Tolle Lage, Super Gastgeberin!

Lage super (2 min zum Strand)! Toller ruhiger Pool! Und vor allem eine tolle Gastgeberin Zana, die immer zu erreichen war und die keine Wünsche offen ließ!

Die Küche war etwas klein, weshalb wir nicht oft gekocht haben, dies war aber kein Problem da fußläufig zig gute Restaurants zu erreichen waren.

The photos in the Booking show the better and prettier condition of the apartments than is in the reality. The swimming pool had an overwhelming chemical smell that made the entire experience quite unpleasant. The fumes were so strong that it made it difficult to enjoy any time there. It was disappointing, as we have looked forward to relaxing by the pool during my stay, but the smell made it practically unbearable. Adding to the discomfort, we faced unexpected power outages throughout the day, completely disrupting our plans.

Great stay, great host and great location

The host, Zeljana, was a magnuficent host, and what made our stay very pleasant. She was helpful at all time, and deserves a lot praise. Other than that, the room was clean and nice, and so were the outside facilities sich as the swimmingpool. Nice to see that it is being cleaned daily. It is very close to the beach, and the parking at villa or 50m away is also great.

We were 3 adults, and the last One had to sleep on a Old bed that is folded out, which is something that could be better. The host was very nice and gave us extra mattres, which helped, but it was still unpleasent.

Had to park our car at a public parking due to other customers that had longer bookings than our 3 nights. We carefully selected this villa thinking we could park there. The ac did bring in some sort of smell into the room but it dissapeared after one day

Nice flat with pool and very friendly, helpful staff. Building works nearby will effect noise levels for few more months

Great location - very close to the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a building site at the back so too noisy to enjoy the balcony or pool until later in day when noise stopped. Looks like the work will last quite a few months more.

Superb hospitality by hostess and ownership.

Very modern space with King bed, balcony with view of the mountains, small kitchenette, small seating area, breakfast table. The apartment much nicer than the pictures. Best thing about property is the hostess. She was outstanding!!!!

Great place for a stay! We had a very comfortable room with two balconies with an amazing view - one for the mountains, and the second one for the sea. The room was very clean and modern. During our stay there was Ana who used to take care about the Villa - she was very helpful and caring:) The swimming pool available downstairs is brillant!

No minuses - everything was absolutely great:)

Wonderful stay

Apartment is very beautiful with big terrace, everything that you might need for your stay were in the apartment. The pool area is great, not crowded and spacious. Clean. There are 4 parking places in front of building, however they provide free parking in a public lot one min away (which was also good and not packed). House attendant is on site until evening and ready to help if you have any questions.

Great family stay

Everything was so clean and comfortable but the best thing about this stay was Danijela, the girl who keeps everything clean and tidy and always has a smile on her face. She was kind, always ready to help and so sweet she made our stay perfect!

Everything was great, the prices are a bit high during high season but it’s perfectly normal for a region that relies mostly on tourism as their main economy.

Beautiful apartment in Makarska

The apartment is perfectly located close to the beach. Parking is available in front of the apartment. Alternatively there is a big parking facility just a couple of meters away from the apartment. Danijela, our host, was always available for us and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. We really appreciated her kindness. Thanks a lot for the beautiful vacation at your apartment and we are looking forward to visit you again next year!

There is no elevator, so it might be challenging for families with small kids No dishwasher, but our dishes were cleaned when we have asked for room cleaning.

We had a lovely week long stay in Villa Katarina, room was ready for our early arrival prior to official check in time which was very nice having spent many hours travelling to Makarska. As promissed parking was waiting for us in front of the house which is a great advantage in the area of scarce parking space. Villa staff, especially our host Anna, was available to meet any guest requests( additional equipment, cleaning, advice on the Makarska area). Swimming pool was another advantage, an alternative to the beach. Rarely there were more than 2-3 other guests, quite often we enjoyed almost a private swimming pool. Overall it really allowed us to rest and chill out.

Hard to mention anything, little things that could be added to kitchen equipment ie. Vegetable peeler, wine opener, cutting board, pan cover.
