This is the place to relax and unwind. Gorgeous Sunset Beach on Treasure Island has miles of white sugar sand beaches and sparkling gulf water. One of the best kept secrets on the Gulf Coast. The condo is one bedroom, one bath on the ground floor. Newly remodeled. Just steps away from the beach. Laundry facilities are on site as well as barbecues and an outdoor patio area. You are walking distance to the world famous Caddys beach restaurant and a 5 minute drive to Johns Pass which has Hooters, Bubba Gumps and a fantastic boardwalk. The condo comes equipped with cable and wifi. Not shown in the pictures is the new 50" flat screen TV just installed in the living room and 45" in the bedroom.

The apartment was ideally located. We were four minutes from a birthday celebration and right on the beach. We loved the neighborhood and the apartment had everything we needed.

My husband and I checked into our rental only to find out that the entire unit smelled like cigarette smoke. We were given the option to stay in another unit but instead of a king sized bed, it had a double size bed. The unit was advertised as having a beach and ocean view but was actually across the street from the beach and could barely only be seen from the parking lot. We found out from owners next door - the owner of our unit never told us - that the beach was closed for sand dune restoration. We had traveled over an hour and had groceries in our car. It made no sense to stay in the unit and have no beach access. We felt no other choice but to have the owner cancel our reservation and go home. Our weekend get away was ruined.

This unit was PERFECT!! From location to linens and towels. Everything was perfect. Bed was so comfortable, my wife looked for the brand of sheets to get some for our house. Strongly recommended for couples looking for a tranquil get away!

Very nice apartment. Cozy and convenient. Just a few things that would have made it even more comfortable would be, a new mattress on the pullout couch, more hooks to hang things, better Wi-Fi, also a full length mirror. All in all it’s an easy walk to the beach and was a pleasant stay!

We loved this property. Very private and quiet. We rented bikes for the week and were a short distance to restaurants and shopping. Literally STEPS to the beach. All the kitchen supplies necessary. My only complaint is that the television is not a smart tv. Had I known this we would’ve packed our fire stick to stream Netflix & Hulu. Great beach supplies and the bed is extremely comfortable! An extra set of sheets would be a convenient addition as things get very sandy. We were very pleased with our stay and will be back!

Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of several outdoor bars/restaurants if you want activity. The beach across from the unit can be seen from the front window and is not overwhelmed with sunbathers. The unit is well stocked and very comfortable. The owners were very helpful from the first contact.

2 weeks perfect location

I spent one week alone it was perfect location. I walked every day the neighborhood was quaint and safe and across the street from the beach. The condo is updated and the bed comfortable. The second week my sister joined me and we enjoyed the area despite the cool weather. We managed to enjoy the sun a few days. We walked on the beach every day. The people are friendly. Definitely would stay again. Thanks!

Even though we were away from home, it felt homey, it was nice and had a short distance from the beach! As well as being able to watch the sunset from the porch :) had some trouble locking the door but other than that it was perfect.

Since we stayed in another unit a couple of years ago, we knew this would be a great location for us. This place was perfect for my sister and I, just wish we could have stayed longer. The place was clean when we got there so we were able to just drop our bags and head to the beach. We’re already planning for next year’s trip!

We had a great time. You can see the golf from the front window, and it is right across the street from the beach access with a convenient cross walk. It is on a dead end past the busy treasure island businesses, so the street was pretty quiet as was the beach. We were able to walk on the beach right to caddy's. Will consider again.

A little TLC is needed in this place. The bed has 2 body indentions since it is so old. The sheets didnt have a fresh smell and seemed old on top of the old quilts for the bed. Some CLR would go a long way in the shower. The shower was disgusting and had hard water crusted all over the too low shower head and tile. The location is great and it was affordable however i would have expected a cleaner place especially during a pandemic.

Great value for what you get. Love this area and spent lots of time on the beach. Positives: great location. Owners easy to work with and respond quickly. Amenities are nice (washer dryer, grill, pool across the street, ect). Wonderful and comfortable king size bed. Negatives: a little short on cookware and glasses/coffee cups. A couple beer coozies would be be nice and also some beach drink glasses with lids would have been great. The blinds in both living area and the bedroom don't work. Cannot raise them. The blinds in the living area would not even open. Had to turn each row by hand just to get sunlight. Also the blinds and windows and sills were filthy. Hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The rest of the condo however appeared clean. Overall our experience was possitive. I would rent here again

Bed creaked, every time we moved the bed made a noise. No room in closet to hang clothes. Too many beach toys, when I moved the beach chairs out of the closet, there was sand all over the floor. Some of the kitchen drawers were full of crumbs too!

Great location, right across from the beach, which isn't as busy as lot of the other local beaches in the area, which is nice! The condo is cozy and worked out well for my family of 3. My only minor suggestions are to dust the blinds in the bedroom and provide a couple more wash cloths. The beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach toys were an amazing touch! We had a great time and I would recommend this property! Thank you for everything!

The photos of this place are very accurate. This is an excellent location with access to the beach across the street. Very quiet neighbourhood with 2 restaurants a short walk away. The only slight concern is that our unit was not cleaned very well when we arrived. There was a fair amount of dust on the fans and the air on intake and exhaust which we had cleaned upon arrival. We had advised the owner of this unit to advise them so that they can instruct their cleaning staff as you pay for cleaning. Unfortunately, we did not get a response at all. The kitchen and cooking area was adequately supplied. There is emergency supplies like lotions, aloe etc which was really helpful. Overall, a great stay here and would recommend even though we didn’t get a response from the owner.
