Nice surprise, would stay again with family of 4!

- Contact with host via phone and email (both before and after stay) were super friendly with very fast reactions - my 4 year old son was having a (message) chat with the owner too and he was really excited about getting replies. - Check in was very easy with the check in machine, we arrived at the hotel and within minutes were in our room. The room was spacious and staying with our two little children (2 and 4 years old) in the double room was no problem - plenty of space to put our kid's beds. - Breakfast was also a nice surprise: wholegrain along with white bread rolls, wholegrain bread, and sweet croissants, two types of eggs, different yoghurt, mueslis, cereal, and many types of cold cuts, cheese and jam/honey/Nutella. Different juices and milk (happy kids!), I personally didn't like the coffee from the machine but saw later that there was also instant coffee available. Again, well organised - we immediately got a table on both mornings, friendly contact with the staff even though it was quite busy. - Parking spots right in front of the door - Surroundings: there is a supermarket next door, and a (unstaffed) bistro corner with a pizza baking machine and coffee facilities next to it, I think it is open 24/7. A bit further at the roundabout next to the petrol station is a little pizza/kebap place that is open on both weekend days. We stayed from Saturday to Monday, and the little town was completely closed, so we were happy to find the food options above available. There is a nice walk near the river though and we passed a bakery, butcher, and bank close by, so on weekdays there seem to be more options.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee/tea in the room, but that may have been available in the kitchen upstairs - we didn't look since we had a small one with us.

Superb

The location is excellent for spending a night, very close to the highway, but very quiet. The room is nice and clean, breakfast is good.

The self check-in machine doesn't have instructions that you shouldn't put the dots in the reservation number. Also, it doesn't allow cash payments.

-No staff member could be seen -Breakfast could start a bit earlier , we had to leave at 6am so missed it -The automatic snack machine could be improved with a variety of options -Non-stop Self-coffee maker would be a bonus, especially for transit families

Location next to highway, supermarket, restaurant, petrol station. Everything you need when driving through to your next destination or if you want a quiet place for dagtrips in the surroundings. Very quiet. Even if fully-booked, we haven't heard anyone.

No 'lobby' of Common room to warm something in the microwave for our daughter. We left before breakfast so can't comment on that

Nice people, good for travel stopover but I wouldn’t plan a whole trip here.

Nice people, alright breakfast, big rooms. Easy self check-in.

It was clear someone had smoked in there even though the policy is non-smoking. Smelled smokey.

Safe, clean and hassle-free option for a quick stopover i.e. enroute to Salzburg.

Breakfast buffet - good varied range of everything Hotel easy to locate Room very clean and neat Hassle-free check-in/check-out process (automated).

Surroundings, the village was deserted with only a Biergarten restaurant and that seemed to have been closed in a hurry. We had to drive further away and found Die alte Schmiede, which had excellent food.

Overall nice rooms. Apart from checkin being self-service through the machine, staff responded to reported issue and came to the place regardless of late hours in order to help out

Automatic checkin is very clunky and system allowed somehow to double book same room. It’s very uncomfortable and frustrating to arrive tired very late only to see someone already sleeping in one of the rooms we booked. It was also definitely uncomfortable to those people. Fortunately staff responded to our late night calls and came to the place to sort out this situation. It ended well, but I feel that it’s fair to mention that automatic booking & checking can cause such an issues and someone booking a stay in late hours need to calculate that risk.
