Prima, aber recht klein.

Gut: Lage im Wohnviertel, Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Seatte (Skyline) über das Wasser (für alle Bewohner zugänglich). Der Whirlpool draußen (für alle Bewohner zugänglich, nicht nur exklusiv für dieses Apartment!) war 24 Stunden geheizt und super gemütlich (Ablagen für Handtücher, Bademantel etc. war leider alles sandig). Das Bett war sehr bequem (wenn auch nur Queensize, also 1,40m). Blick vom Appartment nach vorne raus, also auch auf Seattle, großes Fenster. Privater, sicherer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Nicht gut: Recht kleiner Raum für 2 Personen, Platz für 2 große Koffer war schwierig. Eine Tür des Wandschrankes fehlte (wurde bereits in einer anderen Bewertung im Januar angemerkt), war dadurch ungemütlich, Fenster über Küchenzeile und im Bad ging schlecht zu schließen, Türgriff an der Eingangstür war lose. Whirlpool draußen: Ablagen für Handtücher, Bademantel etc. war leider alles sandig. Auch oben die Möbel auf der Dachterasse waren sandig. Draußen Weg zum Whirlpool und Dachterasse war nicht sehr sauber. (Besitzer wohnt nebenan, ist aber nicht Ansprechpartner, da Verwalter beauftragt).

Plenty of equipment but only one teabag and no coffee available. There was a container for coffee but none there

There was only one roll of toilet paper in the unit. It was wet and discolored and we were not able to use most of it. No replacements available. When you arrive at night and stores are already closed, this is a huge problem.

Very disappointing.

Location to event we needed to attend.

1. No heat in either the Blue Angles room or the other room that was given as an option. Waited an hour for the heat to work. It never did. 2. Housekeeping for some reason turned off the refrigerator. When we opened it to put stuff in there it was flooded with water. 3. Missing half a closet door. The closet so was so full there wasn't any room for our clothes. 4. No dresser for putting clothes in.

Location was great and the cost was good.

Comfortable bed, clean sink, toilet, shower.

Floor needs better sweeping - dust in corners of bathroom and dirt is easily tracked in from the outside (I tracked in 2 clumps of hair when I walked in the door). Some things had fallen under the vanity and never swept up. The closet was more of a storage closet than useful - it had 2 extra chairs stored in it that were not needed as the room was small, and there was hanging shoe storage that wasn't need if the chairs were not there. Both took up room that could have been used to store clothes. A few more glasses would have been helpful. There was one wine glass, one very small glass, and two coffee cups. 2 water glasses would have been nice.

Convenient location, very comfy and cozy. Easy transaction and great communication with the host.

Very good

Cute guest house for a weekend in Seattle. Good price and well communicated by bus with the city. Calm neighborhood and well equipped. Since there is no reception I would just add a bit more info on how to use the lock of the door, microwave etc and some extra kitchen amenities (creamer, teas, etc) would be ideal

Very good

Liked the automated check in. Key code was sent via mail and no need to request it. A booklet with details about the facilities and recommendations for the local area.

A bit of dust in the corners, but nothing major.

It just made me regret my booking. My friend had to sleep on dirty pillow. There was no coffee.

The pillows very dirty with droolings on it I asked for an early check in and called the booking office but they told me you have to wait because housekeeping people are there doing their work. But what I got was nasty pillows. Seriously it had droolings or some bad stuff on them and it smelled so bad. I was so embarrassed infront of my friend as she had to sleep on the nasty pillow. Believe me DONOT BOOK IT. There was no coffee either No breakfast stuff

Very restful and convenient to everything we needed to access.

Great location. We were late arrival flight, so very easy to access room. Very quiet and scenic. Will stay here again if available.
