Come visit the Vacation Rental all others are measured by! This cozy, single story home is centrally located in the beautiful and safe Northeast Heights of Albuquerque. This home offers easy access to all types of shopping, entertainment, and outdoor activities.

It is conveniently located next to I-25, making it easy to access the I-25 Movie Studios, Downtown, Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Casino, the Convention Center, and hiking and biking trails.

The home is equipped with 1 cozy king organic cotton bed, (Master) 1 queen Bed, (Bedroom) 2 twin beds, (Bedroom) and 1 daybed with a trundle. (Sun-room)

Features include a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare your own meals or entertain. The manicured backyard includes a grill and a covered patio with access to a heated and cooled sun-room.

The home was as advertised. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was centrally located to Fiesta Balloon Park, grocery stores, and restaurants. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Nice gas range for cooking. Outdoor grill was a plus. Nice outdoor, private patio. Jake, the owner, was pleasant to speak with. Overall, great experience and will definitely be staying here again when returning to Albuquerque.

Jake was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. He was sincere and nothing was ever guess work with him. Check in was super easy and the house was stocked with all amenities +! Even after checking out he called to be sure an extra pillow found by the cleaning lady didn’t belong to our group. Everything was perfect!

I have stayed in plenty of rentals for family gatherings. This was the first one that was actually stocked with enough towels, bedding and toilet paper for us. The air conditioning worked extremely well. Being able to use the garage was so useful! The place was clean and even had kleenix, many don’t. The beds offered met the needs that have singles which is also rare in a rental. Most beds were soft and very comfortable. Perfect place for a gathering!

Recently spent 2 nights here, traveling with 3 adults and a small dog - the home was spacious and very clean, the street was very quiet, in a nice neighborhood, and the backyard with adjacent sun room was a very good feature (including the dog run on the side). Will definitely stay in this home again next time we're in ABQ!

This house was perfect for our vacation in New Mexico. We have visited the Albuquerque area at least once a year for the last 10 years and loved this location. Hiking, biking, restaurants, site seeing were all close by. The property had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed cooking meals and for a wonderful surprise, there is a fantastic park within walking distance. Our host, Jake, made the process very easy and checked on us to make sure we were doing well.

The property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The property was clean. The exterior was well maintained and clean. We used every portion of the house. The owner was responsive to any and every question we had. His guide book was very helpful and the advice was spot on. If you are in town for the Balloon Fiesta , follow the advice given and take the park and ride option! I would this house and from this owner again. What a gem!

Great location close to everything we needed. House was clean and well furnished, will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Small but quiet yard is perfect for your pup, also the ability to put your vehicle in the garage was a major plus.. Highly recommend!

We have had a hard run of ‘flipped’ style rentals that have shook our confidence in short term rentals. This rental however was everything you hope to find in a listing. Large sturdy furniture, comfortable beds, easy to use and well supplied kitchen and bathrooms, and a delightful secret garden of a back yard. Very well located, near tons of restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops etc. I heartily recommend this rental for your stay, and we will be sure to use it again on future trips.

Absolutely love this property! Very clean and plenty of sleeping room for the five of us. Close to everything! We really enjoyed the back yard with the covered patio and large table with plenty of chairs. We would recommend this place!

We needed a place to stay on short notice due to a breakdown with our RV that we were travelling in. Our host responded to our inquiry right away and we were checked in within a few hours. The house was clean and the living room couch and love seat were very comfortable. Internet service was good. The back yard was small but fenced and it was perfect for our dog. We thought it was a good value and well located for exploring the area. We would stay here again if visiting Albuquerque.

Nice clean property. Need to fix the blinds on sliding door to back. Missing slats so you can not close. Other than that the property was comfortable.

Part of our party didn't arrive (thanks to Southwest Airlines fiasco), but this worked very well for those who made it. Well equipped; locks & alarm systems worked as described. Initial access code problem was solved immediately (and remotely) by owner. (Amusingly, all the clocks in the house showed different times, none correct.)
