Sleeps 10. 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 full beds, 1 bedroom with twin and roll out cot, living room has a queen pull out sofa, lower level room has full size pull out bed. TV with 60+ channel in every room along with WIFI. Washer and dryer. Includes all linens and towels, pots, pans and dishes, coffee makers ( Keurig and a Mr. Coffee). Dock and boat hoist (4200 lbs) Screened in porch on beach level and patio on main level. Walk in level beach entrance. Second time at this home on Keuka Lake. Had a wonderful time on the dock and in the water. Was able to use the kayaks and water floats provided by the owner. Location is close to great restaurants in Penn Yan and Geneva, a stellar bakery in Penn Yan, a great brewery less than five minutes away and a nice farm market down the road. Our family of five had plenty of space to gather together and space to be on our own to read a book, watch tv or listen to the waves in the screened in porch. Every room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We are so glad we came back to this home and were able to spend time together on Keuka Lake.

We had a fantastic time! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, basic cooking needs. Everywhere was clean and the beds were comfortable. Extra towels were provided which was a bonus! The only downfall was by the end of the road where we stayed there was not a lot of parking and a little tight but there is a side street which was nice. Derrick was super nice and friendly, quick to respond if he had a question. Location was great < 10 min away from great wineries and breweries. Definitely would stay again!

Easy drive into Penn Yan for supplies, or to park/access nature hike on Keuka Outlet trail, or visit the wineries. Otherwise no reason to leave as everything is provided as described. Lovely lake views from inside. Easy walk in lake access for kayaks on site. Prompt response from owner if have questions or need anything which was greatly appreciated. Husband and I had a great time and would stay here again.

We loved this property for our ladies weekend wine trip!! The house was absolutely perfect with plenty of space for six of us and room to spare! The downstairs enclosed patio was a great gathering space overlooking the lake with lots of comfortable seating! The bedrooms are all nice sized with comfy beds! The main living space is open with a decent sized kitchen dining area and living room. Just about everything is provided just pack your clothes and some snacks and your good to go! I highly recommend this property the owners are great communicators!! Can’t wait to go back again soon!

We can highly recommend staying at this cottage on Keuka Lake. Any communication with our host, Derrick was quick and thorough. The amenities at the property made our stay very comfortable and its location offered great outings in Penn Yan and Geneva as well as reunion events at Keuka College. Only downside was out of our host’s hands as wet weather made getting in/on the water a no go. We did see that if we could, this house provided nice kayaks, water noodles, and inflatables to launch from a sturdy dock. Lastly, sitting in the screened in porch listening to the water while reading a book was very relaxing. Loved that space especially. Overall, a great weekend and a place we would consider staying at again.

We were delighted with this property: the four of us enjoyed a most relaxing time over two days. The home is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. And the beautiful views over Keuka Lake are plentiful. We particularly enjoyed the screened-in porch on the lower level. Highly recommended.

This was such a beautiful, cozy home away from home and I can't wait to return! We went here over the weekend for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! He had everything we needed and communication was great. Kayaking on the lake was so fun! And the view was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend!!

Our family has been vacationing at Keuka Lake for almost 30 years. I took my grandkids on a short vacation to the lake. The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean, updated, comfortable, and close to town. They provided sheets and towels, kayaks and water floats. Many places don’t provide these things. The fishing was good and the water area didn’t have a lot of vegetation to tangle the lines. The only drawback was the lack of a grassy area and not much beach. We still had fire on the small beach, sitting on the lake’s edge. Overall, it was a great place to stay for six people. We would rent it again.

Great location. Only an hour from Rochester. Just show up and you are on the water. Great property for kids/families. Swimming was amazing off the dock. Caught a 3lb smallmouth from the dock. Kids loved the fishing and the kayaks. Will definitely stay again.

Our daughter was married at Crispin Hill which is a 10 minute drive from the property which was perfect. We enjoyed relaxing at the lake in between all of the festivities. No issues - Derrick was great.

This house is beyond great. 5 Adults and 3 kids alike had a great weekend here this past weekend. House had everything we needed, town is 5 minutes away for shopping if necessary ( supermarket, Walgreens etc. ). Cannot say enough about the view on the lake. We are really sad to go.

Our family of 4 had a great experience renting this home. The home was perfect for enjoying the lake - outdoor seating on the dock and shoreline, a screened in porch on the lake level, and an open kitchen and family room that overlooked the lake. We spent every afternoon and evening relaxing on the dock. The host generously provided many amenities for guests to use during their stay - household products, linens, basic condiments, coffee and tea, and even water toys to use. The home was clean and well maintained and parking was convenient. Definitely a great home for families to rent and enjoy Keuka Lake.
