Perfect location for a family likes to snorkel or play in the pool when not out and about on the island. It was handy having the rental car included with the rental package. Also appreciated the free use of snorkel equipment and paddleboard. Will definitely consider booking here again.

The property was neat and clean. It had all the amenities our family required for a wonderful visit. The location could not have been better as it was right next to the beach. The snorkeling and fishing in the ocean at your doorstep was awesome. We were far removed from the cruise ship crowds and enjoyed a more authentic slice of island life at Bodden Town. Our management team was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze Villas tremendously. We would highly recommend this place for families.

We found the acommodations perfect, as described, and the swimming and snorkelling, and pool at the property excellent. The location was close to the best in Cayman.
The agents were helpful and friendly. We will certainly return.

My cousins and I planned our first trip to Grand Cayman for an early birthday gift. After searching through many listing we came across the Sea Breeze villas. This place has plenty of space for the 3 of us and the rental car was very generous.
When we arrived the place was spotless. We quickly picked our bedrooms and looked around and everything that was provided. We found a binder with recommendations and rules that were very easy to follow. There were plenty of towels for showering and also beach towels. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for eating on and cooking. We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit as well.
One we made it outside the unit we quickly jumped into the pool that overlooked the ocean. The waves were a bit rough due to the weather so it was nice to hear them while we enjoyed swimming in the pool. Swimming in the moonlight was one of my favorite parts of the trip.
All the guests around us were very respectful as well. We even got some recommendations from them.
It was nice not being in the more touristy area. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. It was nice to relax in peace after a day of shopping and exploring.
I did not get a chance to meet with Michelle but we kept in contact through text. I know if we need anything she would surely help us, but like I said, this place has everything we needed to relax and get away from our stressful jobs.
We plan on staying there again the next time we visit the island.

Not what we were expecting at all.
We were lead to believe that we would be at Turtle Nest Inns, not Seabreeze villas with only a view of the parking lot on one side and a few trees and a fence on the other.
The mattresses on the beds were hard as rock, the fridge froze the food, the clothes washer leaked, the door to the clothes dryer catches on the nook door, the water in the ice dispenser wasn't very cold, the ice maker needed a new filter which wasn't replaced, the master bedroom was lacking a dresser, but had unneeded items in the closet (baby crib...).

We enjoyed our stay at Turtle nest Inn. It is located on a private beach on a quiet side of the island. A rental car is necessary to get to Georgetown or Seven Mile Beach, so we appreciated the rental. The host's brought us a beach umbrella and chairs to use for the week. The condo, pool and beach were clean, well maintained and lovely.

The condo with car rental was wonderful! The condo was as clean, well stocked to cook there, and we even were able to see the beach and ocean from the side deck. Check in was smooth and the central location was perfect for easy access to all parts of the island. Very peaceful. I let my medication on checkout and was unable to return for it as I was already at the airport. Michelle answered my messages immediately and was able to aid in getting my medication returned to me. I will be recommending this location to friends and plan to return in the future!

Everything we were looking for, beautiful snorkelling, all the luxuries and comforts of home, quick responses from Michelle when we needed anything!
Away from the tourist swarmed downtown area, lots of amenities nearby, groceries, restaurants, and we got to know some of the local residents including checking out heritage days celebration at the nearby public beach.
Central to drive to all island destinations. Star fish point, botanical gardens, blowholes, etc. Highlight was definitely a boat tour to visit the sting rays!

We looked at many places to stay before settling on Turtle Nest. We wanted something away from the hustle and cruise ship traffic and we found it here. Peace and quiet on a beautiful strip of sand. It's not too far of a drive from the airport or Seven Mile Beach, and you're already half way to East End and Rum Point when you decide to head that direction. For us, being in the middle of the island allowed us to be able to leisurely check out the entire island on our first trip to Cayman, which was important. And, after seeing the majority of the island, we are so glad we chose to stay at Turtle Nest. So glad that we will likely not look elsewhere for a place to stay on our next trip. The included rental car was a welcome difference from most accommodations. The pool is well maintained and great for coffee and watching the amazing sunrise....or moon rise. The grill works great and grilling overlooking the ocean is one of my favorite things to do... and you typically can't at a resort or hotel. The snorkeling right out front is great. Plenty of fish and coral and it is shallow enough inside the breakers for anyone of any skill level. The seaweed that washes up is removed daily so the beach is nice and clean. The lack of mosquitos is amazing compared with so many Caribbean islands. Plenty of chairs and tables and occasionally you score a coconut that falls from one of the many palms on the beach. The accommodations are nice with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There are even the little things like an ice chest and freezer packs and ice trays in the freezer to keep stuff cold on the go. Plenty of plates and utensils, paper towels, Kleenex, etc. We really had everything we needed. There's even a basket of sunscreen and after sun lotion in the lobby should you run out....or have extra you don't want to pack home. There were a few restaurants close that we had looked up before traveling hoping to eat out a few times. Some of these were closed for "remodel" and it also may be the rather low season. There are a few restaurants close, but you will not have the selection here that you have closer to Seven Mile beach. Fortunately we prefer to cook most of our meals so this was not an issue for us as there is plenty of cookware. We could go on for a long time about the pros of choosing to stay here. From the lovely staff to the awesome views out your patio door, you should just book it and see for yourself. We loved it and we will be back!!

The Seabreeze condo was very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool area is great, with full sunshine until mid-afternoon. The beach area and shoreline were kept clean, and it is a great spot for snorkeling. Alain and Michelle were always there for us whenever we needed supplies or assistance. Michelle also gave a great recommendation for our deep sea fishing trips. The location is convenient to shopping areas and numerous other beaches, and much less congested compared to the larger beach accommodations in Georgetown. I would definitely recommend the Seabreeze as a great vacation spot.

We stayed at the Turtle Nest Inn for four enjoyable weeks. The location is nice and central on the island, but away from the hectic ness of the west side. It is the perfect spot for a tranquil stay on Grand Cayman. The beach was great and so were the pool and the two owners - Marleine and Alain.

Here is my summary of our recent stay:Pros:Beautiful beachClean property Reasonably priced Condo came with a carCons:We booked a beachfront-no view of the beachBooked a condo with a queen and full size bed and were given 2 twin bedsTraffic tremendously loud

We loved Turtle Nest Inn -- very friendly welcoming staff and our two bedroom condo was roomy and had everything we needed. Only one nitpick: the couch was uncomfortable. The location is marvelous -- away from the hurly burly of Seven Mile Beach and centrally located on the island. And right off the beach is the best snorkeling on the island!

We stayed for a week in a two bedroom condo that was perfect for our family of six. The location of the property, in Bodden Town May be away from the Seven Mike Beach area, but that is what we wanted. A quiet place to base our adventures. The staff was very kind and polite and a pleasure to talk to. The Turtle Nest Inn has snorkel gear, water shoes, stand-up paddle boards, beach chairs and umbrellas you can check out and use for the stay. This made our beach adventures easy and comfortable. The room was comfortable and had what we needed to cook and keep busy. Fresh grilled dinner on the veranda, overlooking the beach and pool was spectacular! Although we do recommend the Czech Inn Grill and Grape Tree Cafe, both of which are really close if you are looking to eat out. Snorkeling off the beach behind the condo was so much fun. Watch for Caribbean lobsters hiding under the coral. Spotts beach is a great place to swim with the turtles, we saw two munching on the sea grass. However, our favorite beach by far is Smith Cove. Great for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing on the beach with plenty of shade, bathrooms and showers. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would fully recommend this property. Our week was much to short, but the Turtle Nest Inn is at the top of our list for our next trip to Grand Cayman. It met and exceeded all of my expectations, thanks largely to the wonderful staff.

Off the beaten track, grateful for that and that we had a car! Check in smooth, professional friendly manager and staff. The condo was spotless, 2 story with 2 master suites upstairs, comfy clean beds, tons of towels. Stocked with pots, pans etc kitchen, ice maker, dishwasher, only spices Salt/Pepper. Living room with cozy couch and big screen TV. Outside patio is extended and semi shared with neighbors who were great and respectful. Not on the water, 2nd building back, however you can see it and of course hear it while on the patio. Comfy chairs too.Clean beach, palms, beach chairs. The water there has lots of sea weed and very rocky, so was a tad challenging to find an open spot however I did and it worked. Found 4 little shells otherwise is rocky, although there is a bit of sea glass. The pool was perfect! We went and fed the Friggetts @ Tukka's, botanical garden, bird refuge, Tortoise sanctuary and last and most fun swam with and fed the Sting Rays. Was an amazing experience.Ate at Tukka's good, yummy BLT's @ Czech place, next door at Grape something or other didn't care for it and a few others.Fosters is the nearby grocery found everything we needed. We managed to explore ever inch of the island and that was fun and interesting!!Would go back in a minute!! Wonderful experience!!

Beautiful property with a stunning, private beach! Sit in the shade of a coconut tree, gaze out into the beautiful clear blue/green water, while listening to the subtle waves There's nothing more relaxing. The maintenance men gladly cut open a fresh coconut for us, and gave us a quick lesson on which ones to eat or drink from. The owners are wonderful and attentive. They go above and beyond!!
