About this apartment rental

This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished deluxe condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa bed.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $10.00 amenities fee per condo.

Easy check-in. They stressed the timeshare sales speech but wasn't forced to go .Took about 5 minutes longer than any other hotel which I take as a win at a time share resort. Easy drive to Colonial Williamsburg and many restaurants/shops.

This was the 4th time my wife and I have stayed here. we like the closeness of Colonial Williamsburg and so many other attractions. We fill safe in this area along it being very clean. The one thing I did not enjoy was having to listen to the sales pitch in order to receive your room keys. Just give out the keys when you check in.

We were so happy with EVERYTHING!! The mattress was amazing. We have stayed many places- maybe 100- no kidding - and by FAR This was the best mattress we have ever had!! There’s nothing worse than having a fabulous weekend and a crappy mattress!

The amenities at this resort was very good, it was 15 minutes to Busch Gardens and the waterpark. All the pictures are accurate and it was very nice property

This was the perfect place for us to stay. The room was a great size for our family of 5. We were 20 minutes or less from everything and the kids loved the pool, game room and putt putt at night. We would highly recommend this for a single family or larger groups.

It was a nice place, but smelled like very old cigarette smoke. Also they really try to push you around to listen to timeshare pitches when you check-in. I do like the resort, the pool etc and it’s a comfortable suite overall.

We were very impressed with the property. Staff was very helpful. Our rental was just as it was described. Clean, plenty of room and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed what the resort had to offer as it gave us time to spend with family doing activities without worrying about extra costs. The game room, the pools and putt-putt was a big hit.

The “apartment” had an odor, smelled like a stink bug. The shower in the one bathroom would not work. They came promptly to fix it, however the staff seemed stumped about how to properly fix it. We lost half a day of sightseeing while they fooled around in that bathroom. It was still not fixed correctly. Also we reported to the manager that there were a lot of what looked like little flies all over this same bathroom. This situation was never acknowledged or addressed. I would not be inclined to stay in this property again.

We had a wonderful time! Check-in was very easy, quick, and everyone was helpful. The place was exactly as described- loved that it had 2 incredibly comfortable kings sized beds, and the suite was spacious. The area was quiet, even though being close to restaurants, etc... Also, our daughter really enjoyed the playground! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Check-in was relatively smooth...just have to go through a couple of lines. Units were clean, though living room furniture and carpeting well-worn and in need of replacement. TV's are old with screens barely larger than my computer screen, but okay. First floor unit. Quiet from outside noises though the footsteps from unit above are definitely audible. The property has great amenities which are great for families, including miniature golf course, air hockey, pool tables, video game units, outside games such as bean bag toss, parking lot checker game, etc. All staff very courteous and helpful.

Renting the property was easy. Checking in was a problem. Although I repeated told the front desk I rented two condos, a three bedroom and a two bedroom, they acted like they understood but I was only checked into the three bedroom. I then had to return to check in and straighten them out. Another 30 minutes of wasted time and frantic to get to dinner. Not the owners problem but Wyndham needs to better educate their check in staff. Beware!
