The location of the hotel is very good, the pool was always clean and the surrounding area well maintained. The food was very good

There was only one outdoor pool. Everything in Shai's service included only local alcoholic drinks, which were not of high quality. Restaurants and bars on the beach side close at 7 o'clock, which practically creates a big inconvenience. Also the bar on the second floor is small and had to queue for a long time. In the evening there is no entertainment program or any activities. After almost 9 o'clock there is a quiet hour

My stay was an unforgettable memory.

The hotel location and facilities make this a memorable stay. The hotel has many unique features to make your stay an unforgettable experience. I should have liked more of an introduction to the facilities because by only staying one night I was unsure where to locate things. The decor of the hotel is typically Scandanavian and the bedroom is minimalist.This might not suit all tastes.

There is no pool attendant and I could not put the umbrellas up myself.There is however a lifeguard.

Perfect stay

We decided to stay in the hotels royal suite and it was honestly amazing. I couldn’t fault the place. We had a large balcony looking over the sea. Plenty of nightlife and restaurants in walking distance. Staff were lovely and it was a very clean place.

Seamless check-in. When we arrived at the front desk, we were greeted by Amanda who handed us an envelope that already had our room keys in it and other details that we needed to know about our stay. Very efficient service.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! We really enjoyed our time, what a great service from everyone. All employees where fun and helpful. The communication was amazing, even before check in. If you want to relax full time, this is your place! 100% recommendable, I would always come back! Tip: You can book the all inclusive separate at the hotel, so in case you stay longer, you may not need it every day,

Excellent hotel but...couldn't sleep enough

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of choice. The most comfortable beds and pillows, like in a 5 star hotel. Great location close to many restaurants. Super clean My special request to get a quiet room was accommodated, it was on an upper floor away from the lift.

I didn't like that even though they say its a sound proof room, you can still hear sounds from the promenade even when all the windows are closed, especially the sand blower guy that makes a terrible noise at 6.30 am every morning! I went on holiday so i can sleep longer but no way you can't because this stupid guy is there every morning! I understand that this might not be hotel's fault, yet because of the bad sleep i couldn't relax properly, I am sure that all the hotels nearby facing the sea/promenade have the same issue. In other countries you can't make noise before 7 am!

Fantastic hotek

Hotel was great, clean and had a fantastic location. Food in the beach bar is good. The staff was very polite and informative. All in all a great stay.

We disliked that our room was just under the Lounge bar and staff moved some furniture early in the morning so we couldn't sleep. However, when we informed the hotel staff about the issue, it was resolved right away.
