About this apartment rental
New and updated look for Bikini Bungalow. Fresh paint, window treatments, furniture, and bedding. The master bedroom will have a KING bed. The second bedroom has a queen. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upstairs loft will have a queen bed, and 2 twin beds. (Note, the picture shows a queen in the master suite. The King bed is expected to arrive mid-October).
Bikini Bungalow is a family favorite condo! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.
In summary the sleeping arrangements are: Master (King); Bdrm 2 (Queen); Living Room (queen) sleeper sofa; loft has a queen and 2 twins. Total beds 6.
There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible. Immediately upon arriving, we were super excited to see how close the condo was to the beach. Just a very short walk and you're next to shops and the beach. The condo gracefully accommodated our party of 9, having all that we needed for a pleasant stay.

The Bikini Bungalow was fabulous. Clean, well decorated, well suited for a large family, multiple sleeping locations, and stocked w/ everything you need from bedding to kitchen ware, even a ROKU. The staff @ Seven Sisters were very accommodating as well, making the check in & check out process so simple. We value clean & neat & the property was all of that and more and just steps from Avila Beach. A perfect location that we will be sure to return to. Thank you for helping us make great memories.

Excellent home steps from the beach! Our family of 7 enjoyed the home that had ample dining and living room space for game night and chatter. Upstairs loft is great for the teens/younger family as the steps are a tad tricky. Description of home was accurate and staff responds immediately to reservation questions/needs. Some kitchen items need to be replaced, overall everything you need to cook/BBQ is stocked. Bring your own spices/oil etc

The house had plenty of space for a large family and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, plates and forks, trash bags, even zip loc bags! The laundry in home along with laundry detergent was convenient to wash sandy items before heading home. The rooms and bed situation was comfortable and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and even hand soap and shower toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

I was able to figure out where the alarm was coming from and fix before anyone called me back from emergency line.
Despite the issues, I would come back and try to rent from Seven Sisters again.

This is the second time I've stayed in this particular development which in my opinion is an incredible location especially for families. The Bikini Bungalow is very well appointed and very clean with 5 beds and a spacious living area. Seven Sisters does a great job of making sure you have everything needed before and during your stay. We had an amazing family vacation here! My sister, mom and I stayed with our 6 kiddos and we all loved everything about this beautiful home! It’s located right downtown and by the beach so we never had to drive anywhere.

Our family of 5 (all adults) loved our stay at the Bikini Bungalow. We all fit comfortably. The place is ideally located just a half block to the beach. Our only complaint is that because it is located on the corner it can be pretty loud starting at 6:30 in the morning with trash trucks, delivery trucks, school buses, etc. Even with closed windows, it woke us up every morning so just something to be aware of. A small price to pay for the overall convenience of the location. Overall a great place.

Our stay was great. The site was clean and convenient to the beach, food, and shops. The only suggestion for safety purposes was the entry rug. The rug curled up on the edges and might cause someone to trip. We would recommend this property to others.
