We went with a group of 6 couples, most had much better units than we did.

The view, location, the turtles!

It was very dated. The bedroom fan was defective, we worried that it was going to fall on us, and it was loud clanking hard to sleep with the noise, it was crooked and would shut off randomly which then got very hot. The unit needs paint and new doors. Lots of issues with unit 304.

Loved the location, was good for the price, was nice on the inside for the most part.

Beautiful location, clean, tv worked well, bathroom was nice. The kitchen was nice and had everything pretty much to be able to cook meals just needed water filter changed in refrigerator.

No A/C, beds and pillows need updated, blinds need updated and the light outside was shining directly into the bedroom window. Needs just a little updating to be perfect.

Worth staying for the view - can’t be beaten.

View was amazing. Kitchen appliances all good. Living room furniture was very comfortable. BBQ’s were convenient and easy to access,

Blind in bedroom broken - canes missing so couldn’t be used. Cupboards in kitchen were old.

We were happy to be there and help the economy

The location and views were great.

While the unit was more than adequate it needed to be upgraded. The screen door had a hole in it. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. The curtains, shades and venetian blinds are worn out and need to be replaced.

I'd like to move in, please!

The photos don't do it justice. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Prepare for sunsets and moon gazing. Comfy sofa in the living room, stunning kitchen. The fridge was the cherry on top, with crushed ice and water dispenser.

If I have to nitpick, the bedroom is a bit tight.

Picture perfect place for sea lovers

Great location... the view is to die for. The place is close to multiple beaches and restaurants. It was very family friendly and allowed us to enjoy Maui as we wanted to.

Nothing I can suggest. Having our own laundry would have been a nice to have.

clean lots of parking OK location. I knew there was not a beach so I was not disappointed.

We could not find any bedding for the sofa sleeper in the living room. It was a comfortable bed but no sheets.

Location was great, balcony lovely, parking crucial.

No air conditioning, and the main bedroom was really stuffy, so I slept on the couch with the balcony door open to get cool air movement.
