We loved this house! It is super convenient to the shuttle for peak 7 and 8 and only two stops away! It was clean, quiet, and lots of space for two families traveling together (4 adults, 5 kids). The couches in the family room definitely need replacing and are very uncomfortable, but other than that everything was great! Plenty of comfortable beds, and having a private hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing. Property management was super responsive anytime we needed help.

Would absolutely stay here again. This was our 4th VRBO in the area (Frisco and Breck) and we’ve also stayed at the smaller hotels. The place was clean, beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly convenient to the Breck Free Ride, which we prefer to get around while in town. Some quirks with plumbing fixtures and ceiling fans, no washcloths, the internet for the TV kept dropping out and needing tech support (wouldn’t be a problem if not for the 13 and 79 yr olds in the house), but other than that the place was fabulous. We had 6 adults and a teen staying here mostly comfortably, but be advised that the room shown with the bunk beds is on its own center level and has no door. It is a 4-level property so being able to do stairs is a must, and the laundry is on the lowest level. That was somewhat unclear to us when booking, but was fine.
My only “complaint” was that I had to call to pay for the remainder of my booking and was charged an additional processing fee rather than paying through VRBO. This was also not clear at the time of booking.
BUT, I highly recommend this place and if we weren’t moving to the area full-time, it would definitely be my Breck VRBO of choice.

We came up there for 4 nights enjoyed having our own home to relax in!used the public transport to mainstreet to go get dinner and ice cream! The only negative was…we had brought our side by side with us and couldn’t park it in the driveway so we used airport rd (free) parking only to get a $50 fine we were told free we read free and so we figured free and it’s not free I guess if your in Breckenridge nothing is free.lol

Reviewer Comments:
This was a wonderful location for our family to be together. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone to convene, but also to get away if needed. The bathroom locations were ok, but we would have preferred that each bed had its own bath, and the couches in the living area were quite uncomfortable, but we worked with them as they were. Summit Mountain Rentals was awesome. They were extremely attentive to any needs we had and made sure our stay was good. There were a few minor things that should have had attention before we came like lightbulbs, battery replacements, and bedding, but we brought those issues to their attention when we left and I’m sure they were taken care of. By the map, it looked like we would be much closer to town than we were, so it wasn’t really walking distance, especially with young children. But, for our family and for the price, all in all, it was a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! There were a couple of minor issues (coffee pot leaking and shower faucet handle fell off) but the staff addressed and resolved them quickly! The location is fabulous and lots of sleeping spaces! The hot tub on the back deck was wonderful. We were so happy with everything!

Great trip to Breckenridge. Accommodation was excellent. We didn’t stay in this property as there was an issue. However the agents sorted us out with another property.

Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor hiccups but nothing that would stop me from recommending the stay. Good location, on shuttle route for easy trip to mountain. Some items could use an upgrade and the property manager should have performed a better walkthrough upon arrival.

This property is jusst down the street from shuttle stop to the slopes. It's so easy to grab the shuttle to slopes. If your feeling like you need more.excerise, you can walk too, it not too far. Was roomy foe the 10 of us. At the hot tub was delightful after skiing..
The heated garage was a plus to keep our equipment, with a bench to to sit and remove boots.

Just what we needed
9 adults stayed for a destination wedding in June and it was just what we needed. The hot tub was amazing and the neighborhood was quiet. Had a couple minor issues while we were there but property managment responded quickly via text. Check-in was super easy with an access code which also made check-out easy. No TVs in the bedrooms if that's important to you. We didn't realize that but was fine for our short stay.

Surprisingly Ski-In Shuttle up / Spacious House / Hot Tub / Shuttle to Mountain
Overall it was a very good experience. The VRBO was convenient. Needed to be cleaned when we arrived - which is weird bc the room wasn’t ready till 4 - but i loved the experience and would recommend this place to anyone thinking about doing breck with a car or walking. i thought we got exactly what we paid for. Most of our issues related to the shuttle never coming and rideshare services not being available - hint get their phone number and do private rides a - these would have been averted with a car but not really since you can’t park at the mountain.
We were able to ski back to the front door from peak 8 when snow was on the sidewalk - loved it. master shower was nice. hot tub and kitchen were great. had to put a work order in before we got there to fix the tv - which is strange i saw in a previous review the tv was broken. but overall i recommend this place to any group or family looking to visit breck. just know it is. treck to use the bus system but it does come eventually.

Jan 5th-9th Stay
Overall the home was very nice. Clean and conveniently located. Only small issues were the living room TV did not work, and the pickup and drop off of keys could be a little easier. A code for the front door or garage would simplify things alot.
We enjoyed our stay.
