Seahorse is a 9-bedroom, 9-full bathroom (and 2 half bathroom), 5195 square feet luxury beachfront home. It is also equipped with an elevator that extends to the first three floors. Seahorse also has a spacious recreation room on the fourth floor that has a foosball table and putting green while also featuring a large swimming pool and bar area on the first floor. This home will be the perfect spot for you to spend your next vacation!

The first floor features direct walkout access to the most unique beachfront pool we have in our entire line up of vacation homes boasting 7 in-pool barstools so you can sit and watch the waves roll in! There are also 2 bedrooms as you first walk through the front door - one twin over full bunk room (street view) and one full bedroom (beach view), each with their own private en-suite.
As you head up the stairs to the second floor you are greeted with stunning beachfront views from your main kitchen/living room/dining room area, you'll definitely want to take advantage of the walkout balcony on this floor! The kitchen features 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, an induction cooktop and 2 dishwashers. The dining area sits 20 plus the 5 at the bar and the spacious living area is waiting for you to enjoy the views. Down the hall are two additional bedrooms with one twin over full bunk room (street view) and king bedroom (street view), both have their own private en-suite.
You can either choose to take the elevator* or a quick walk up to the North side of the third floor to find an additional double twin bunk room and king room (street view), both with their own private en-suite. On the opposite side is the beachfront king master suite featuring a separate sitting area and bar area with a wine cooler. This room has a large master bath with a large walk-in shower and separate garden tub, all with pristine gulf views. There is also an additional washer/dryer on this floor.
Do you love games? We have them here! We placed a foosball table and putting green right when you walk up to the top floor. There is also a cute area just for the kids to read, play hide and seek or games. The first bedroom is a full + twin bed with a twin trundle (street view). On the beach side is the queen bedroom with beautiful gulf views and walkout balcony. All rooms have their own private en-suite.

There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! "Seahorse" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

We had a great time here with two families of five our our two babysitters! It is a great house for families!

We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.

Originally planned a trip to Jamaica for spring break but had to cancel last minute. Found this gem and so glad we did! We packed up the car and took the trip 8 hours from home in NC to Panama City Beach. With friends and teens in tow, had the best week. Seahorse is beautiful, in the perfect location with the most amazing ocean views. Would not change a thing!

This house was absolutely wonderful! Actual house is even more beautiful than the pictures! We took the entire family including grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone. Thank you to the owners for such a beautiful place to stay. We were on the quieter end of the beach which was perfect for Spring Break. We paid extra to have chairs and umbrella out on the beach each day. Well worth the money! We highly recommend this house!!

The house was right on the beach and large enough to accommodate our family which was great. I especially liked the fact there were plenty of "adult" bedrooms. We would love to have non-scented laundry detergent as a few of us are allergic to strong scents. There were 3-4 things that did not work which was disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the kitchen was well equipped enabling us to eat in some. Great view! Loved it!

This was an incredible vacation. The house is amazing and well appointed. The views are fantastic. The pool is very nice. The beach was clean and the water was beautiful. Would have given 5 stars if not for the following annoyances: the cleaning crew needs to spend a little more time here. We found layers of dust on the ceiling fans and window ledges. The main viewing windows had not been cleaned fully, looks like a rushed job but we saw swirl marks on them the whole time we were there. Not all the bathrooms had garbage cans. Only 2 hand towels and one wash cloth for 2 kitchens, for a week long trip. And the damn pool alarm..a requirement, i guess, but ANNOYING! I know i could have called and complained but i didn't want a crew coming in to the house to fix these things when im there trying to enjoy the vacation. Just get it right before we show up. In the end, we would gladly vacation here again, but not for the price we paid. For that, i expect 5 star attention to these little details that were missed.

Master and one of guest room HVAC did not work so it was very hot. both 1st and 2nd sink garbage disposable grinder did not work, very hard to clean after cooking. Some of room did not have hot water at all

This home is absolutely breathtaking. I loved every single floor in the home. The beautiful ocean views through out, The double kitchens, the convenience to grocery stores was a plus…. The home was refreshing when we first walked in. Management is amazing and very responsive.
My only complaint would be the alarm for the pool. I love the safety feature but I also hate it equally. If you don’t press a button when opening the door it goes off very loud and it catches you off guard every single time. The smoke detectors are very sensitive and you can not cook without a vent on. Not even in the oven. I do appreciate the extra security for the property however that would be our only complaint. But even with the complaint I will still book this home again as it is worth every single penny

We’ve vacationed in several beach houses in South Carolina and Florida, and this has been one of the best. The view, the sand, and the close access to the beach was fantastic. The house was top notch…heated pool was great for some unexpected cool weather; the elevator was a lifesaver for the seniors; and Holiday Beach Rentals was 5* to work with!

Group of guys celebrating their friend getting married and it was more than we expected. Great views from every floor. We enjoyed the pool and cooking/grilling every night. There is volleyball net within walking distance on the beach. Best and easiest beach experience ever.

Great Beach Home for Family Trip
We loved our stay at Sea Horse. The home is comfortable and has a great location. We loved the ocean views. The beach is beautiful and groomed every day. There was plenty of space for 12 people with room to spare. The pool is nice and we loved the sitting areas to look out at the ocean from inside the pool. The rental company was great, responded to our needs quickly, even on Easter. Thank you so much for such a wonderful week. Our only suggestion is to review the bedding, pillows, and towels. There are rooms where they need to be replaced. Also would like to have had the host supply beach towels, more soaps / shampoos etc. given any remainder that we purchased had to be taken with us or thrown out. Hard to take away beach toys / cooler etc on an airplane. Overall we had a wonderful time and would rebook in a heartbeat! ❤️❤️❤️

Location, House and Management were GREAT
We spent 1 week during spring break at the house. The location is great. You can walk out onto the beach, all 4 floors have great views over the ocean. The property is 5 minutes from Rosemary Beach (shops, restaurants and cafes) and 13 minutes to the Boardwalk (great for kids), three supermarkets and CVS are 3 minutes away, and multiple donuts shops are close by. The house is very spacious. We came with 17 people and the house would have accommodated many more without feeling cramped. The bedrooms are spacious with large beds. The house is fairly new so everything was in good order, it was nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for large groups. The property was completely clean. The pool was large enough and heated !!! The door to the pool has an alarm which will protect against little kids going out. Parking accommodated 5 cars that can come and go or 6 and 1 in the garage with blocking in. The property management firm was very nice and responsive. We have stayed at 13 other similar properties. This one ranks at the top.

Best of Both Beach Worlds
Not as crowded as 30A and Not Panama City Beach - just a quiet part of the beach between these locations and a wonderful home that meets everyone’s needs.

Great house but had some issues
I went back and forth on writing this review. As I did love the house and loved the location. The house is beautiful! We chose this house not just for location and beauty but for the elevator as we had 2 women with issues with stairs. One with MS and one that was about to undergo back surgery.
Well…. As we got there the elevation has some issues. But the property manager fixed it before leaving. Then as trying to open up the door to the elevator, as it wasn’t and easy door to open, my phone dropped in the elevator shaft. I called the property manager and the first thing she asked me is if I had been drinking. (Mind you this is 1 hour after arrival, and no I hadn’t been.) we got my phone out without her, but when the next person took the elevator, they got stuck! She had to wait in there an hour. They didn’t have the right elevatir key to get her out. I was running up and down the stairs trying to talk to the property manager as she was hours away at the time. Finally a nice guy arrived to help, but realized he had to go to another house cause there was no way to get the door open without the right key. UMMM SCARY! Why don’t they equip people with these keys in case of this, I have no idea. After all that, the elevator was broken! They told us they would have someone out to fix it the next day. They never did. I even text them a few times asking and got no reply.
The day before our the last day I ended up breaking my foot outside. Had to go to the hospital get it fixed, and now there were 3 of us needing that elevator.
I loved the house, loved the layout, beautiful decor, very homey. But the property managers definitely need to up there customer service and make sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

Family Beach Trip
My wife & I gave our 8 children, spouses and grandkids a weeks vacation at this home. We filled each bedroom but was still comfortable with the spacious layout of the home. Awesome location that’s close to everything, especially the beach.
The pool was a welcome addition for the smaller kids.
Great house and many great memories were made.

The perfect beach house!
Everything about this beach house is amazing. The location is close enough to touristy things and stores for when you want or need those things, but the home itself is very private and away from busy beaches. We spent a lot of time on the barstools inside the pool (which was a perfect temperature by the way!) watching the waves roll in. The beds are so comfortable, and everything is very nice! The view is unbeatable from the main living space, and the balconies are perfect first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and any time a storm is rolling in. If you love the beach, you will love this house!

Overall it was a great beach house.
The property was even more breathtaking than the pictures. Plenty of space for 20 adults to roam and spread out without being on top of everyone. There was some issues with the cleanliness of the place but the manager had informed us the crew had been fired a few days after we arrived for poor cleaning. The first floor ocean view bathroom was missing tiles on the shower floor which was causing water to leak onto the floor in the next room. The male manager showed up the very day we sent the message about the leak. He was very friendly and helpful. He even cleaned the windows that were missed by the cleaning crew which allowed us to appreciate the view even more from the inside as opposed to just the outside. Otherwise the only true issue we had was with the neighbor. We had not been in the house for more than a day when we had the elderly neighbor peeping over the back gate complaining we were too loud. We were celebrating my mothers 80th birthday and yes, 20 adults who are excited about this trip, having a good time talking and laughing will create an expected amount of noise. The following day which was labor day at 2pm in the afternoon we had a visit from the female manager stating she received complaints and the neighbors were threatening to call the police. She stated if we continued disturbing the peace we would have to leave. We had already stopped playing so when the manager showed up it was just us all in the pool having a great time. This was upsetting since I spent 1 year planning this trip and the stress of having a pandemic thrown into the plan, not to mention the hurricanes and to hear from the manager that we could be asked to leave based on the complaints of the 90yo neighbor without even evaluating whether the complaints were valid was frustrating to say the least. Also considering the amount of money I paid for this ocean front beach house and being treated this way was beyond disappointing. Perhaps you should only advertise to monks to keep the peace within the neighborhood. The house is beautiful. The views are amazing. I would still recommend this house but not if you plan on having any fun outside or on the balconies.

If you have a big family or group, this is a perfect house for you. There’s plenty of rooms and the youngest loved the nook on the 4th floor. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and the putting green.

Really spacious and functional house on the beach!
Really spacious and functional house on the beach! We had small children and adults - bedrooms worked well for everyone to be where they needed to be with children (and without children). Directly on the beach, nice walkway to beach and nice pool at the house.
Best pool-alarm at the door that we have experienced. Simple and easy to bypass if adult using door. We added reminder notes to press the bypass button on both sides of the door - just so we didn't inadvertently awaken children from naps.
There are two room layout descriptions in the listing - one is not correct - there are more bathrooms than indicated. The description that says "connecting bathroom" is incorrect - every bedroom has it's own bathroom.
We were there during COVID so didn't go out to anything in the area. Grocery delivery and restaurant delivery worked well.
We'd stay there again for sure.
