Muy recomendable

La habitación triple era amplia y las camas bastante cómodas. El desayuno era bastante completo. El personal fue muy amable y nos guardó el equipaje hasta el check-in. Está a 10 min andando de la estación y a 25 minutos del memorial de la paz.

Estar sólo una noche.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Hotel non recentissimo, ma con camere carine e leggermente più grandi della media giapponese. Ottima pulizia, staff davvero gentile, rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero buono. La posizione potrebbe non sembrare così buona, ma in realtà l'hotel si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale di Hiroshima e a 20/30 minuti dalle prinicipali attrazioni della città

Infotainment praticamente assente, ma alla fine non è un qualcosa di fondamentale

Great place!

The view of the river at night is phenomenal. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The bathroom smelled a little musty, but wasn't too bad. The tub also had a hard time draining.

Great Stay and customer service was brilliant

Great room and bathroom - modern, very clean and stylish. Loved the riverside view from bedroom. Location is great - walking distance (10-15mins) from Hiroshima station. Front desk staff were so warm and helpful - I was served by a lady who was Amazing. Sadly I didn't get her name, but she went above and beyond helping me and my friend to organise luggage transfer (delivery service) to another hotel, and then checking to see if our rooms were ready so we could check-in early rather than wait few hours. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

Renovated hotel in a good location with beautiful view

We got a room with a really nice river view. It's a 10 min walk from the station, and about 10-15 to the main shopping arcade. About a 30 min walk to the A bomb dome and Peace Memorial Park. Clean and new interior. Staff had luggage scales for us to use for an upcoming flight

Very helpful staff and great location between the train station and the center.

Small room but that, of course, is the norm. Breakfast was good but could have more options.

川沿いの景色のいいホテルを満喫

スタッフの方々が親切で、荷物預かりなど大変助かりました。おかげさまで大変楽しい旅を楽しむことができました。

外が寒かったので部屋で温かい食べ物が食べたく、共同でもいいので電子レンジがあると嬉しいなと思いました。

Wonderful stay

The view was excellent. Out of all my accommodation this was the easiest to get to from the train station. The room wasn't too hot which has been an issue for me with some other places. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was great.

バスルーム(とくにバスタブ、蛇口からの湯量)がよかったです。2日間気分よく入浴できました。あとアメニテイ、ベッドの固さ、空調なども。

Estancia y ubicación de 10. Experiencia que no te puede perder.

El Ryokan fue una maravilla. La habitación estaba limpia, era muy espaciosa, tenia su balcón con vistas a la calle, te ofrecen una especie de kimono para dormir, dejan té y galletitas. El personal fue muy amable. Una de las veces nos atendió un señor mayor (no recuerdo bien su nombre) que había sido profesor de inglés y hablaba un poco español. Hizo su mejor esfuerzo por comunicarse con nosotros y recordar el español que aprendió en sus viajes cuando era más joven. Me pareció un momento muy conmovedor. En general, la experiencia para nosotros fue un 10. Además está situado en pleno distrito del Dotonbori, barrio que no te puedes perder en tu visita a Osaka. Recomendadísimo!

Fantástico si vuelvo a Hiroshima repito seguro

Todo, pero el personal magnífico !! Tuve un incidente con mis maletas y lo resolvieron rápidamente aunque no era su trabajo. La ubicación perfecta, la limpieza y todo en general!!

スタッフさんが良かったです

スタッフさんの対応が良かったです。フロントもレストランの方も皆さん良くて、特に私は利用してないですけど、私の前に居た方に駐車券？の確認を途中で気づいたのか走って駆け寄って声掛けてるのはいいなと思いました。

パジャマ？の裾が汚れが落ちないものが説得されてました。お風呂の少しだけど黒カビと赤かびはちょっと気になりました。

The perfect place to stay in Hiroshima !

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and the rooms were small but very comfortable. The river view was absolutely beautiful!

Overall an excellent place to stay.

Great view of the city with the river from our room. Room was quite and nice morning sunshine. We have lunch at the restaurant and the food was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay.

Not much except that its about 10 mins walk from the station.
