Good location, and nice hotel.

Good location, and nice hotel. Hotel was in a very good location. The Employee was very polite. Hotels lock their doors after midnight, so you can access by your key room. Room and bed were very big. Room has air conditioning but you don't need them, the nights were very pleasant.

On Mondays and Thursdays the market is set up on the plateau and it is very noisy, the metal structure of the market makes a lot of noise and since the room has 0 sound insulation it is very difficult to sleep. The hotel needs some repairs. Bathroom door was in very bad shape, the curtains were full of holes and did not function from the left side of the wall. The room needs some big mirror in the entrance area and some trash bin. Shower base has some damage. Windows has 0 sound insulation. Every morning they leave you breakfast at your doors and it is a very nice touch. For people who eat a lot, breakfast is to sweeten yourself. It was nice to have water every day. But for the last 3 days we didn't get a bottle of water.

Great location, great staff

Excellent central location to explore Tarragona and go to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The option to have breakfast at the hotel would have been nice, but options outside the hotel were readily available.

It was perfect for the one night we stayed.

The location was perfect and close to the rambla, the beds were nice and comfortable, we got morning pastries and some water left outside the door when we got up. There are juice and coffee machines in the lobby as well as some vending machines.

The back rooms didn’t have the perfect view as you can see the neighbors underwear hanging I know the hotel had no control over this.

Hotel was excellent value for money, room was spotless, had a great view of the town. There was free coffee and fruit available in the lobby, and although they do not serve breakfast, a bag with two pastries and a bottle of water was hung on my door. Staff were very friendly and professional. For only around €50 this was excellent value for money.

Le petit dej n'est pas possible mais machine à café et capsules à disposition :)

Climatisation ne fonctionnant pas , intervention de 3 jours prévue mais non signalée préalablement au client ... C'est comme si on se n'en avait rien a faire du client... Dommage

lo único bueno q te dejan el almuerzo en la puerta

La cama está fatal hace mucho ruido y muy incomoda, el aire solo tiraba aire frío,el WC medio dentro y medio fuera

Central location, helpful staff and great facilities :)

The location is central and easy to walk around. The room and bed was bigger than expected. They hang pastries in a bag on your door in the mornings, which is very cute, and they have free juice and coffee machine downstairs which was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helped us ring a mechanic when our car broke down.

Glad I found this hotel in Tarragona. Wonderful.

Very clean and new-looking. Sound proof. On the same square as the central market. Easy walking distance to train station and attractions. Free hot drinks and fruits in the lobby. Pastries and water in a gift bag hung on our door every morning. Will stay here again. Very good value for money.

Would have been nice to have an electric kettle in the room.

Lovely hotel, central, easy to park and a great city visit

Everything about the hotel was great. It was easy to check in/out. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There were free hot drinks and fruit available in the entrance. We were given a bag of mini pastries for breakfast. The overnight parking was near and only 5 euros. The hotel was on a delightful square which was buzzing with activity. It was very central and great for exploring.

We like to sleep in a cold room and the bedroom was very hot (for us). We were on the sixth floor and travelling with a dog (who doesn't like lifts) so that wasn't ideal. We had to pay an extra 12 euros for our dog.

EXCEPCIONAL

El hotel esyaba en overbooking y como no tenian mas habitaciones con cama doble ya que fue nuestra peticion, nos dieron una superior compensando de esa forma el no ponernos dos individuales. Excelente. A destacar tambien que ha falta de desayuno nos dejaron dos botellitas de agua y 4 croissants en el pomo de la puerta como detalle. fue genial.

Si. Cama y colchón super cómodos. Habitación con tamaño correcto. Todo limpio. Al despertar te encuentras un detallito (mini desayuno) en la puerta.

Al entrar la habitación olia raro. Al abrir la puerta del wc nos dimos cuenta que subía por las cañerías. Era muy fuerte el olor a alcantarilla. Tuvimos que sellar el agujero con la pegatina de “wc desinfectado”

Las almohadas eran súper cómodas. El recepcionista que me atendió era súper agradable.

Como dije antes, todo estuvo muy bien pero habría cositas que se pueden mejorar. Pasé mucho calor por la noche y no encontré donde apagar la calefacción. Entra la luz del día por la puerta del baño y da a la habitación, y eso dificulta dormir de día. El lavamanos olía un poco mal a ratos. Subía por la tubería.

Très bien placé

Situation en plein centre sur une place entourée de petits commerces, restos, bars... Belle chambre lumineuse et très propre. A la réception, machine à café gratuit. Fruits à disposition. Le best of est les petites viennoiseries trouvées le matin accrochées à la porte. Vraiment merci pour toutes ces petites attentions. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel si prochain séjour à Tarragone mais je demanderai une chambre différemment placée. Jeune fille blonde à la réception très gentille. Parking à 2 min à 4,95 € les 24h. Accepte les chiens.

Ascenseur terriblement long quand on est au 7e étage. De la chambre 703, on entend la descente et la montée de cet ascenseur, brouhaha très gênant et incessant. Rideau de douche en tissu, vraiment plus d actualité.

Hotel confortable, molt bona ubicació i personal atent. L'esmorzar que et conviden em sembla molt bon detall i d'agrair.

Una habitació feia pudor a tabac, però me la van canviar per altre, o sigui, va haver un problema però ho van solucionar !
