About this apartment rental
Owner of a small residence in Dakar we offer you the possibility of spending a holiday with a quality of modern comfort not far from the sea, shops and restaurants. We provide you with an air-conditioned apartment on a surface of 32m² consisting of a bedroom, a furnished living room as well as an equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom.
--------------------------------------
The apartment is a two-room apartment which consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with WC. There are three large windows protected by anti-intrusion grids with directly integrated mosquito nets. We have equipped the bathroom with a water heater, an air conditioner, microwave, iron, fridge, gas stove, cable plus channel TV, wireless internet (wifi), coffee maker, kitchen utensils and more. ..
-----------
We will give you the keys to the apartment on site upon arrival.
You will have at your disposal a key for the front door of the building, a second for the apartment door and a third for the bedroom. For more security we have installed an alarm, the codes and the activation keys of the device will be given to you on your arrival.
-------
A very welcoming and qualified staff takes care of welcoming you and settling you in the apartment. After booking on the site, I remain available for my travelers if necessary.
---------------
Our neighborhood is called the airplane city, because it is near the old Dakar airport. In the Cité plane screen, it was a savannah in the village of Ouakam with a wild fauna, today with urban expansion the fields of "Lebou" cultivators have become modern dwellings.
------------
The accommodation is close to public transport and taxis. There is now a new paved road close to my residence, it connects the district with the big cities of Dakar.
