be expected from an all inclusive hotel. No robe and slippers for a hotel with SPA and pool. Also it is not the place if you value some peace and quiet. This is a big hotel that gets crowded especially during lunch hours.

The rooms were confortable and we like organized evenings.

The restaurants were not available all in the same time- 2 times in a week asian and other 2 times italian and there was needed to make reservation for them.

Really nice location, just a few steps from the beach. As we were there at the end of season, some of the facilities did not operate already. Staff was sometimes not really polite, not smiling, maybe tired at the end of season? ;-) Minidisco for kids was perfect, food was ok, cleaningness of the room when we arrived was not 100%, there were some hair in the sink and the toilet was not really clean.

Good and confortable vacation

- the staff was very nice - there is a pharmacy and a grocery shop at the groud floor - our room was spacious and the pull-out couch was big enough even for an adult - the hotel is very clean and the beachfront location is a big plus - can't say anything about the pool, because we didn't use it - enought parking spaces onsite

Food choice was reather poor There are far less sumbeds than the number of the hotel rooms

The location is very good, right in front of the beach. The room is big and the furniture is new. The view from the pool is very nice.

very attentive, polite and helpful staff, spacious room and balcony, very nice services (including for example underground parking).

hygiene with lacking attention to details - inside of the closet was dirty, as was the balcony. the food was impressive in variety and aspect, but bland and tasteless.
